Parking easy. Room needs new rug.

*Tricycle/bicycle at bottom of stairs- trip hazzard. * * staff doesn't know how to make a bed using sheets/ bedspread. Very haphazard looking. * 3 pillows thrown on bed. Not neatly placed & I wondered if they're clean...? * not a very clean bathroom. Corners at floor level not throughly cleaned...if at all. * bathroom sink water pressure is less than minimal. * front door doesn't close well nor is it completely aligned. It really appears like the building has shifted- hence the crack between doorframe & door. * front office door misaligned also... building appears to be shifting- creating a " semi stuck" front glass door. Look elsewhere for a place to stay-- this place needs a solid review by Expedia & the city of Pittsfield health department. Room 226

The property itself was fine but the parking lot and the fence are lower than average.

Parking good. Killed two cockroaches

Quite possibly THE worst place I've EVER stayed at. 1. Reception had to be called upon arrival at 9pm and she did nothing but belch constantly behind the plexiglass barrier (small favors). 2. Parking looked like a scene out of 'The Wire' 3. Didn't dare sleep under the covers 4. Bathroom toilet lid couldn't be opened fully as it was SO far under the counter 5. Took nearly 20 minutes of running FULL HOT water to achieve even a glimmer of it.

We were the only car in the parking lot yet Orbitz said they were sold out for another night. It was a bit Eerie. The perimeter and the office looked in disrepair. The room was fine.

This is such a rundown property in desperate need of updating. Not clean and the area felt very unsafe. I couldn't wait to get home and shower!

Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Shower was dirty. Noisy, motorcycles racing at intersection well into the early hours, cars drifting or doing burnouts in the parking lot across street for awhile around 3-4am. Trash everywhere. The owner buzzed me in at 2pm, they keep the reception area locked at all times. Think Motel 6 for $180.

The motel has seen better days and then was run down. The current owners are really trying to bring things back, one area at a time. And they seem to succeed. If you are looking for low-price accommodations in the high-priced Berkshires, go for it. Some things need to be fixed in the room, but that's a minor nuisance. And the owners are growing vegetables in areas not asphalted around the property. Can give a thumbs up to folks trying to leave a low-carbon footprint and have an ecological compass. Support them!

Room, was dirty, bugs everywhere, didnt stay for even 15 minutes, drove 3 hours home at 11 pm instead of staying in filth

ADA VIOLATION 🦮🐕‍🦺♿ I am immunocompromised & so is my mother (I am her primary care giver) ❤️🙏 So I always wear a covid mask 😷 in public because if either of us get sick 🤢 we could die 💀 Immediately when I tried to enter the front office to check in (the glass doors where locked 🔒) I sketchy creepy man ♂️ approached me out of nowhere demanding why I was wearing a covid mask 😷 I explained it was MEDICALLY ⚕️ NECESSARY Because both myself and my mother are immunocompromised. If we get sick we could die 💀 He kept telling me how weird, strange & suspicious it was that I was wearing a covid mask & he kept repeating that over and over asking me if I was going to shoot up the place 😭 Adding insult to injury. I always come with a UV black light flashlight & just look at these pictures. How disgusting the room was Hopefully I don't get sick because of how dirty this room was. Keep in mind that both myself as well as my mother are immune compromise ♿😷 Overall, this was a terrible experience. I didn't realize I was going to face medical discrimination over wearing a covid mask 😷 Let alone how dirty and disgusting all the surfaces were including handles, door knobs, switches, microwave & refrigerator You can also see how disgusting the bathroom was as well. This is especially alarming since we are both immunocompromised

The motel, a building on the property and the surrounding fence are in very poor condition. The lobby is dark and need’s updating.I almost left. The stairs leading to the room were covered in dead insects. The room was actually okay but had a very soiled chair and stained bedding. There were no clean towels provided.

This place should be taken off of Expida. . The outside was rundown . The room smelled like smoke . The room wasn’t clean . Walls had dry patches that hadn’t been painted . I am sure there was more . But I walked out of the room quickly and didn’t return

This is the dirtiest most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. It is an embarrassment to the hotel industry. It smelled like stale cigarettes. There was a peach pit on the floor in my room. The lobby appeared to be used as a living room for the hotel owner’s family. Do not stay here. I drove 1.5 hours home and 1.5 hours back the following morning for the event I was doing because I was literally afraid of bringing bed-bugs home.

The bathroom in our room looks like someone was murdered in the bathtub. There were stains on the bottom of the tub.

The lowest of the low. Shower was moldy. Soap could peel your skin off. The room itself was very shabby, and the surroundings were derelict buildings. The lobby was pretty horrible as well. Thank God there was a TJ Maxx nearby. I bought my own sheets to put on the bed.

The room was disgustingly dirty, old and not someplace we would go back to. We went across the street to get cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves as we could not get a room elsewhere. Staff was very difficult to deal with and

The room was clean. The heat was very loud And the refrigerator was very loud at night.

Toilet made whining noise constantly. Stopped working during stay. Couldn’t fix because installed under a granite countertop. Could hear traffic outside all night long. Noisy location.

The room was modern and clean, and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. It's located in proximity to many stores and fast food restaurants. The exterior is not maintained and the grounds are weedy and deteriorated. There is no EconoLodge sign on the road to indicate where to turn, so be sure to use navigation to find it. We could hear evidence of the people in the next room talking, so the walls are pretty thin. We wouldn't go out of our way to stay here again, but their prices do beat other chains in the area by quite a bit.

Furniture is in disrepair, being there for consecutive weekly stays I had the same room and noticed the shower curtain was never changed, blinds/drapes broken and dirty, but it was quiet and the mattress although needing to be rotated or replaced was adequate.

Disappointing, shabby, old carpet, broken lamp shades. Non functioning hair dryer. Hot water was good.

Room was basically clean. Sink water pressure/flow was off. A/C units from adjoining units were loud during the night.

Although quite clean & newly refurbished, the room was too tiny for 2 people. Had to put suitcase on table to have space to open it. AC unit was difficult to operate to get consistent ventilation (turned it on and off several times during the night) and there was no instructions. There were no cups (paper or otherwise) in the room to use to get drinking water or make tea in the microwave.

Stained carpet. Room had visible scuffs & marks on walls, needed repainting. No lightswitch at door, needed to turn on nightable lights. Other light didn’t work. Front office locked at 7:30 pm when I arrived, suggesting unsafe area.

Well the little fridge they had in the room hummed loudly all the time the freezer needed to be defrosted I bought a couple of frozen dinners and couldn't get both of them in the freezer. One of the draws on the side tables when I pulled open the drawer one side of the handle came loose I was able to screw it back in but it needed a screwdriver to tighten it up all small little things but a inconvenience none the less

Comfortable king size bed, but security lock on door missing, room needs paint job, tv was fine, outside premises is poor.

Friendly staff and quick checkin

No one at front desk. Scribble note on door with a number to call, then you wait for someone to come downstairs from one of the rooms. Lobby is loaded with trash and junk. Room smelled and was old and crappy. I do not trust the door or the lock. Just horrid. City should look not hygiene and safety of this building.

Nice managers and family that’s running this place. House cleaning crew not great. In a rush to get the job done without asking if anything is needed. The handyman is incredible. Super helpful, honest, hard working, and incredibly attentive to any issues or question I had.

Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed the words to “she “will” try to find one” and I have to go back and wait. I told her I wait at front desk. She started to curse very loud and keep saying ” FXXX BXXX FXXX BXXX”. Unbelievable, these were sentence from front desk to client. She is definitely unqualified to work as front desk. Worst ever motel experience. Never choose this motel.

Run down property. No one at the front desk for 20 minutes. Had to wait outside in sub-freezing temperatures. When the front desk did finally get there.They were coughing all over everything

The stay was okay until the front desk clerk tried coming into our room before checkout time. My wife and I were not even decently dressed. It was 10:15 am. Checkout is 11 am. Not satisfied.

The owner and employees are absolutely awful . You have to call a phone number to get them to come out and unlock the door to get in the front office

This property is completely awful. I arrived and there was no one there to check me in. I sat in front of the building, calling the front desk for an hour. I got my reservation moved, finally, after over 3 hours on the phone with the reservation company, to another hotel. I'd NEVER recommend staying in this establishment. The customer service apparently is awful, but I never really got to experience it.

Absolutely terrible customer service as they gave us a card twice for our room and it did not work each time . I also tried getting in the office and the door was locked

This family is professional and kind. I left a $100 tip because I watched attend to her guests and her two Autistic sons as well as her elderly parent. Amazing

We thought the bathroom was great-looked new. Carpeting had a nail sticking up by bathroom/carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced Exterior was very nice except for the front and adjacent building Exterior landscaping needed allot of work as well as better maintenance of the grounds Only 8 miles from Lenox-Good location/Industrial area Price is great/Maybe next time it will be better

Atmosphere looks horrible looks old, the inside is clean not too big. Comfortable beds very spacious, kind men in the front. You have to call to check in, no one is in the front. Also looks like they live there. I wouldn’t return. But very close and convenient to everything.

It’s in Midtown. Which is convenient to go to other places.

The office door was locked with a sign indicating that we should call for a room. Fortunately, one of the managers was there when we arrived and opened it for us. But no one was there when we were ready to check out, so we left our room key in the room. There was also a sign in the office that, due to COVID, no breakfast service was available. It was my understanding that we would pay for the room at check-in, but the manager just took my ID and didn't ask for a credit card to complete the transaction.

We booked a 2 night stay in an Econo Lodge with complimentary breakfast. When we arrived at the property, we had a hard time finding it, as it is no longer an Econo Lodge, and it was dark and rainy. Upon checking in (the front door was locked and we had to wait for someone to come open it and let us in), we saw a sign that breakfast is not being served due to Covid spikes in the area. The place is very rundown, and we could spell cigarette smoke from another room when we used the bathroom fan. Upon checkout, no one answered the door (locked again) so that we could return the key cards.

They never cleaned the room our second day there we needed to go to office to request towels and toilet paper, bathroom mirror was cracked The maid left the toilet brush in the toilet our first day there upkeep of building and grounds was non existent. There was no breakfast or fitness room as advertised

The front desk person was absolutely rude, let us waiting for about 5’ in the cold until he decide to wake up and attend us. He gave us the wrong wifi password. And there isn’t any breakfast even though in the web pag says so.

We reserved two rooms for $99 per night for a King non-smoking. On arrival, he said only one room was reserved, and a non-smoking room cost $119 per night. We did reserve a second room with two doubles. Breakfast was supposed to be included but was not - "ostensibly due to covid outbreaks around the state". Coffee was not replenished for the second day.
