The staff at holiday inn has just been amazing. I think Jimmy at the front desk should be working for a 5 star hotel because there was a special way that he made guests at check in felt so welcomed and taken care of. The room was very clean and I enjoyed feeling how comfortable and safe around the property. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other’s traveling to the location and will stay again.

The Hotel was reasonably priced, well located, with easy access to multiple locations. Professional and friendly staff that addresses issues. Only issue is that the bed mattresses needs to be upgraded to a better quality, otherwise it currently feels like it's thin and broken, and not hip to Holiday Inn standards.

So we had checked in at around 9:00pm, the guy at the front desk was very nice. The room was prefect, and we all had good rest. But at around 7am we woke up to ta fire alarm, no warning or anything. It would keep going off when we were trying to sleep, we tried to call through the phone and it seemed like it was down. Everything was so glitchy, it went on for like 1-2 hours, not sure. We left at around 10am, and it was still going on. The checkout was not really good, no apology for the fire alarm at all. To make things better, what I would recommend is telling people who check in that there would be a practice fire alarm the next day. Then customers wouldn't be alarmed. Also another thing. There needs to be a sign that says where the elevator was, we stayed on the 6th floor and there was no sign where the elevator was, the doors were closed till we finally found it. Overall I'd say the review would be Okay-Greatish. Thanks for the stay, hope you guys take the advice.
