The stay was amazing from the start. Staff was extremely genuine and friendly the entire stay. The hotel decor and architecture was very modern and trendy. The views from Azotea were incredible. The food was bomb and the spicy Mezcal is a must try. Great overall stay and we will be back soon!

Room is spacious but shower was not designed to function, water overflows to the entire bathroom area and had to ask for extra towels to place on floor each night. Staff were all kind and professional. Clean room. Rooftop individual pool seemed uninviting. One of the restaurant was closed for private event and unable to visit. Overall was good experience.

Everything was great! Only thing was that when I got into the small pools they have at the rooftop some of the paint was coming off and it would stay on your skin unless rubbed off. Food 10/10 Room 10/10 smells great!

We had an amazing two nights celebrating our anniversary. The food at the restaurant was excellent, the press for champagne button in the room was a very nice touch and we used it a couple times. I wish the rooftop plunge pools were heated but it doesn’t change my opinion of this place. 10/10

Room was very clean and modern. Bed was extremely comfortable. Roof top was awesome, check it out with the private pools for your dinner table w a view. Didn’t get to try the main dinning hall but it has great reviews.

The entire building has a very cool design and the roof is spectacular (with good cocktails and food too). All of the staff were lovely and went out of their way to be extra helpful. Convenient location and we were able to park in front of the building. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had an ocean view. We did not find it noisy on the second floor.

We enjoyed staying here. Overall it was centrally located with a few great restaurants at the hotel and beautiful aesthetic. A few things need for improvement. 1. La ambientación y decoración muy bien lograda y original. Las vistas a atardecer en la azotea preciosas. La experiencia en el restaurant empezó de maravilla, pero los platillos estaban buenos nada más. La mala experiencia fue que la habitación tenía olor a cañería y tuvieron que ponernos en otra habitación. Sentimos que aunque el personal fue muy amable diciendo que es porque están empezando y hay cosas que arreglar, el Hotel no cubre las expectativas de la categoría que promociona.

En general todo muy bien, el único detalle es que no hay cafetera en los cuartos, solo nos pusieron una sola toalla la última noche, faltan más toallas de mano y pidieron de manera opcional dar propina a las chicas de limpieza. What an amazing place. The rooms are spectacular with great balconies and comfortable beds. Rooftop bar is hard describe because it’s so unique and cool. What a place to grab a drink and see the sunset. Location is perfect in the heart of everything. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke enough English to be helpful to our simple Spanish. We will come back!

We enjoyed our stay, however, just be aware that the rooms are NOT sound proof (we were on the 4th floor at the corner) and you could hear other guests in their rooms very clearly and the roof top restaurant music very loud.

The location was great! We were just one block away from the malecón! The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable, we had a nice little balcony. I can’t remember who helped us check in but he was great! He allowed us an early check in and was very attentive! My only but or complain will be the service in the rooftop restaurant, they need either more staff or get better at it, because they took almost 30 minutes for them to go check on us, we also asked for the check multiple times. But the view, drinks and food were good! Just a little pricey!

Pros: The location of this hotel can't be beat! It's at the quieter end of The Malecon. Stunning views of the ocean from the upper rooms and the rooftop restaurant. Easy walking distance to so many restaurants and activities. We had the 2 queen beds room. It was quite large. The balcony has plexiglass, so your view of the ocean is unobstructed. We received a good price for this room. Cons: It's clear they went for form over function when designing this hotel. Starting with the entrance, it is an elevated, downhill, slippery path into the tiny lobby. It also curves in weird places. If you aren't careful, you will fall off the path or lose your balance. The hallways are color drenched in black paint. It is so dark you cannot see where to put your key card. The bathroom sink is curved similar to the walkway. You can't put anything on the side of the sink. It just slips off. Additionally there are no places to hang wet towels or swim suits. There is only a rain shower with a half wall instead of a door. The entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. Be careful in the shower the tiles are VERY slippery when wet.

The stay was amazing from the start. Staff was extremely genuine and friendly the entire stay. The hotel decor and architecture was very modern and trendy. The views from Azotea were incredible. The food was bomb and the spicy Mezcal is a must try. Great overall stay and we will be back soon!

The location was great! We were just one block away from the malecón! The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable, we had a nice little balcony. I can’t remember who helped us check in but he was great! He allowed us an early check in and was very attentive! My only but or complain will be the service in the rooftop restaurant, they need either more staff or get better at it, because they took almost 30 minutes for them to go check on us, we also asked for the check multiple times. But the view, drinks and food were good! Just a little pricey!

What an amazing place. The rooms are spectacular with great balconies and comfortable beds. Rooftop bar is hard describe because it’s so unique and cool. What a place to grab a drink and see the sunset. Location is perfect in the heart of everything. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke enough English to be helpful to our simple Spanish. We will come back!

Interesting concept of boutique hotel in convenient location. Next door dogs howls and barks from early morning and unable to sleep in. Room is spacious but shower was not designed to function, water overflows to the entire bathroom area and had to ask for extra towels to place on floor each night. Staff were all kind and professional. Clean room. Rooftop individual pool seemed uninviting. One of the restaurant was closed for private event and unable to visit. Overall was good experience.

La ambientación y decoración muy bien lograda y original. Las vistas a atardecer en la azotea preciosas. La experiencia en el restaurant empezó de maravilla, pero los platillos estaban buenos nada más. La mala experiencia fue que la habitación tenía olor a cañería y tuvieron que ponernos en otra habitación. Sentimos que aunque el personal fue muy amable diciendo que es porque están empezando y hay cosas que arreglar, el Hotel no cubre las expectativas de la categoría que promociona.

La ambientación y decoración muy bien lograda y original. Las vistas a atardecer en la azotea preciosas. La experiencia en el restaurant empezó de maravilla, pero los platillos estaban buenos nada más. La mala experiencia fue que la habitación tenía olor a cañería y tuvieron que ponernos en otra habitación. Sentimos que aunque el personal fue muy amable diciendo que es porque están empezando y hay cosas que arreglar, el Hotel no cubre las expectativas de la categoría que promociona.

Es un hotel con un concepto muy padre y novedoso, la ubicación es muy buena, la terraza maravillosa, la comida excelente con muy buen ambiente. El hotel no esta preparado para soportar los calores de la Paz, necesita un mejor aire acondicionado en general en el hotel, y mas en el cuarto, el cual no sirvió. Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia con el calor, pero nos compensaron con un rico desayuno y al parecer ya lo están solucionando.

Great location close to everything. Not as loud as other reviews mentioned but I was there during the week. Pools on rooftop are tiny and it's right in a very nice (and tasty) sit down restaurant so don't expect it to be a relaxing rooftop pool experience. It's More like a restaurant with some hot tub locations right in between the tables. I never got to use it because of that. Otherwise the view is great from the restaurant!

Absolutely horrible experience at this hotel, and I would never recommend staying here. Several days before arriving in La Paz, I contacted the hotel multiple times to reserve dinner at Azotea, yet I never received a response. When I brought this up with the staff, they were unable to explain why my messages had gone unanswered or offer any assistance with securing a reservation. The issues continued from the moment we checked in. Without obtaining permission, the hotel granted access to one of our two rooms to another individual in our party. Later, while showering, the water suddenly shut off, leaving us standing in the shower with soap in our hair for nearly 10 minutes. When we reported the issue, staff informed us there was a problem with the water tank. We then attempted to use the "pool" on the deck, which was essentially a hot tub. When we later discussed all our issues with the manager, we were told that they had "done us a favor" by allowing us to use it because it supposedly was not available to guests—despite the hotel advertising it as a pool amenity. To make matters worse, several staff members displayed poor attitudes and raised their voices during our interactions. Considering the price we paid, the level of service and quality of the amenities were completely unacceptable. I have traveled extensively and stayed in hotels across many countries, and this was by far the worst hospitality experience I have ever had. Save your money and book elsewhere.
