Room was clean and spacious, Manager was very smart and polite, ready to assist for everything, it’s great experience, the hotel can reach to 4Star if they can do some changes, which I advised to the Manager

Very bad experience lots of mosquitoes and bed bugs. We couldn’t sleep whole night. My elderly parents was can not sleep. Disappointed not recommend to another guest.

It was fine but we expected some more amenities like a refrigerator an iron box. Also I hope they could accept credit cards instead of only cash or Google pay. Overall it was good

The location is slightly out of town. However it was the festival of Pongal and there was a loudspeaker near my room making noise until 10.30 and from before 6 am. This was very difficult. The hotel is simple and I guess it is normally quiet
