Excellent stay, however still some construction happening around the hotel area. It would be nice if there was a separate designated footpath for people to get from the hotel lobby to the main road and towards the shopping areas. Also, the shuttle bus should be running at 12:00pm (lunchtime) because that’s a busy period. Other than this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall had a great stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good location but it’s not on the Main Street. It’s along a narrow corridor. There’s a shuttle to the nearby malls so that helps. If I had issues to pick one would be the breakfast place on mezzanine floor. It’s relatively small and food may be too spicy for the foreign visitor (like myself) & non spicy options are limited I would also love to try Indonesian kuehs. Room had washing machine & induction stove, pans .. however the funny thing is there’s no plates, no dish cloth or dish washing sponge..All that said .. I would be happy to stay here again and would recommend to my friends.

Gym was great, room brand new and was nice to have a washing machine. Very comfortable and quiet. Had my best sleep in Indonesia. Walking to Grand Indonesia was convenient. The staff are very friendly. Gloria and Afra are extremely helpful and Afra makes an exceptional coffee. Anything required would get a speedy response.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here in the clean 2 bedroom apartment. We enjoyed the view from high floors. Checking in was quick and breeze. Breakfast spread was alright. Amenities such as pool and gym were great. Walking distance to the malls. Hoping it was a much longer stay for us. The only downside was that the pick up and drop off location may be quite confusing for the drivers. But overall, the staff and stay was great. Would definitely come back again.

I love my stay in Parkroyal. The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is good as well, you can walk to the nearby shopping mall or restaurant. Staffs are friendly. I will definitely stay in Parkroyal again when I visit Jakarta in the future

In general, hotels in Indonesia offer excellent service compared to many other countries. The staff and housekeeping here were extremely kind and attentive. They even did a deep cleaning upon our request due to our carpet and dust allergies, and also provided an air purifier for us at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was average, but overall the stay was definitely worth the price.

It’s a new property and the Thamrin 9 block is still under construction. Having said that the property is walking distance (5-10 mins) to Grand Indo/ Plaza Indo. Service is exceptional. Rooms are new, clean and on a high floor (floor 75-82). Only drawback is that lifts can take a bit longer (but it’s not extraordinarily bad). My only problem was it is far from Kuningan!

I love my stay here and we have been using this as a benchmark for our future booking. This certainly sets the new benchmark. Staff had been womderful and helpful. Property is centrally located next to largest mall.. room wise, it is cosy amd hige with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Everything we needed to make it feel likena posh home.

Thank you for making our stay such a memorable one. My dad loves the surprise that the staff hv prepared for him. Everything was beyond what I expected. All the staffs are very courteous, polite and have provided extraordinary service. You guys hv set the standard so high that I think I'm gonna just return here everytime I'm back in Jakarta.

Stay was fantastic unfortunately my son fell sick during our stay and had to call for house doctor but wasn’t available but they have a house nurse . We decided to go to the hospital instead and the staff Fajar was fantastic , he rendered our assistance with a wheelchair and calling for a taxi for us immediately. I would like to thank Fajar for his assistance . Service was impeccable and stay was great.

It’s a new property and the Thamrin 9 block is still under construction. Having said that the property is walking distance (5-10 mins) to Grand Indo/ Plaza Indo. Service is exceptional. Rooms are new, clean and on a high floor (floor 75-82). Only drawback is that lifts can take a bit longer (but it’s not extraordinarily bad). My only problem was it is far from Kuningan!

Excellent stay, however still some construction happening around the hotel area. It would be nice if there was a separate designated footpath for people to get from the hotel lobby to the main road and towards the shopping areas. Also, the shuttle bus should be running at 12:00pm (lunchtime) because that’s a busy period. Other than this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Employee are very friendly and helpful. Always take care of what I need. The cleaning services is rapidly fast and cleaning. Appreciate it and have a great time staying with all of you . The hotel location is about 5mins walk to train or shopping mall.

Overall had a great stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good location but it’s not on the Main Street. It’s along a narrow corridor. There’s a shuttle to the nearby malls so that helps. If I had issues to pick one would be the breakfast place on mezzanine floor. It’s relatively small and food may be too spicy for the foreign visitor (like myself) & non spicy options are limited I would also love to try Indonesian kuehs. Room had washing machine & induction stove, pans .. however the funny thing is there’s no plates, no dish cloth or dish washing sponge..All that said .. I would be happy to stay here again and would recommend to my friends.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here in the clean 2 bedroom apartment. We enjoyed the view from high floors. Checking in was quick and breeze. Breakfast spread was alright. Amenities such as pool and gym were great. Walking distance to the malls. Hoping it was a much longer stay for us. The only downside was that the pick up and drop off location may be quite confusing for the drivers. But overall, the staff and stay was great. Would definitely come back again.

어두워진후에 도착해 81층 객실에서 내려다보는 도시에 불빛이 넘 예뻤구요. 4박5일동안 아주 편안히 쉬다 왔어요. 인도네시아 음식이 많이 짠편이라 나가서 먹을땐 힘들었는데 호텔 조식은 전혀 그렇지 않았고 음식도 깔끔하고 먹을것만 나와서 매일 아침식사를 든든히할수 있어서 더욱 더 좋았어요.

Gym was great, room brand new and was nice to have a washing machine. Very comfortable and quiet. Had my best sleep in Indonesia. Walking to Grand Indonesia was convenient. The staff are very friendly. Gloria and Afra are extremely helpful and Afra makes an exceptional coffee. Anything required would get a speedy response.

In general, hotels in Indonesia offer excellent service compared to many other countries. The staff and housekeeping here were extremely kind and attentive. They even did a deep cleaning upon our request due to our carpet and dust allergies, and also provided an air purifier for us at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was average, but overall the stay was definitely worth the price.

The staff are all kind, friendly. Room is very clean and well maintenance. Shopping mall is connected to the building so easy to do shopping and dining and Grand Indonesia is very close where you can buy branded items. Gym and pool are clean too. Wash and dryer are new which helped cleaning my clothes. The breakfast is a little disappointing for the selection of menu for this pricing. Wish to have more side dish options to eat with rices. Also, this hotel lobby is not listed of the grab pick-up-point. So every time you have to deal with drivers.

高層階の部屋からの景色がとても良く、ジャカルタの夜景が素晴らしい。ハウスキーパーさんが、とても丁寧で清潔に部屋をお掃除してくれるので、快適に過ごすことができた。ちょっと朝食の品数が少なく選ぶ余地がないのが残念だった。

Had another wonderful stay at Park Royal overall. The service staff, from the doormen to the front desk and call centre team, were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve its operational processes: 1. Prior to check-in, we requested an additional bed and two sets of duvets as we were arriving after 10pm with a very sleepy child. While Guest Services confirmed the request, a subsequent email from the Front Desk seemed to suggest otherwise, which was confusing. Upon arrival, the room was not fully prepared, and the additional bed and duvets were only set up after we had entered the room. Unfortunately, this disturbed our child and resulted in a difficult first night. I would have expected while waiting for the room to be ready, the additional request would be part of it. 2. During our stay, requests for additional blankets and duvets took longer than expected to be fulfilled. We understand the hotel may have been busy, but there is room for improvement. 3. This was our third visit, and on each occasion there was a delay in room readiness. Most notably, on this stay, despite arriving well after 10pm, there was still a wait before the room was ready. That said, these issues would not stop us from returning. Park Royal remains one of the better family-friendly hotels we have stayed at, and we hope this feedback helps make an already good experience even better.
