Stayed 3 nights

I stayed for 3 nights. Lovely staff, decent breakfast. Just disappointed that there was no roomcleaning while I was away. Using the same towels, etc. Also, poor sound isolation, you can hear your neighbours talking.

Stayed 2 nights

We got order confirmation for double room with 2 single beds, as I and my 15 year old daughter stayed together. However, at check-in we just got a small 140 cm double bed. The hotel was fully booked, so they could not offer another room. After some discussion, we got an extra bed into the room. This bed was just pushed into the room by a guy, who left immediately without saying a word, in a packed condition, meaning that we needed to unpack it and place it into the room ourselves. Further, the room was very hot at night (25 degrees celsius), with no possibilities for ventilation, since the window faced internally only, and could not be opened. At the reception they said they could not do anything about it, except providing a small fan. So they did, and brough an unopened package with a brand new fan to the room, which they asked me to assemble myself(!). So I did, spending 15-20 min for this. Yet another thing to mention is that in the reception area there were 2 restrooms (the only ones except those in the hotel rooms), of which one was an accessible toilet which was closed all the time. The remaining open toilet lacked soap during all our stay (two nights), and did not contain any paper or other means for drying hands after washing. The hotel was rather expensive, but everything appeared cheap, not maintained and with a lack of proper service. Breakfast was howebver good, with a lot of choices, but with insufficient places to sit when the hotel was full.

It was good for the price. There's nothing else but a mall close the hotel, as it's in a business district, but that made it a peaceful and nice resting spot for us on the way to and from Finland/the ferry. It's nothing special, but it's what you'd expect in the affordable price range
