Very clean for a motel and great service for the price. It's not 5 stars versus a Hilton, but it's fenced, staffed, secure and very reasonably priced. I would stay here again for a secure, clean bed.

Gate closed at midnight, felt really safe

If you’re looking for a cheap bed this place is for you. Found within a gated compound this hotel is in shambles. The carpets and floors were stained, If you want 0 amenities and a place to sleep, recommend bringing a blanket, it’s almost worse than army accommodations, almost!

On the Expedia site it stated there was Airport shuttle. That wasnt true. I asked for a pick up in the morning and the front desk guy said they dont offer that. The room was pretty. lean and made up well but smelled bad and there were about a dozen flies buzzing around and landing on my head or face all night...The parking lot is DARK at night. No lights really and it felt sketchy as I was leaving at 3am.... lots of traffic in and out of my neighbors room all night also....

The room was filthy. They require a 300 dollar damage deposit. The microwave never worked. The tv remote was broken ( the volume button to turn tv down never worked) The shuttle to airport wasnt available ad advertised.

We got to the Saskatoon airport around midnight. Even though we called earlier that day, the hotel didn’t offer any transportation, even though their welcome message said they would. It was late, so we were willing to overlook that. But when we got there, they charged me again even though I had already paid through the booking site. The place was dirty from the front desk all the way to the room. There was some alarm going off outside every couple of minutes, and when I asked about it, the guy at the desk just brushed it off. I had read reviews saying it was an older property, but clean, so we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. The room was supposedly “clean,” but the carpet was totally worn down, it smelled like old cigarette smoke, there was one thin towel, two tiny pillows on the bed, and the curtains didn’t even cover the window. We ended up leaving without staying here. DO NOT believe any pictures or positive reviews. No exaggeration: We would have been more comfortable sleeping on a park bench. This hotel might work for certain uses, but is unacceptable for most people.

You feel like you’re entering a compound, with a black iron fence/gate that is closed at night, and you need to request access to leave or re-enter after certain hours. Every person in our family was required to provide ID, even our child, which I’ve never encountered before. There’s a big bible prominently on display on the front desk, and there are multiple signs about it being a “drug free zone”, which I’m assuming is the cause of why they’re so strict and keep this place on lockdown 24/7. The room smelled ”stale” or of old smoke. There was a filthy top cover on the bed, with stains and burn holes in it, even though there’s no smoking allowed in the rooms. It felt like they’ve been around for decades and don’t get washed. Other than the top cover, there was only a flat sheet, so we needed to unpack our own blankets. The bed skirts were torn and filthy looking, just hanging off the boxspring. Towels were stained and nothing matched. The air conditioner provided no cooling, only white noise. The curtains didn’t fully close and covered the A/C. My daughter went to grab a cup of water and said the paper cups provided looked dirty. I never went into the dining area, but my husband did and then refused to consider staying for the complimentary breakfast and we left as early as we could. Overall, this place feels sketchy and unclean. You can tell they’re trying to improve on whatever this place was before, but they have a long way to go. We felt scrutinized and unwelcome.

This is a basic motel with super friendly staff at the front desk. It would have been nice to not have the extra charge for checking in early but I needed the sleep so I took it. It is so great to be able to drive up to your room and keep an eye out on your vehicle. There are also outdoor cameras and a big steel fence to help with a safe feeling. Great price.

hot water wasn’t always functioning. never stayed at any accommodation that chained the gates closed to enter the parking lot after 10pm. mini fridge was nice to keep my drinks cold.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The property is in disrepair, their sign is falling off, there were cigarette burns in the blankets, the smoke detector was ripped off the wall, a large chunk of the ceiling was missing, mold in the shower, and the floor of the shower was unstable. The room was dirty and no one came in to clean the entire stay. The people checking us in were nice enough, but this was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in and would definitely not recommend.

Room 269 should be reported to authorities and condemned. The floor and tub tiles and all bathroom fixtures were painted over. The carpet is absolutely disgusting. The picture that shows on your site is false advertising. The room is very unsanitary, and frankly unsafe.

The room was subpar, bedding was stained as was the carpet. Door frame was dirty and the showerhead leaked water all over the barhroom. The front desk staff were responsive, but i woyld have to be desparate to book there again.

The most disgusting rooms I’ve ever seen. Carpet was deeply soiled throughout. Bedding stained (though sheets appeared clean). Moved to a new room after complaining. It had marginally cleaner carpet. Hoping there are no bed bugs or roachs.

BED BUGS. And the photos online do not match the actual room I was rented. This place is a complete dump and the room smells like cigarettes, like baked into the walls stench. I have more than 30 bed bug bites all over my body after staying there. The place is infested, be warned. Believe all the terrible reviews already written. They just renamed this place and put it under “new management,” but it was condemned by the city not long ago. Walls, floors, furniture, EVERYTHING, is dirty. I truly tried to find other accommodations but everything was sold out. It’s a hard lesson to learn; next time I’ll sleep in my car 😕 Bed bugs are not worth it!

The first room didn't have a working shower, second didnt have a working fridge. third room had both workin but all three were absolutely filthy worse I have ever seen.

The pictures uploaded on expedia are not the same as the place looks. It is the most terrible place I have ever stayed at. Sink got blocked, carpet looked like 100 years old. Shower tub had so many black marks and broken chips. Toilet seat looked terrible.Room was full of flies and mosquitoes. I closed the curtains and the curtain stick came off. They should really consider renovating this place because this place has big health and safety issue.

When we opened the door the room smelled like stale cigarettes, the furniture was chipped and the walls were dirty and paint peeling. There was a dead bug in the coffee cup. The pillowcase smelled like male perfume. The bathroom floor had toothpaste and the bathtubs paint was very shabby and paint chipped and this blue residue on the shower tiles and there was hair in the tub. Very dirty and not like what the pictures said on the website

The carpeting in the room was in poor condition and there were several insects present. Additionally, the heating system was not functioning properly, resulting in uncomfortably cold temperatures during the night.

Toilet not working , tv not working, -21c and holes in the wall by the air conditioner, cold air blowing directly into the room. I stuffed the towels to limit the cold air.

They advised renovated rooms but we got an old 1980’s room. They were less than 1/4 full but they put someone over us that scraped their chairs every time they got up until about 1:00am.

Overall good budget motel, there was no internet for the weekend I was there, but staff immediately explained why. Other then the walls being super thin, overall a good stay

Very dated room, uncomfortable bed with really thin pillows. Bathtub was delaminating. Everything was unplugged in the room when we got there. The price was good for the area

The internet did not work, 3 different Wi-Fi SSID but all of them were useless because they so slow they don't connect you to anything.

The staying was okay, although it was very disappointed because they don't have cable or streaming services, that's a basic thing when staying at the hotel. The TV was merely decorative.

Served its purpose, but the walls are paper thin, could hear the nieghbours coming and going for hours on end, door was really hard to open, but otherwise it was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.

The general manager is nice Mam Faith, but the other front desk wants me to pay $35 for early checkin while the room is ready and clean. Room is that great for premium, towels are small and No hand towels! Bathroom needs work done.

We were accused of taking towels from the room by the housekeeking staff. Which is not true, as Australian travellers we have no room in our luggage for towels!!! They took $100 from our credit card without telling us. Upon confronting the hotel we were told they believe housekeeping not us. I sure hope this will not happen to anyone else

Overall, the stay was really good. Only problem I had run into was prior to arriving to the hotel. I called the hotel and asked about early check-in. I was advised that I could come around noon When I showed up at 12:30, was then told I’d have to wait around 1.5 hours till a room was available I was then advised that I had to pay a $35 early check-in fee which I was not told about when I had called or I would have waited until 3 o’clock check in time Be advised that if you want to check in early, there is a $35 charge no matter what you are told on the phone

This motel was not at all like the pictures shown on the website! When we checked in, there were about 8 others in the office complaining, should have been our first clue! The service was terrible, the room was awful, there were not enough towels - only 2 bath towels, no facecloths or anything else. The staff was just awful. We were told many times 'if it is not like you booked, you made the mistake! Expedia or you are to blame! We, the staff, did everything right!!!! Wow, I hope no one else books this place. The website was old obviously because it says the go-kart place is next door!!! NO, that moved years ago and is miles from there now. That was part of the reason we chose this place. This motel was run down and absolutely awful!!! Apparently there was some sort of breakfast but we did not go there because everything else was so bad...why would we risk that too? So if you want a place to stay in Saskatoon, DO NOT go there... it will be a huge disappointment.

Arrived at 4pm but clerk said our rooms weren't ready as they gave them to someone else for early check in. Had to wait an hour with 2 tired and hungry kids for another room. Once the new room was finally ready it smelled of weed and air freshener. Went back to the front desk and asked for a refund which we got and were on our way. I guess my expectations were a bit too high for the price ($67)

Best staff

The location is close to restaurants and shops, which was super convenient. The room was tidy, though the carpet could use a deep cleaning. The staff was courteous and accommodating.

Being just a short walk away from the city center meant that we could easily pop in and out of shops and restaurants, maximizing our time spent enjoying the sights and sounds of the city

As soon as we pulled up I knew this was not a place to stay. It wasn’t clean, it is old and run down. The area is terrible.

It was fine. An easy walk downtown. Old furniture. Kinda grubby interior, but the bed sheets were clean. Acceptable for the price.

The price was. The area by our room was very unsafe. From the parking lot to the sidewalk was not suitable for walkers or wheelchairs. And the step up into the room was totally too high! We could hear the neighbours next door. We understand children can be noisy when they are excited but we could hear banging several times through the night.

The property is in a sketchy area. when we first got the there, A couple was having a fight throwing cans out of the room. The carpets were filthy in the rooms. The giod is that hlthe beds and bathroom were clean. For the price its fine.

The location was great, just a short drive from the city center. The room was average and could use some upgrades. The free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.

The restaurant on-site offered delicious meals, and the room was spacious and clean. The parking area could be better lit, but the overall stay was comfortable and affordable. Ideal for quick trips.

Staff were all wonderful. There was a room mistake but it was handled in a professional manner. Rooms are adequate and clean. Good for a quick stay and price is affordable. Breakfast was included, it was sparce with only pancakes, potato wedges, egg sandwiches and soup. It was good and filling.

I love how you can drive right up to your room so it's easy to load and unload luggage. The free breakfast was basic - could use some juice or milk for the non coffee drinkers. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They are renovating to improve their facilities but our room was clean and quiet.

The complimentary breakfast and free parking were excellent perks, and the staff were very friendly. However, the rooms could use some updating, especially the carpets. Overall, great value for a short stay near the airport.

I paid for a free breakfast. What I saw at the breakfast buffet was dry pancakes, no syrup or whip cream. Dry fries, soup (?), no toast, no muffins, no good breakfast. Place was dirty. The only thing was that they allowed my 3 small dogs for 25.00 each. Otherwise, save your money.

The staff was cheerful and accommodating, even helping me find directions to nearby landmarks. The room was cozy, with a nice desk for working. Though the breakfast was basic, it was enough to start the day.
