Esta vez nos tocó una muy mala experiencia en sus instalaciones pues al llegar a nuestra habitación el día jueves Junio 25 nos encontramos con que estaba sucio el baño. Tratamos de inhibirse lo pero fue imposible pues había una bola de cabello abajo del lavabo y demasiado polvo, también los espejo estaban sucios, se que quizás los espejos no suelen ser tan importantes pero fue algo complicado dejarlo pasar desapercibido. En cuanto vimos la cantidad de cabello y suciedad que había en el baño bajamos a comunicarle lo sucedido a la recepcionista en turno, y le agradecemos su atención y amabilidad pues inmediatamente nos dio otra habitación y nos remunero dándonos un pase de desayuno sin cobro para mi familia (3personas). Lamento no recordar su nombre pero si recuerdo que tiene cabello largo lacio oscuro y unos ojos muy expresivos. Esperamos regresar a sus instalaciones en algún momento, y sería muy gratificante que continuaran brindando a todos sus clientes la mejor atención como hasta ahora. El motivo de nuestra visita fue por un tornamento de baseball en el que participaba nuestro hijo. Gracias a todo su personal por dar lo mejor.

전체적으로 매우 잘 관리되고 있는 호텔입니다. 방번호를 알려줄때알건물위치를 알려주지 않아서 다시 프론트에 방문하여 방위치를 변경하는 불편이 있었습니다. 엘리베이터가 건물중앙에 있어서 찾기가 쉽지않은 점이 있으니 잘 눈여겨둬야 합니다.

The property was nice overall. Clean, and modern looking. Hot Tub was unavailable the first day I tried to use it, but was fixed later. I was put in a Hearing assist room for whatever reason I'm not sure. There were flashing lights all night long which made it hard for me to sleep. My biggest problem was at check in. I requested a room like the the picture I booked on expedia. I was told that this was an upgrade & since I booked on expedia, and I'm only a Marriott Silver Elite member I was not entitled to an upgrade or even a complimentary bottle of water. This was explained to me by the Assistant Manager after the Receptionist was not able to upgrade me. The Assistant manager was rude, and condesending. I definitely did not feel welcomed or valued as a Marriott Bonvoy member for 45+ years. I will not come back to this property even though it was nice and very well located.
