Beds were hard, pillows were flat and the girl at the front desk wanted to charge a fee for two additional towels, until the manager said to just give them to us. Rooms were clean though and had a fridge and range. No coffee makers in the room.

Property was very clean. Staff available not available after ten. I ran out of toilet paper and …they wanted to charge $2 a roll. Because it’s an extended stay ?!? No in-house hair dryers.

We got one set of towels free. They charged $3 for each additional set off towels or you could do laundry on your towels, which consists of a face towel and a dry towel only. I was told this upon check in. You had to wait until 12 noon to do the exchange. No blackout drapes, only blind. Extremely noisy room because we were above the laundry and maintenance room. Would not recommend this hotel.

It works for someone simple and not too picky. Laundry facility is nice, fitness center. Only downside is no ice machine.

The room and overall appearance of the hotel was very clean and inviting. The gentleman working the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. The only issue we had was no coffee maker in the room without purchase. We drink coffee at all hours so this was inconvenient. I would stay again however without hesitation

The counter was closed when we got there, the lady came out screaming. There were 2 other groups waiting as well. She started screaming at the guy that was knocking on the door trying to get in for their reservation. We got the room and it was as good, until we got to the bathroom. There was a lot of hair all over the counter, someone had trimmed their beard. Housekeeping needs to do a way better job.

Very new, super clean, we loved the non-carpeted flooring. It felt very clean. The mini-kitchen was very convenient.

I found a bed bug. The receptionist immediately gave us another room. But I still was overall in distress about it. And I was refunded money

My room was not very clean at all especially the bathroom. There were visible hair trimmings in the bathroom sink and the tub. I checked in the middle of the night around 12am and after traveling I just wanted to shower and sleep but I was disgusted. Especially seeing the pube like hair in the shower. The icing on top was the towels being DIRTY. Visible shoe prints on the towels. This was the most unpleasant stay I’ve probably ever had for those reasons alone. When communicating with staff members about this when requesting new towels ( there is a charge- waiver due to them being disgustingly dirty), they kind of just rolled their eyes and didn’t do anything to offer or make up for the issue at hand. The facilities seemed newly renovated but up close you can see how the rooms were not kept clean. My overall room minus the bathroom was OK, weird booger like object on the TV remote and dead bugs on the hangers. This is a very basic hotel, don’t expect much- cleanliness, amenities like an iron and customer service.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Although I stayed for only one night, there were plenty of amenities (e.g. a full-size refrigerator and microwave, a modern stovetop) that should have been very useful for multiday stays. I would stay there again if I’m in the area.

Hotel was good & clean. Neighbors upstairs sounded like they were coming thru the floor and the stomping never stopped. Overall the hotel was good and I'll be back. Dog friendly as well.

Horrendous mattress, synthetic bed sheets, noise air conditioning, no room service and actually dirty floors. The place is pretty new, but it will be a WRECK is another couple of years

Overall the rooms were spacious with very convenient furniture to put your belongings. With this in mind and the low price compared to other locations near by, I would highly recommend this location for a stay.

Very sparse- no hand towels even. But it was very clean. Felt a little bit like a dorm room in that there were not closed cabinets but open shelves, Etc. The bed had a kind of noisy covering on it. Overall the place was okay but wouldn't be our favorite place to come back to.

Noisy. Room was super bright in the sleeping hours of the morning. They don’t have blackout curtains. Not at all comfortable sleep.

The room was clean and comfortable especially for the price. Our only complaint were the pillows. They were a little thin to only have one for each of us. Overall, though, we'd stay here again.

The room was clean (but also very overpowering/nauseating chemical smell). Staff was nice. The noise from the other tenants in the rooms around you was the worst part. It sounded like the people above me were rearranging furniture every 10 minutes. When i asked for my room to be switched due to the noise, I was told every room was sold out with no other option but to leave. 3/10 for me.

I’ve stayed at this property twice already this year, and honestly, it’s been a good choice. If you need to stay in the suburbs for a good price, I recommend this place. The staff isn’t very friendly, but they do their job.

I'm glad we were able to arrive when we did. (9:30 pm ish)...Wednesday, June 18th....BECASUE... Half an hour later, and we would have been stuck with ZERO way to get to our room. The gentleman (who was working the desk until half an hour later)... informed us that their front desk doesn't stay open after 10 pm. EVER. he did nto indicate that there was any overnight person to help us OR you... Worse, is that had we arrived a DAY later, (Juneteenth), we would have also been on our a**es because the front desk was closed ALL day long. Not a single person was available that day except for a skeleton cleaning staff. And oh yeah, if you want additional towels, sheets, etc, you PAY for them. Another hidden uh-oh. The room we had was beautiful, but the place (being new) smelled like glue and heavy men's cologne.(Which could have been a cleaning product) This property, being an extended stay, had people of all sorts in and around the building. It wasn't ghetto, but... An interesting spiff was that the building was pretty much inaccessible unless you had your room card. You could get to the front desk, but little else, which was reassuring. We weren't really unhappy, we were happy with the price, but there are a few things that they need to BOLD print on any online resources to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and arent left in the hot (which it was), or cold. The shower pressure was also pretty gross, but I attributed that to water saving etc. We rated it as seen to us.

I booked my stay 3 weeks in advance. I received a call the day before asking if I was still coming because they had over booked. I let her k ow we would still be there: The day I arrived to the hotel they told me they were all booked up and there was nothing they could do. They attempted to give me the phone # to other properties to call. I let them know that’s not my responsibility to do since they gave my room away. No one took ownership for the mistake instead each person on the opposite shift blamed the other person. Coming from out of town at 5 pm my family and I had to locate another hotel to stay at. What an inconvenience!

This was my first stay at any Woodspring, and it went very badly because of one person: the front desk old lady. I had booked a room just for one night as a break during a long road trip with my family. When we arrived around 11 PM, all the doors were locked. I had to call the number provided by Expedia, and the lady answered sounding clearly half-asleep. I understand it’s late, but I had already paid for the room. Instead of helping, she started shouting over the phone. She eventually came downstairs and checked us in but kept complaining, saying she hates Expedia and that no Woodspring allows check-in after 10 PM, blaming Expedia for not showing it. However, this was never mentioned anywhere on my booking. Her tone was extremely rude; I honestly felt like I was begging her to let me stay in a room I had already paid for (just becuse I booked it using Expedia). The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, truly top-notch. I liked everything about the room and the property, felt too secured as well. But because of that unprofessional and unpleasant experience with the front desk, I would rate this stay 0/5 if possible. To Expedia: if certain hotels have check-in restrictions, please make them clearly visible so customers don’t end up being harassed for using your platform.

Booked this hotel two weeks in advance. Hotel called me at 5pm on day of arrival to cancel my booking! Said they had no rooms available. This left me in the lurch while I was driving from out of state heading to meet someone for dinner, with no time to research alternate options. Person just said 'sorry.' Have stayed in many hundreds of hotels and never had something like this happen. Terribly unprofessional.

The gentleman at the front desk was helpful & friendly. The ladies were very attentive & clean. My room was very clean & well accommodating. My only complaint is my pillows were pancakes. Great stay would visit again.

DO NOT stay here. If customer service and decent front staff matter to you at all. Firstly they only have someone working the front desk from 9am-9pm and anything after their window is locked so good luck with emergencies. We called the front desk and were instantly turned off by the extremely rude and angry older woman. She works in hospitality you would think she would try to be somewhat composed but she scared the hell out of us with all her yelling! She would get mad at a simple question and upon checking out we called to try to retrieve something we left in a room and I kid you not all I asked was when will someone be at the front desk to help us get it back and she legit screamed so loud over the phone I nearly lost my hearing. I can’t imagine that they are still allowing that woman to have a job there let alone work the front desk. This was the scariest most unhinged encounter at a public establishment I’ve ever had. She will verbally assault you completely unprovoked.

This place was not a good experience. There is a lady with a huge attitude problem , I greeted her and she was rude about it. Not to mention check in time is at 3pm but they didn’t have my room ready until 5pm. Very unprofessional place.

Vey basic. Vey clean. Easy access to the tollway. Good value.

The hotel was convenient to the interstate system as well as to everything else we wanted to do in the area. The staff was very helpful and looked up restaurants in the area for us when we arrived hungry and tired late in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Hours for staff was limited and no stay-over service...also my filters had breakfast included and it came up, but the price was just fine for a no breakfast option.

For an extended stat facility i would have expected the bare minimum of kitchen supplies, a couple of plates, cups etc. Also a coffeemaker. It was suppoaed to be ready in the lobby by 7 am. I called them twice to see what the delay was. I was told twice it would be ready in a couple of minutes. Nope I finally had to go out and get coffee somewhere else at 8 am.
