Staff so helpful and pleasant, room well thought out with great touches such as phone chargers. Gym excellent- £10 a day to use. Breakfast not included - lovely but perhaps give the option when booking?

Great location right near the RedJet dock and main harbour and high street boutique shops, restaurants and bars. The guy on the front desk was excellent. Rooms really well fitted out and stylish. Great hidden away large bar overlooking the water, which no-one seems to know about !! Would definitely stay again.

No door key as all digital, had to use phone which is ok but only gives access to 1 person. Shower temperature was luke warm at it's hottest, shower gel dispenser didn't work. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, had to use the fan instead. Room was noisy due to the adjacent pub.
