The room was comfortably, but the aircondition was not in order. Small swimmingpool. Restaurants very expensive. The location is a disaster, you can sleep and eat and no more. Shuttle service OK. I would never book the hotel again.

We found the hotel to be much more pleasant than what we would have expected. The beds where great, tv screens in every room and although the hotel have a few years under its belt it was clean. Plenty of free water bottles. Pool area is small but nice. Good gym as well.

Would Book again for our next flight stay over! Superfast check-in 10/10 impressed! Verry good breakfast and a beautiful room it was served in. The 3 bed room was great with space and nice cleaning. The bathroom no problem but slightly old The shuttle worked Perfect. The only minus was that the driver for drivning a formel1 race it dit not feel safe according to the reaction time if he had to use the breaks. 9/10 🌟

Beskidt, uhøfligt personale og langt under den standard man ville forvente af en suite til over 1000 kroner på et lufthavnshotel. Vi fandt en brugt barberskraber på badeværelset og hele suiten var fyldt med sorte lange hår. Lugt af skimmelsvamp og personalet var det værste vi har mødt i Asien.

The airport shuttle was 20 mins late due to traffic. Room seemed clean, however overnight we got bitten by bed bugs. I have messaged the hotel to let them know about this and to try and address this, but have not had a response. The soundproofing was also awful and we could hear every word of the conversation that the person in the next door room was having.

Stannade en natt pga transfer. Ligger en bit från flygplatsen, fribupphämtning med minibuss som går ca 2 ggr per timme. Ok lobby och bemötande men gammalt hotell. Gammal heltäckningsmatta i korridorerna och bruna färger. Stort familjerum men väldigt lyhört mot gatan och en trafikerad väg. Omodernt badrum och inredning men fräscha sängar! Tråkig frukost, många alternativ men smaklöst.

Excellent stop over for one night in transit. Free shuttle was easy to find and on time, delivered us quickly to the hotel. Check in was smooth and friendly. Room was perfect, large comfortable bed. I had to leave very early next morning, again easily arranged on the free shuttle. I can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t have time for it. I’d stay here again happily if needing a hotel near the airport. I doubt you’d find better

When arrived at night 2:30 am front desk manager was very rude and not showed empathy! Said can not check in earlier than 9 am. So resting in lobby fell asleep she sent. Bell man to slap my feet woke me up say can not sleep in lobby very rudely unacceptable behavior so stayed up since all night would not even send bell man to take luggage to the room after checking in! Reported to Manager to coaches staff in hospitality business to offer blue drink to me as welcoming drink was not offered as brown American Muslim biased discrimination was oblivious but all other white travelers was offered Blue drink without exceptions!!! Max mentioned would address to staff. Bathroom tub slow drain in room 605 unable to shower in clean drained tub. Crystal Resturant mentioned chicken was halal so I ate on November 19 but no proof was provided as certification requested email to manager Max on night of November 20 still no reply received to verification of chicken claimed by Resturant to be halal sources with certificate.

Hotel Siam Mandarina was a delight to stay at. This was my first trip to Thailand and was worried about transportation to a hotel, but the staff here made it stress free. The service was impeccable during my stay as well. I would definitely recommend staying here. Just be aware it is about an hour into downtown Bangkok and plans accordingly.

Staff all wonderful, hotel is modern and very nice. The price included shuttle both from and back to the BKK airport. Breakfast also included which was very good, very thoughtful to have breakfast available from 4am since many travelers with early flights. Busy road outside the hotel but no road noise in our room. I would recommend this hotel.

I was very happy with the hotel service and Breakfast but on the night I was checking out to go to the airport because my main purpose for booking, this was it was near the airport and they had a shuttle to the airport so I thought it would be convenient. My room key was given to someone else who was trying to check into my room. I was in the shower. I just got out of the shower and someone had a key to my room and was coming in with their luggage. This is unacceptable.

Great place near the Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). Efficient 24 hrs free shuttle. The rooms have a lot of space and in general very clean. And the staff was great. But be aware that there is nothing around the hotel, a taxi will be mandatory to do almost anything else.

Excellent hotel to stay in close to the airport. My 3rd time staying at this hotel. Check-in is super easy. Great airport pick up & return for free. The hotel staff is very well organized. My room was super nice - big room, very comfortable bed - very clean room & hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Great varieties of fresh food. I will use this hotel again.

Very nice property. Convenient airport shuttle service. Nice clean rooms. Gym better than most hotel gyms. Everyone was very attentive. Almost nothing to do on, or around, property. I got so bored, I finally had to rent a driver to go into Bangkok. If your stay is very short, it is a very nice place. But if you would like some activities: shopping, walking, sight seeing, etc. , then you are better off renting in Bangkok and praying for a longer can ride to the airport. This place is best as a 1 night transit hotel.

This hotel is an excellent option for those with an overnight stay and early departure. The airport shuttle bus starts at 4.15 am. The breakfast is excellent in its range and quality. Rooms are comfortable with some having panoramic views of the airport. The shuttle from the airport is not so good. A long wait if you miss it but a metered taxi is worthwhile. The fare includes a mandatory 50 Baht for the driver. Final cost was 140 Baht which was much better than hanging around for 40 minutes. The hotel liaison people are wearing teal blue rather than lime green jackets.

Bra hotell när man ska vara tidig till flygplatsen. Rymligt rum med det man behöver. Lite halv dålig AC. Tråkigt närområde. Finns iaf en 7/11 på gång avstånd. Körde bussar tidigt på morgonen till flygplatsen och frukost kunde man få redan vid 04 på morgonen. Inget vi testade dock

Needed a hotel near the airport that was clean and available and reasonable in price. The advertised distance from airport is a lot longer than it seems and took almost half an hour. The time between shuttles is then 1 hour as they only have the one shuttle. Fun ride.

It's ok but nothing special. Looks pretty good, but rooms are quite old and worn. Shower was not in great shape, toilet worn down. Not taken great care of. Hotel breakfast was quite tasteless and the coffee was horrible. Even the fruit was dry and tasteless. On the plus side they make freshly cooked omelette, which was good. Would probably not stay here again.

The airport shuttle was very easy to locate. They were there waiting for us even though we were late getting there due to airport issues. The hotel is beautiful! Rooms also very nice. The breakfast buffet that was included with our stay was phenomal! I didnt know where to start first! Staff excellent! We will definitely go back when we need to stay in Bangkok! Highly highly recommended!

Got food poisoning from their chicken. Had to cancel flight costing me hundreds again to rebook, go hospital and rest up for 2 days. Hotel were rude about it and said I can’t prove I got it from the Crystal restaurant but I hadn’t eaten all day. Only good thing is shuttle to airport is regular.

The hotel room was great as was the staff in the front desk. The onsite restaurant was not good at all and super expensive. Had to pay 530 baht per person for the breakfast buffet (wasn't offered to order off the menu and didn't know it was a possibility) the buffet was horrible. Dinner was expensive and not good either. Better off finding a small local place.
