I have stayed in over 20 properties across Thailand is the best value with amazing staff (Kunn, the manager at reception was so kind and accommodating to my requests, he even escorted me to my room when concierge was busy) The resort is large and beautiful and has an awesome pool, relaxing world class spa, and 24/7 restaurant. They have free airport transportation and it is away from the craziness of central Bangkok. Truly such a peaceful resort!

Modern and clean. Great pool. It is not located that near to the airport with nothing to do close by but good for an overnight for a flight. Good buffet breakfast.

Dirty room, aircon did not work, not well Maintained. 9 lizards in our room, food overpriced and not great standard they were more interested in providing private party buffets

The hotel was clean with comfortable beds. However it’s not worth paying for a room with a pool view as view is often obscured (either completely or partially) by other buildings or trees. The pool was good but music played was inappropriate for guests e.g. lots of swearing and rap/dance when many using the pool were families. or over 50
