Facility looks old and worn. Dead cockroaches & other insects were in our room. The pool was under maintenance, information which was not available in Expedia while booking. Staff were courteous & great. Food options for breakfast were limited. The fresh eggs to order bar was located outside, so birds were dipping-in/eating the ingredients that was laid out & the cooked bacon (happened on multiple days). The staff also allowed a shirtless & barefoot guest in the food serving area. Brought it up on the first day, but they still allowed the same person to do the same thing the following day. It was very unsanitary.

The location was perfect. I wanted a full service hotel with a spa near the airport with a shuttle. We loved the hotel, the room, the food and the spa was excellent. Everything was reasonably priced and the people at the resort were extraordinary in look after us. Would definitely stay again.

The only pool at the resort was under maintenance the entire duration of our stay and for several weeks prior to our arrival. I had specifically booked this hotel for the pool, but was never advised of it being closed during our stay, despite my several emails back and forth with the resort, including upgrading to a pool view room. There was no mention of the pool closure on their website either. This resort is in a rural area, away from everything, so the only thing to do here is the pool. Very disappointing and misleading to not have been informed of the situation prior to our arrival. We definitely would not have stayed here if we had known. Also, despite the resort being only 12km from the airport, the shuttle took 45min after having to wait over an hour for it at the airport. Definitely would not stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for my one night overlay. Amazing price! Airport shuttle was very convenient. The 24 hour bar and dining is a plus. The buffet breakfast was amazing with so many options and a beautiful scenery.

I selected this hotel for its relative proximity to the airport. It is about a 20 minute drive from BKK. The staff took the care to email regarding the pool being under maintenance during my stay. I would like to try another stay at the hotel once the pool is operational again. The room was spacious and had a comfortable nook for reading.

The positives; The furniture and bed was comfortable, the cabinets and closets in the room looked almost new, the air conditioning worked well in my room and breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and the service was good. The negatives; The overall condition of the hotel needs attention. The hallways are looking very tired and in need of at least a paint job. The worst for me was the condition of the bathroom, the toilet was clogged, the sink drained very slowly and there was heavy mold in the shower. Overall the hotel is fine for a short stay or layover. I stayed in this hotel about 2 years ago and it seems that general maintenance and upkeep since then has not been sufficient to keep hotel looking fresh.

This area of Bangkok smells! The hotel smelt really bad, it is old and run down. They cleaned it as well as they could, but the entire hotel smelt of sewage. I booked a spot on the shuttle for the time I required pick up at the airport, and when I got there, they had filled that shuttle and said I had to wait for the next one (over an hour)!! What was the point in reserving a spot? The restaurant was okay. The service by the staff was excellent.

Booked this hotel as was close to the BKK airport. However, upon checking in the ‘’Premier corner room’’ was no way near like a five star rated hotel room. The bathroom had moulds and hair everywhere from previous guests. It was not cleaned properly at all. Also there was no wifi in our room on arrival. When called reception she literally said ‘’turn your phone off and on and should work’’ when in fact we explained that theres no network showing to connect to, being the patient people we were, we followed the lady’s instruction but obviously did not work. They later literally had to bring a router to our room and then fix it that way few hours later. The breakfast was average. Honestly should have never booked to stay here. The pictures of the rooms that they have showed is highly deceiving at least from my experience.

Stannade här endast en natt för att ha nära till hotellet i Bangkok. Stort fint hotellområde som var perfekt att promenera runt i innan den långa flygningen hem. Rummen var rymliga men något slitna och städningen var tyvärr inte bra alls. Myror på ena sidan av sängen då en tidigare gäst spillt något som inte har blivit rengjort. Fick dock snabb och bra hjälp av receptionen att åtgärda det direkt. Bra med gratis shuttle bus till flygplatsen.

We got the rooms pretty cheap but for a reason, the pool was under renovation but that's on our fault for not double-checking and with no access to the pool, you're limited to any activities in the area. You're also far way from the main parts of Bangkok so that's a bit of a bummer. The rooms were VERY hot upon entering and you're only given ONE key card. The room needs your key card to turn the lights and AC on, meaning when you leave for hours, you come back to a scorching hot room (even at night). The washroom smelled a little funky, it's due to the lack of circulation since there was no fan. The gym and restaurant are open 24 hours, so that's a bonus! The spa in the property was the highlight for sure. It was reasonably priced. Another great thing about the property is the shuttle from the airport to the resort!

Le petit déjeuner est assez limité, peu de choix et beaucoup de salé et peu de sucré. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 8h30 (le petit dej ferme à 10h), il restait 2 viennoiseries et plus de yoghourt. Cela n’a jamais été rempli sur 30 minutes. L’insonorisation des chambres, l’horreur. Il pleuvait lors de notre nuit, on avait l’impression qu’il pleuvait à l’intérieur. Chaque bateau qui passait sur le canal, chaque personne devant la chambre etc,… trop de bruit. Le service de navette gratuite nul ! On avait réservé le soir pour le lendemain à 16h30. Finalement la navette était trop petite donc une voiture est venue nous chercher à 16h45. Ce monsieur a essayé de nous arnaquer en nous disant qu’on arriverait pas à l’heure si on ne payait pas 150 bath car trop de bouchons sur la route principale. Finalement on lui a fait comprendre qu’on avait 4h d’avance et qu’on ne paierait pas pour un service qui est normalement gratuit.

Nice pool, but the room was a bit shabby and the staff seemed overwhelmed. There was one restaurant open when I arrived at 9pm, the staff were really busy and no other options nearby. It’s also at least a 25 minute drive from the airport, they do have a free shuttle but it only runs at certain times and traffic was insane at 6am. Fine for overnight before a flight home, but glad I wasn’t staying longer.

The room was quite comfortable, especially the bed, and the shower was great. The pool with the bar was also quite nice. My only issue was with the WiFi. I needed tech assistance because I had a VPN on my computer. The IT guys were very nice and resolved the problem.

The room was decent, although not very well soundproofed, the noise from the TV next door was very audible. It was clean and the facilities were good. The breakfast was good, the wifi worked, the staff were helpful. The pool area was a nice spot to spend a few hours. The shuttle worked well, this is a decent stay if you are getting an early flight.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Kaum jemand spricht englisch und wenn dann nur sehr unverständlich. Angebotener Roomservice hat 3 Stunden gebraucht um zu liefern, aber erst nach mehrmaligen Reklamationen. Die Rezeption ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar und der Roomservice spricht nur Thai. Die Zimmer sehen auf den ersten Blick nett aus, aber im Badezimmer ist Renovierung nötig. Meine Mail bezgl. des Shuttles vom und zum Flughafen wurde einfach nicht beantwortet. Auch die Höflichkeit dem Gast gegenüber ist nicht vorhanden. Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder. Kein Hotel das zu Expedia passt

This was my second stay at the resort and it can best be described as an "island" in a sea of chaos. There is no place to walk outside the resort but there is little reason to leave the resort so it is great for a brief stay while traveling via BKK. My first visit was amazing with great customer service but my second visit had some serious challenges. First was the shuttle service. Since it was my second time there, I was in the proper place at the proper time at BKK. The shuttle did not arrive. The very poor customer service happened when I arrived at the hotel after using a taxi to get to the property. (the taxi was paid for by the airport). The young lady at the check in counter was extremely rude and was basically calling me a liar. This, of course, escalated the situation unnecessarily. The young lady was not the typical polite and friendly Thai person and should not be in a frontline position. The rest of the staff was excellent but the unreliable shuttle and one bad apple is going to cause me to rethink my choice of stay on my next trip to Thailand. And I am frequent traveler to Thailand.

Ignored when I questioned it. Very poor. Had to change my room twice, manager never came to speak to me the next day as requested - ducked for cover. Has the potential to be so much eater.

Dead roach beside the bathtub. The receptionist who checked us in was curt and stoic, atypical of Thai service. Ordered dinner for three, two of the meals were served thirty minutes before third meal came out. After waiting twenty minutes I cancelled the third meal and was told it would be one mor minute and it was ten minutes before it was brought to me after I told the server twice I wanted to cancel. The server had another server bring the meal and again I told them to cancel the meal for the fourth time. They were annoyingly insistent. Some staff were friendly and a few staff members seemed distant and uninterested. Will not return again.

Beautiful resort and room. Amazing shower. Great to have access to 24 hour room service and a restaurant when arriving late. 7-Eleven also in walking distance. Close to the airport and free airport shuttle (need to book in advance).

Quiet location, great staff. A couple tasty dining options on-site. Backs onto a canal that is lush green with lots of birdlife and fish jumping. Nice central pool area with a poolside bar if you like. Is about a 30min trip to airport even though looks “right beside” BKK on the map. Not a negative, just be aware of this (Bangkok is a very big busy city so give yourself an hour each way to get places).

Wir haben dieses Hotel nur für eine Übernachtung gebucht, da unser Anschlussflug erst am nächsten Tag ging. Das Hotel ist nah am Flughafen. Den kostenfreien Shuttle haben wir nicht genutzt, sondern ein Taxi für 300 TBHT genommen. Die Fahrt hat hin und auch zurück ca. 20 Minuten gedauert. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und der Service war auch zur späten Stunde, wir brauchten spontan noch ein Zustellbett, ausgezeichnet. Die Anlage ist groß, ruhig und gepflegt. Der Pool, den wir Aus Zeitmangel nicht nutzen konnten, sah sehr gepflegt aus. Lediglich das Frühstück war ein wenig enttäuschend was die Auswahl und Präsentation angeht. Aber wir wurden satt und konnten gestärkt den Heimflug antreten. Das Hotel ist nicht für einen Bangkok-Trip geeignet. Dafür ist es viel zu abgelegen. Aber für einen entspannten Zwischenstopp zwischen zwei Flügen sehr zu empfehlen. Preis-Leistung waren top!

Wonderful customer service and clean rooms. I stayed here one night because I had an early morning flight the next day. I wouldn’t recommend staying here as your typical Bangkok accommodation though because it’s pretty far from everything (it’s about an hour via taxi to Siam Discovery).

This might be the best dollar for dollar value anywhere. Convenient for the free shuttle to the airport. The free brrakfast is beyond compare the staff are froendly. I got a room upgrade. Hotel near the airport was lovely with a beautiful pool and lounging area. Downfall was the restaurant and very poor extremely slow service. Staff were not attentive at all. One member had finished their meal completely and kept asking when their partner’s dinner would arrive. Basically you ate while your other half waited. Can’t go anywhere else as there is nothing near. Really was a let down. Drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive

Clean, well furnished rooms. Pleasantly surprised at low cost for the beautiful rooms, pool, delicious breakfast. I had wanted a transit hotel at the airport but this was at least 25mins away, with hotel shuttle. I would recommend this hotel.

Poolen var super och rummen perfekta för en eller två nätter i Bangkok. Det negativa var restaurangen närmast receptionen där vi fick vänta i 60 min på en pizza trots att resten av sällskapet hade fått sin mat. Vi påpekade detta flera gånger och ändå tog det sån tid.
