The hotel was perfect for my needs. It was right next to the airport and was clean. The front desk was available for a late check-in and answered all of my questions. I had initially booked the hotel because it had free parking, however I was told when I was checking-in that parking is $10 a day. I would have appreciated being told of that prior to check-in, but it was not a nuance for me.

Weird, but NO wash cloths 😩 WALLS are thin, could hear loud people a lot outside. BUT, I felt they misled about NO SHUTTLE SERVICE, I think Expedia should make that part of their AD... you get what you pay for. Cheap is not always quality, but clean 👌

No phone to communicate with office, but three alarm clocks in one bedroom. Need instructions on how to use the stove top, need a broom and more trash cans for longer term stay. Kept saying pool would be open. We originally extended our stay one day just to relax at the pool and it was green and they padlocked the pool closed. Beds extremely uncomfortable and very poor seating in suite

The property was okay, the thing is people have teenagers and don’t keep up with them. We were not able to use the pool management stated due parents not keeping up behind them. Overall the staff was very professional and so was the manager

Had to change rooms because of the cigarette smoke permeating the room. Next room wasn't as bad until someone in the next unit started smoking. Smelled so bad, sinuses started to hurt. Miscellaneous stains everywhere. Bug carcases in the bathtub and a used coffee pod leftover in the maker. Bathroom door knob busted.

Absolutely a place i would never stay again!! disgustingly dirty! I had to be switch 3 times. Each room was nastier than the last. First room TV did not work. next room the couch was filthy with stain all over it and torn! Last room couch and carpet filthy beyond belief.

I found bed bugs (multiple) crawling on my pillow within minutes of turning off the lights. The hotel is old and has a slight odor, but I never thought to check for bed bugs as I have never had an issue before. I have too much faith and trust in companies I guess. I told the person at the checkout (at 1am) as I refused to sleep there and he just said call the manager tomorrow. No apology or shock I reported bed bugs to him. Makes me think he was not surprised and it’s a known issue. So disgusting. Do not even think about staying here!

This facility is certainly not to be recommended. Two couples, wanted two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We got that but that's the only good (?) thing to say about this place. Pay more money and get a room across the street. Where to begin? Room was smelly, musty, very dated and dirty furniture. Couch full of stains, no chairs other than a desk chair. No table for games or eating. The bathroom was terrible. The tub was chipped, tile needs to be replaced. No hangars. Don't go barefoot on the filthy carpet. The people at the front desk acted to like we were putting them out when we went up there for ice And each day we had to get the room keys re-keyed. When we asked "does this happen alot?" "It's an inconvenience" they just shrugged and handed us the new cards without any apology or concern. At night other "guests(?)" hang out in the parking lot by the rooms and talk loudly and smoke pot, which wafted into the window facing the lot. Bottom line... don't stay here.

I only stayed one night and barely occupied the room but to sleep but still this was unacceptable. While i understand hotels will have some wear and tear but this was just disgusting. Food on top of pictures not cleaned up, the utensil holder dirty, unknown substances on the wall that can be cleaned up easily. I dont get how a housekeeper supervisor approved my room to give to me. Never again will i stay there and i hope this place gets shut down so they can really clean this place up.

Property was easy to get to, not far from our final destination. Breakfast included. Amazing suite with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Don’t like that it says it sleeps 6 but can’t book the suite for over 3 people.

The room was big, open, and comfortable especially the bed. I also liked how the bathroom was set up. Everything was relatively clean. The staff made the experience even better: the guy at check in and the lady at checkout were both quick, efficient, and very friendly. Parking is only $10 a day, which in Philly is cheap, and the location is great out of the way enough to be quiet, but still just a short drive into all the fun. Definitely will stay here again next time I’m in the city.

It was clean, but the walls are paper thin. I heard a door slam during the night and it shook my bed. I thought it was a gunshot. Then, early in the morning, someone turned on the shower and then the faucet and it was extremely loud in our room. I'm guessing the pipes are right behind the bed. I got very little sleep. The waffle maker was filled with burnt waffle and the front desk staff just said they'd have housekeeping check it then. No one came as I expected. So, a sub par stay, but for one night we sucked it up.

Worst hotel in the country, and I’ve stayed at a lot of them. AC not working so room was 84 degrees. Maintenance called but sent to “wrong room” by person at front desk. Bathroom fan disgusting and had not been cleaned in a while. TV remote would not shut off tv or change volume. Entry way was a marijuana forest and room smelled the same. Absolutely disgusting place. No customer service.

Very convenient location, Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, no noises from outside or adjoining rooms would be great for an extended stay with a full kitchen and I was very pleased with the thermostat in the room so we were able to keep a comfortable temperature. Only issue was available parking close to our room, but not a huge problem.

Breakfast was very limited and the vending machine took my money and my girlfriend’s money but never gave us sodas. Reported it to the front desk and the guy simply said it was not his problem and directed me to call the number on the vending machine which never answered or returned the call. But guy at front seat could have been less rude about it. Also when you check in you pay a deposit which is charged to your card and taken instantly but after check out you still don’t receive the money right away. It’s been 3 days now and I can’t get no one on the phone, I’ve sent messages and still no reply. Why take the deposit so quickly but take all the time in the world to return the deposit.

The rooms were minimally clean, there were fresh towels, and toiletries. The main problem was that the Air Conditioning was not working. The temp was set to 64’F and the actual temp was 79’F. It was very hot and humid during our stay in Philadelphia and we could not get comfortable. After notifying the front desk I was told they had no maintenance staff available and our rooms could not be switched because the hotel was 100% booked. The next morning during checkout I was told that there were rooms available and they did not know why we weren’t switched. They left a message for their manager but as of today we have not heard anything.

We told them we would check out a day early as the conditions were not livable and were told to talk to manager. Manager did not answer the phone. Checked out at 8:30 with blank stares from the front desk. Property has since refused to refund our second night. Worst place to stay ever.

I was very pleased with my stay and the breakfast layout was perfect! It was quiet, room was very clean, smelled great, staff was super nice and helpful. I wanted to use the pool, but it was raining; however, that space looked nice as well. What I was not expecting was the kitchen area, which had a full stove and refrigerator. You can bring your own food and cook instead of going out to the fast-food spots or doing delivery. I would recommend this property for a quick staycation or if you're from out of town, this is definitely where you should stay.

Booked a non smoking room, but was given a room that smelled badly of smoke. Could not open a window, it was jammed. Tried to move rooms, but was told there weren't any. I could not stand the smell, so I had to look for alternative hotel, late in the evening. When I called to discuss this, the same woman who assured me there was no charge, said the manager changed his mind, and it wasn't her problem. I'll never come back here. The hotel was perfect for my needs. It was right next to the airport and was clean. The front desk was available for a late check-in and answered all of my questions. I had initially booked the hotel because it had free parking, however I was told when I was checking-in that parking is $10 a day. I would have appreciated being told of that prior to check-in, but it was not a nuance for me.

This visit was a quick overnight stay as we were going to UPenn hospital the next morning. The hotel called us late afternoon to confirm we were still coming. After arriving, checkin was easy and we settled in. We found our room to be clean and well maintained. We really had no issues with it. The property in general appears to be well maintained.Being near the airport I thought it would be somewhat noisey, but that was not the case. Breakfast was rather limited. The only hot items were make your own waffles and a selection of breads, bagels, etc. for toasting along with you usual continental breakfast items.

Very convenient to airport and freeways but one of those drive-in/drive-out places. For meals and entertainment. Unit itself was pleasant. Properties next door and in front, not so nice. Next-door folks to my unit would come out each night to smoke pot and talk for hours. In its heyday, nice garden apartments. Not so much now. Nice breakfast room though. Tucked back from street: limits noise but creates some isolation.

The rooms are very spacious The only thing I didn’t like was where the hotel was located. It wasn’t the greatest area. But it was close to the airport.

Arrived at 8pm for a night stay. Left at 7 am next morning so was not able to see the location completely. Room was nice though. Clean and tidy. Good breakfast bar. Would stay again.

The room itself wasnt bad at all - everything worked as intended and the bed was clean, but one of the two toilet paper rolls had been wet with something yellow and soaked to the roll. The whole reason i booked this hotel was for the included breakfast and that experience was very poor. Selection was very slim and even thing the waffle batter was only available 2/3 days of my stay and coffee was only there one day. The "fresh" bread items were very dry and the milk products had been left out to sour. I got sick my second day trying to eat cereal and not realizing the milk had turned. Parking is lacking at the office but otherwise every room has close parking, but the building seems like it used to be an apartment complex so there are no elevators to access top floors.

This is the only place I'll stay . Between the excellent staff that works here and the easy process to check in and the rtoms always being clean and ready I cannot say enough good things for here . I've stayed all over this area in the past two years and honestly I won't stay anywhere else except here . It's a great stay Everytime I come here !

The price is unbeatable. however, housekeeping needs to clean the room more carefully. There are black marks on the towels, the sofa bed has a urine smell, and the sofa cushions are very dirty. The sofa bed was also not provided with sheets or bedding. There was hair on the sheets of both beds, and the telephone in the room does not work. very limited choice for breakfast.

Multiple people coming in and out all night, being loud and smoking pot. None of us got very much sleep due to this. Couldn't believe I had to pay to park in a hotel parking lot. I would expect that if I were staying someplace with a parking garage. There were people just hanging around outside.
