Clean tidy property ,with good amenities the toaster was a bonus as was the washing machine

Apartment is just as described, room 202. The historic centre is about 20/25 min walk. Very easy to get to on foot from the railway station, about 15 minute walk. The private terrace at our apartment was a pleasant surprise. The building also has a lift. The only niggles we had were the TV didn’t work and the water in the shower was quite cool not sure if that was just a blip. Some nice bars around the back area of the building, we especially liked Perita.

el apartamento esta genial. esta a 1 km del centro y muy cercano tiene diferentes supermercados y otro tipo de comercios. a nivel diseño, distribución, calidad del mobiliario es excepcional. tiene también una terraza muy bonita y piscina. Lo recomiendo.

Super clean and easily accessible, great location and night staff was super nice!

This is not in the heart of Seville but it is within walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby. We were there for two nights mid-way through a 2 week international trip. Having access to laundry (in our room) was amazing! The kitchenette was greatly appreciated allowing us to eat several meals there and enjoy the roof top dining. Definitely recommend and would stay there again. Had no direct contact with anyone for check in or check out but all went smoothly.
