The price was affordable, bed was comfortable, rooms were ok. Refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. Seemed like there was some renovation going on. Room was not vacuumed, sheets had a stain on them, hot water in the shower was minimal, floor boards were falling off, holes in the wall from new artwork being hung, paint on walls, doors, and trim were not professionally done, broken glass on a couple of exterior doors, tv's did not work all weekend, juice machine was broke, and breakfast items were limited. We had to checkout a day early due to a family emergency and I was told I would not be credited for the last night of stay, was told a manager would reach out but still have not heard from anyone. I would not stay here again unless improvements are made.

Staff was inexperienced. Bathroom door was repainted and peeling. It looked like an eight year old painted it with a brush and they got paint on the hinges and door knob,etc. They never heard of masking tape I guess! There was some cereal on the floor by the bed when we went into the room. Breakfast ends at nine and when we went at eight fifteen, there were no eggs. I notified a staff member who went and got some frozen pre-cooked eggs. He put two into the microwave and heated them up for us. This should not happen. This hotel has ATV trail access, so I brought my side by side to go riding. The person at the front desk was clueless about that. The first morning that we were there,a man was arrested and walked out in handcuffs. That's a little unsettling. I chose this hotel based on low cost. There isn't much of a choice of hotels in the area. Next time I'll spend more money for a room somewhere else.

My partner and I were on a road trip and decided to stay at this hotel. We had no tv in the room the wifi barely worked, the bed was uncomfortable. The ice machine didn’t work. In the bath tub there was a hole in the side of it. The drop ceiling tiles were all pushed up and I had to put them in properly. The gym was broken equipment and the paddling was ripped. Then breakfast was awful my partner and I could barely eat it.

Property wasn’t plowed until the day we left after a heavy snow storm making it difficult to enter the parking lot. Good thing we had sleds! The tv was out for our entire stay. My father came down ill on the first night and made for a long day of nothing to do in the room but stare at a green screen.

It was dirty, the shower rods were coming out of the wall in the bathroom. Where the breakfast place was it was very dirty. The bathrooms were out of order all weekend in the main hall.

This is a Quality Inn, so set expectations around that. The rooms are newly remodeled and they have done a good job but some things are not complete. The ceiling tiles in some of the bathrooms (we stayed in two rooms) are not updated, the hallway ceiling tiles have big stains although the carpet is fresh, the room doors look like prison doors, the bathroom floor was spattered with paint by sloppy workers, the curtains did not have multiple layers so were hard to pull closed. The beds and linens were nice and clean. The pictures accurately reflect the state of the rooms. The lobby is not great and the common bathrooms are out of order, the breakfast is just "ok" but edible. The coffee in the breakfast area and what your brew in your room was undrinkably bad. It was Folgers too so I don't get it. There were potted but completely dead plants all throughout the lobby and hallways. Needs a little more work, but it is a 2 star hotel.

I booked this stay for my 80 year old parents as we were visiting family in the area. Front desk staff was sleepy and seemed completely unfamiliar with the computer system. When they arrived in their room there was what appeared to be poop on one of the beds. It was late and they were tired so they slept in the other bed. The next morning they checked out and the front desk person told them he had cancelled their reservation. I verified that the reservation for their next stay later in the week was cancelled, too. He assured me that it was, even though I had booked through Expedia. As it turns out, I was billed for both stays through Expedia. If I wasn't eligible for a cancellation refund, he shouldn't have told me the stay was cancelled and we wouldn't be charged. Breakfast room was dirty and food unappealing.

This was just a one night quick stay over to sleep and then leave. I have no complain about anything except for the bath towels smelled bad. I have trouble describing the smell other than funky. Not mildew or mold, but a very unpleasant smell that I would not want to be drying off with. I was able to use a couple of T-shirts and the hand towels which didn’t have the odor to dry off. I’m not sure what the problem was and I didn’t want to take the time to discuss it with them as I wanted to get back on the road. Other than the towels, everything was OK for a quick overnight stop

The bedding, toilet and sink were clean and satisfactory for a 1 night stay. However, all the countertops were grimey with drink rings, stickiness. The bathroom floor was white and in obvious need of mopping. I had to chisel something brown and gross off the floor and wipe down all of the countertops myself. The rug was crusty feeling between the door and bathroom. There were almost no outlets to plug in phones. The bar in the shower was missing allowing water to enter the holes and create nastiness behind the unit and probably in the lower room ceiling. With all the cleanliness issues, I can't imagine eating the continental breakfast. Outside the room, the carpets were muddy. There was renovation trash thrown up against the side of the building. The outside trash was overflowing. Would not stay here again, would not recommend. .

The property is just okay: not very clean, not well vacuumed, and a very strong scent of air-freshener that permeates the property once you head towards your room and also IN your room. We left the windows open to dissipate the fragrance when we went to bed that night. Room itself has a good sized refrigerator, mini-kitchen (cooktop) and cabinets but those are empty. Bed was extremely comfortable and linens clean, bed was well-made. Carpeting looks ancient and not very clean or well vacuumed. Bathroom is small and very basic and surface clean. Free prepackaged breakfast items offered as well as fruit and coffee. Cleaning staff was working when we checked in: a female and male. The male was working SHIRTLESS! Our stay was for only one night. We won't be returning.

Breakfast first day was awesome. Second day no one set it up. Front desk was very nice. It seems they are trying to update this hotel. Room was a bit run down and there were a lot of road construction people staying at hotel so there were a lot of heavy equipment and loud trucks. Although renovations on the exterior look great, the interior needs work. Room was 85% renovated with obvious items needing finished. Bathroom floor was filthy, not sure last time it was washed, it was sticky. Spent 3-nights, no housekeeping in the room during that time. 100% polyester sheets, not ideal for comfort. This is a Quality Inn, so set expectations around that. The rooms are newly remodeled and they have done a good job but some things are not complete. The ceiling tiles in some of the bathrooms (we stayed in two rooms) are not updated, the hallway ceiling tiles have big stains although the carpet is fresh, the room doors look like prison doors, the bathroom floor was spattered with paint by sloppy workers, the curtains did not have multiple layers so were hard to pull closed. The beds and linens were nice and clean. The pictures accurately reflect the state of the rooms. The lobby is not great and the common bathrooms are out of order, the breakfast is just "ok" but edible. The coffee in the breakfast area and what your brew in your room was undrinkably bad. It was Folgers too so I don't get it. There were potted but completely dead plants all throughout the lobby and hallways. Needs a little more work, but it is a 2 star hotel.

Gave this place a 2nd chance. First off I find an envelope for housekeeping looking for a tip. They don't do anything you have to ask at the front desk for clean towels ect. I also found a roofing nail on the floor of the room. The fire alarm went off the first morning, no one to be found at the front desk, never got an all clear from the fire dept. No coffee in the AM prior the to alam and then bad coffee the next day. Breakfast was a joke. TV was intermittently working the entire stay. The language barrier is also very difficult to deal with. I booked this stay for my 80 year old parents as we were visiting family in the area. Front desk staff was sleepy and seemed completely unfamiliar with the computer system. When they arrived in their room there was what appeared to be poop on one of the beds. It was late and they were tired so they slept in the other bed. The next morning they checked out and the front desk person told them he had cancelled their reservation. I verified that the reservation for their next stay later in the week was cancelled, too. The location was perfect for our needs, it was unfortunate that there was not a 'Accessible Room' available for our stay. My husband had to be very careful stepping in and out of the tub. They were very quick to move us to a first floor room.

This is an older property that didn't come out of the covid crisis well. Breakfast room had pictures of waffles, toast, bacon and eggs, etc. but were out for us to enjoy. Slim pickings for breakfast.

Staff was inexperienced. Bathroom door was repainted and peeling. It looked like an eight year old painted it with a brush and they got paint on the hinges and door knob,etc. They never heard of masking tape I guess! There was some cereal on the floor by the bed when we went into the room. Breakfast ends at nine and when we went at eight fifteen, there were no eggs. I notified a staff member who went and got some frozen pre-cooked eggs. He put two into the microwave and heated them up for us. This should not happen. This hotel has ATV trail access, so I brought my side by side to go riding. The person at the front desk was clueless about that. The first morning that we were there,a man was arrested and walked out in handcuffs. That's a little unsettling. I chose this hotel based on low cost. There isn't much of a choice of hotels in the area. Next time I'll spend more money for a room somewhere else.

Customer service at check in was good. Very friendly and fast. Reservation was for 2 queen beds; however, believe the beds were full size not queen. Good location.Plenty of places to eat or get snacks nearby. You can tell the hotel is old by the bathroom, but it was very clean and they have clearly kept up the place well. I had a quiet comfortable stay and they were a very commodating about my pet and putting me on the first floor near lobby.

The front desk had a Ring camera on the counter that staff appeared to monitor from the back. Every time we needed assistance or wanted to check in, we had to ring the camera and wait for someone to respond—and unfortunately, the response time was extremely slow. The room also did not reflect the photos shown online, which was disappointing. At breakfast, several items ran out and were not replenished. Overall, the experience lacked the level of quality and customer service I expected. I would not recommend staying here if those things are important to you. I would personally spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else in the area.
