Henann Regency Resort and Spa

Für mich eines der besten Hotels auf der Insel. Schöne komfortable und ruhige Zimmer. Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstücks-Buffet. Immer freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall den Preis wer. Werde das nächste Mal wieder dort übernachten.

Hotel was centrally located. Beach was decent but had lots of algae my kids ended up getting sea lice. The room was nice, and we had direct access to the pool. However, there was a group of guests who were disrespectful. They played loud music by the pool and one of them kept lounging at the private balconies of other guests, including ours. I reported it to the bartenders. I wish they were more proactive about telling other guests to not blast loud music in the common area or at least be watchful on the guests invading the spaces of other guests. It was rude and disrespectful. At other resorts, someone would have talked to us personally about our experience. I later found out that the same guests were lounging at another guests’ balcony/patio.

Room was very nice and very good variety with breakfast buffet. Wonderful check in staff
