We had a great stay at The Lind! Their airport transfer service was excellent. The pools were fantastic, and we loved their semi-private beach area. Great location. They offer a shuttle service to D'Mall (where you can buy souvenirs and there are many restaurants). Or you can walk along the beach to get here, also a very lovely walk. We had a very nice room with beach front view where we were able to enjoy the gorgeous sunset every evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety. Dinner options felt a bit limited. They need a fine dining restaurant. The hotel had guests with children, so it's not an adults only atmosphere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. PS - you get freebees, like flip flops, key chains, a tote bag!

We enjoyed our stay in the property. The facility is clean, well maintained, the staff is friendly. The gym is clean, the pools are amazing especially the rooftop infinity pool for relaxation and just to chill and be amazed by this beautiful island paradise. Overall, it is an excellent choice.

The Lind is a nice hotel with a beautiful beach and a great location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is generally appropriate, though not always at a five-star level. However, the hotel can be very loud — due to its open structure, noise from the pool area and restaurant easily carries into the rooms. The gym is fine but quite small. Also, it’s disappointing that towels cannot be provided for guests going on scuba diving excursions — this policy feels unreasonable for a resort of this standard. We paid quite a bit of money for our stay (the room service is also surprisingly expensive, with one liter of local bottled water costing almost $7!). We had high expectations, having had pleasant stays at the Lind in the past. However, our experience was terrible this time. 1. Unlike terrace rooms, the rooms on the ground floor have no soundproofing whatsoever. The very loud noises from housecleaning and other guests can make resting or sleeping impossible until late at night. 2. Also due to that and to lack of policing, the shouts coming from the pool can start from around 7 am and continue for most of the day, making relaxing in one’s room very difficult. 3. Due to very frequent (almost daily, in our experience) external events occupying the common areas of the hotel, the Infinity Pool is often hijacked after lunch and for the rest of the day. These “events” produce astonishing levels of noise, easy to hear hundreds of meters from the hotel. You may need to go to the beach like everyone else to admire Boracay's sunset, or just to stay sane. Based on our experience, by far the worst value in the entire island of Boracay.

We booked a room with a private pool and was not happy about it since it lacks privacy . The surroundings looks unsafe with small bamboo trees as fence and other guests and staff can see us through. Guests on other floors can spit or even throw trash on us, worst while we are eating & drinking wine. Its also not safe to is if ever other guests from higher floors will accidentally drop any of their belongings like their wet clothes that they hung at their balcony. Considering the big difference in the amount of our room from a regular one, it was not really worth it. Events was also a problem aside from we were cramped to use the beach front due to a wedding function, we were not also permitted to use their infinity pool on the top floor due to an event too. Even music was really loud. You can really hear the emcee from our room. Early morning when you still wanted to sleep more but loud music was already played from their alfresco. It was not really a pleasant stay at all as I expected it would be. I really wanted it to be special since it was my husband birthday but we left with a heavy heart.

the best hotel i’ve ever been. the staff are very courteous, the breakfast buffet selection are so many and very delicious. they clean our room 2-3 times a day after staying at the lind for 6days and 5 nights. the location is very convenient close to d’mall and other establishments. great service of picking us up and dropping us off at the airport. we love the view at the infinity pool. my fiancé love using their gym. the best hotel ever and i will keep on coming back.

The overall service was great. However, my family did not really enjoy our stay for 2 main reasons. First, outside food is not allowed, and the hotel has limited food choices. We had to go out and find food. Second, during our stay, there were wedding events every single day. They party until 10PM, so all of us including my toddler was awake until after 10PM because we can hear the very loud music and very loud people in our room.

Hotel has so much potential as the backdrop for a relaxing vacation. It is a top notch facility- beautiful, well maintained, great location, it even offers unexpected delights like serving lemonade while waiting to check in. But you just can’t quite relax at this hotel due to the rigid guest rules (for example hotel has a no guests policy for the pools even if they are willing to pay a fee and sign a waiver), and the staff pressures you if you arrive at 2:01pm for a 2:00 pm shuttle to the airport (even if you arrive so early you end up waiting at the airport for two hours before your flight). Also the basics are missed everywhere: no secondary privacy locks on the hotel room doors, sanitizer at the elevator but none at the serve yourself breakfast buffet that has no bathrooms or sinks nearby to wash your hands, a consistent lack of available clean towels next to both of the pools across two days, someone mopping the lobby yet no place to wipe your feet when coming in from outside rainy rooftop deck areas, resulting in dangerous (slippery) and messy conditions when walking on front lobby tiles. On multiple occasions it took over 40 minutes to fill a basic food drink order, and served my burger to a different table. In the middle of lightning rainstorm they didn’t even clear the rooftop pool of visitors to keep them safe (I observed this from my room). No convenience store, no outside food allowed, even from local restaurants! not somewhere I’ll stay again.

From pick up from the airport through the whole stay and check out was a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing! We had our massages daily during our stay That was great! I would like to recognize all the staff for job well done, especially Fed Fernando, Darwin,and the rest of his team. Great job overall by general manager Zsolt and his team. The hotel is prestine and spotless. We can't wait to go back!!!

The Lynd Boracay has very nice ambiance and has good customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Bathroom in our Room47 gets flooded when showering with water all over the floor.

La chambre avec petite piscine était très grande et bien équipée. Le personnel est très agréable, toujours souriant et poli, chose de plus en plus rare de nos jours. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix, des viennoiseries aussi bonnes qu'en France, et chaque jour nous demandions et avions nos mangues fraîches servies à table. La plage en face de l'hôtel est transparente et le sable blanc, un vrai paradis. Nous avons utilisé deux fois la navette pour aller au D Mall, mais la balade par la plage prend environ 15min. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix, des viennoiseries aussi bonnes qu'en France, et chaque jour nous demandions et avions nos mangues fraîches servies à table. La plage en face de l'hôtel est transparente et le sable blanc, un vrai paradis. Nous avons utilisé deux fois la navette pour aller au D Mall, mais la balade par la plage prend environ 15min. My third trip to Boracay. The Lind is a nice hotel and I would stay there again. I had a lovely view in a beachfront room. The White Sand Beach is gorgeous. The pools are very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Transfers from Caticlan airport were efficient. Food and wine were acceptable but nothing special. I generally don’t find servers to be particularly attentive in The Philippines. Be patient and politely raise your hand if you need something.

We paid quite a bit of money for our stay (the room service is also surprisingly expensive, with one liter of local bottled water costing almost $7!). We had high expectations, having had pleasant stays at the Lind in the past. However, our experience was terrible this time. 1. These “events” produce astonishing levels of noise, easy to hear hundreds of meters from the hotel. You may need to go to the beach like everyone else to admire Boracay's sunset, or just to stay sane. Based on our experience, by far the worst value in the entire island of Boracay.

We booked a room with a private pool and was not happy about it since it lacks privacy . The surroundings looks unsafe with small bamboo trees as fence and other guests and staff can see us through. Guests on other floors can spit or even throw trash on us, worst while we are eating & drinking wine. the best hotel i’ve ever been. the staff are very courteous, the breakfast buffet selection are so many and very delicious. they clean our room 2-3 times a day after staying at the lind for 6days and 5 nights. the location is very convenient close to d’mall and other establishments. great service of picking us up and dropping us off at the airport. we love the view at the infinity pool. my fiancé love using their gym. the best hotel ever and i will keep on coming back.

Hotel has so much potential as the backdrop for a relaxing vacation. It is a top notch facility- beautiful, well maintained, great location, it even offers unexpected delights like serving lemonade while waiting to check in. But you just can’t quite relax at this hotel due to the rigid guest rules (for example hotel has a no guests policy for the pools even if they are willing to pay a fee and sign a waiver), and the staff pressures you if you arrive at 2:01pm for a 2:00 pm shuttle to the airport (even if you arrive so early you end up waiting at the airport for two hours before your flight). Also the basics are missed everywhere: no secondary privacy locks on the hotel room doors, sanitizer at the elevator but none at the serve yourself breakfast buffet that has no bathrooms or sinks nearby to wash your hands, a consistent lack of available clean towels next to both of the pools across two days, someone mopping the lobby yet no place to wipe your feet when coming in from outside rainy rooftop deck areas, resulting in dangerous (slippery) and messy conditions when walking on front lobby tiles. On multiple occasions it took over 40 minutes to fill a basic food drink order, and served my burger to a different table. In the middle of lightning rainstorm they didn’t even clear the rooftop pool of visitors to keep them safe (I observed this from my room). No convenience store, no outside food allowed, even from local restaurants! not somewhere I’ll stay again.

The service here was pretty good. I liked the extra effort they made at the pool with little treats and how they’d bring water. The food was also good (I’d have to say better than Shangri La) and I liked that they had different themes nights tho it was a bit pricey relatively. This was our 4th time returning to The Lind. It’s the only hotel we will stay in when we are in Boracay. The staff is so kind and attentive. Security is top tier. We had a great stay at The Lind! Their airport transfer service was excellent. The pools were fantastic, and we loved their semi-private beach area. Great location. They offer a shuttle service to D'Mall (where you can buy souvenirs and there are many restaurants). Or you can walk along the beach to get here, also a very lovely walk. We had a very nice room with beach front view where we were able to enjoy the gorgeous sunset every evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety. Dinner options felt a bit limited. They need a fine dining restaurant. The hotel had guests with children, so it's not an adults only atmosphere. Overall great. The Christmas holidays are crazy busy, and they managed pretty well all things considered. Maybe understaffed, especially in the restaurants. Beach Room and its view were great. We had a great stay at The Lind! Their airport transfer service was excellent. The pools were fantastic, and we loved their semi-private beach area. Great location. They offer a shuttle service to D'Mall (where you can buy souvenirs and there are many restaurants). Or you can walk along the beach to get here, also a very lovely walk. We had a very nice room with beach front view where we were able to enjoy the gorgeous sunset every evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety. The service here was pretty good. I liked the extra effort they made at the pool with little treats and how they’d bring water. The food was also good (I’d have to say better than Shangri La) and I liked that they had different themes nights tho it was a bit pricey relatively. They had a great drink menu and a wide range of cuisines / dishes. I think the service could be a bit more proactive and consistent. Check in was a bit odd but I think I had someone who was a bit off. They didn’t give me a tour or explanation of the property, just told me my room wasn’t ready and then nothing else. I traveled alone and sometimes that throws people off for some reason. I did notice I got treated differently than couples and families. One thing I really did not appreciate is people (and staff) saving beach chairs for people who didn’t use them for several hours like 4 . The beach isn’t big and only certain chairs get sun. Overall I would stay here again. The spa treatment was very good, also much better than my experience at Shang tho the facilities aren’t as impressive.

My third trip to Boracay. The Lind is a nice hotel and I would stay there again. I had a lovely view in a beachfront room. The White Sand Beach is gorgeous. The pools are very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Transfers from Caticlan airport were efficient. Food and wine were acceptable but nothing special. I generally don’t find servers to be particularly attentive in The Philippines. Be patient and politely raise your hand if you need something.

The overall service was great. However, my family did not really enjoy our stay for 2 main reasons. First, outside food is not allowed, and the hotel has limited food choices. They party until 10PM, so all of us including my toddler was awake until after 10PM because we can hear the very loud music and very loud people in our room.

The room was very nice, staff amazing, amazing breakfast. Beach was the best beach I experienced. Everything you needed from towels to water for drinking by the beach. Kids room for playing, two pools etc etc. If I would complain about something, the lost one of our garments in the washing and did not compensate us or even said sorry, there was three weddings in a week and it was fun at first but then got a bit annoying.

Hotel is relatively new compared to other properties. Property is well maintained, gardens well manicured and I really like the infinity pool with the gorgeous view of the ocean. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and it could be very busy with minimal staffing to wait on tables. I don’t mind helping myself clear my plates for new ones and helping myself with coffee since it can get too busy and too many guests to serve. Rooms are kept clean and tidy.. Had a very pleasant stay at the Lind!

The Lind is truly a 5 star hotel. This is a well run hotel. All the staff are efficient. Customer service is superb. Location is quiet and very beautiful. Our room is clean and spacious. My family of 3 had an excellent stay. I felt so fortunate finding this hotel considering that it’s our first time in Boracay and relied heavily on customer reviews. The Lind made our first visit truly special. BTW, the breakfast buffet spread is delicious! Please take advantage of the airport transfers. The Lind has its own speedboat. It truly made our trip smooth from the time we walked out from the baggage claim of the Caticlan’s airport and all the way back to our departure .
