I did not realize that Marriott will give away your Expedia booked room if a Bonvoy member wants it. We arrived and our room was gone. There was a huge event happening in the area that weekend so we were stuck accepting a smaller room as most hotels were fully booked. So we paid extra for a larger room which the hotel said is non-refundable. I will never stay at a Marriott property again. The property is brand new so everything is modern and beautiful but the off-gassing of the new carpet, paint, etc. was awful. I couldn't sleep and felt sick from it. Obviously, this problem will resolve in a few months but buyer beware until then. Notes: this hotel has expensive parking and is directly beside an electricity field (lots of towers, etc.) - 0 view. That didn't matter to us but it might to some people.

Overall I had a very positive experience. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the staff members were friendly, helpful, and exhibited the highest level of professionalism! The hotel is very dog friendly and the rooms are soundproof such that one does not hear pets from other rooms… I had a wonderful peaceful visit and I highly recommend!

This hotel would have been fine - clean, friendly staff - except our room on the second floor appeared to be above the plant room and so there was a loud vibration all night that made it impossible to sleep well. The room temperature was also very difficult to control- with the system either making the room very cold or stuffy. Finally the only option of single use plastics at breakfast was disappointing.

This was the nicest room hands down for the $$ in our trip ! Full on kitchen …beautiful full refrigerator…two burner stovetop ! We made a great meal one night , kudos to the well stocked kitchen tableware …very elegant place !

I was only in my room for 6 hours. My room wasnt ready on time and had to get ready for a wedding in the lobby and parking lot. Returned at 11pm and left at 5am. Payed $450 for 6 hours of usage. The hotel staff was rude to me when i was upset my room wasnt ready in time. room wasnt ready until 2 hours after check in time. they did nothing to helpt he situation. Inexcusable

I did not realize that Marriott will give away your Expedia booked room if a Bonvoy member wants it. We arrived and our room was gone. There was a huge event happening in the area that weekend so we were stuck accepting a smaller room as most hotels were fully booked. So we paid extra for a larger room which the hotel said is non-refundable. I will never stay at a Marriott property again. The property is brand new so everything is modern and beautiful but the off-gassing of the new carpet, paint, etc. was awful. I couldn't sleep and felt sick from it. Obviously, this problem will resolve in a few months but buyer beware until then. Notes: this hotel has expensive parking and is directly beside an electricity field (lots of towers, etc.) - 0 view. That didn't matter to us but it might to some people.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean Breakfast was good. My only complaint was we stayed for 5 nights and our room was never cleaned. The beds were never made. Overall was a good stay.

This hotel would have been fine - clean, friendly staff - except our room on the second floor appeared to be above the plant room and so there was a loud vibration all night that made it impossible to sleep well. The room temperature was also very difficult to control- with the system either making the room very cold or stuffy. Finally the only option of single use plastics at breakfast was disappointing.

Everything was excellent except the poor choices at breakfast, no fresh fruit or bread to toast. Lobby and breakfast area were not warm enough.

Breakfast was okay. Not the quality of what is expected from a Marriott Hotel. It would have been better if the oatmeal was hot not luke warm. The scrambled eggs were not rubber. The hot coffee was okay but not great. Maybe even think of having iced coffee as an.option since it is August and a hundred degrees outside. Also being charged incidentals and not explained what incidentals your charged upon your check in. This was confusing as we physically just arrived. I assumed it was just for walking in the door.

Room accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped and served. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! It was well supplied and had a wonderful variety. The service people kept all the offering full and available. On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??

Nice clean and quiet hotel, away from freeway noise. Its worth the extra few minutes to get out to this hotel, it is super quiet and I slept great!
