A woman walked into the hotel bar when my husband and I were there and there was an incident. She was asked to leave and didn’t. They called the police and we were asked to leave and go to our room for safety reasons. Not a good evening and we were only there for that evening.

I didn’t like the $30 parking fee that I was not expecting and neither of the two rest rooms on the lobby level were operational. One restroom had a sign on the door to use the other restroom and that restroom had a clogged toilet that looked awful with wads of wet toilet paper and who knows what else.

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was awesome. The $30 parking fee is a bit much. As a matter of fact. When I returned to the hotel from the event that attended. There was no parking in the parking lot on the property, so I ended up having to park on the street. That is my only negative about the place.

We really enjoyed the convenient and friendly bar area ( and the Bartender-super nice!) but REALLY loved the shuttle!! So convenient and a great feature for getting downtown. A very nice surprise !

Hotel is located very close to the Naval Academy. It has a dog play area on premises. Food was above adequate. Very good experience and very clean. Hotel employees were very hospitable.

Nice hotel, clean with a good bar and staff were nice. Parking lot was extremely full both nights and we needed to park illegally in the lot in a fire zone. Seems like they should figure that out if they also charge $30 for parking.

There was a dirty maids cart left in front of the door that blocked part of the hallway. The hotel completely overcharged for what it offered!

The breakfast was 3/5. I wish the breakfast meat itself was of better quality because the bacon strips were very thin. The greeting itself was very nice and the hotel itself was very clean and cozy. Parking was plentiful and the water pressure was outstanding. Upon waking up the hallway noise was noticeable but we may have just had noisy neighbors. Will definitely revisit and recommend for a small getaway or a cozy place to reside when visiting Annapolis. Almost forgot to mention, there is a police station directly across the street so no need to worry about security.

It was very clean and customer service was good and breakfast was good and the lady that was helping in the kitchen was so nice and she kept the place well stock and the tables were clean and the floors ! The bedroom was very clean and the whole room was very very clean the bed was very very comfortable I slept so good!! I really appreciate staying there and I was from Phila penna I would definitely stay again ! Thanks for making my stay pleasant ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

New facility, very nice. Great location. There was some sort of window leak in the room which caused the blinds to "tap, tap, tap" all night. The front desk did not have my room ready at 3 p.m. and the woman who checked me in was kind of rude, acting as if she was doing me a favor. She acted the very same way when I checked out. I did not feel welcome or appreciated at all. She needs to look into a differnet line of work.

The place was virtually new! Clean, quiet, has the amenities you need. The only downfall was that the hotel was not easy to get to. Would recommend traveling around rush hour traffic. Other than that, highly recommend!

There was one person working the front desk at 5:00. It took us 40 minutes to check in. Ridiculous. Also the small refrigerator has an annoying hum that made it difficult to fall asleep. It's an irregular sound.

The overall hotel is very nice nothing to complain about! Only problem is that I have been charged 3x a random amount almost totaling for $1,000 and have had hard problems getting to the bottom of it. They say they will call back but never do and sometimes don’t even answer the phone.

Very poor Service. They don’t make up the rooms every day. They told us that they gave us a card when we checked in telling us that the rooms would not be made up. That was a falsehood. We asked the room to be made up. They said they would do it. They didn’t. This is a low class hotel. Strongly recommend finding a better place. For the price, it is a bad value.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites is a new hotel with rooms and bathrooms in excellent condition. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, which is a definite plus. However, the service during my stay left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I waited in line for nearly 10 minutes to check in, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, I called the front desk twice from my room and let ring 20 times without any response. I eventually had to go downstairs to get someone to fix the safe, which was not working due to missing batteries. The room cleaning service was also problematic. I had to request it because it was not done at 4 PM. When the cleaning staff finally came, they took the towels that were on the racks, despite the hotel's instructions not to change them. They left a note saying they had run out of fresh towels, leaving us with only one bath towel to share. This was quite inconvenient and disappointing. Overall, while the hotel's physical condition is excellent, the service issues were such that I can't recommend this hotel. I expected much better from a Marriott.

We unfortunately booked the room thru Expedia. As Expedia is a 3rd party, those that booked directly thru Marriott/Fairfield had preference over our booking. When we arrived, we were unpleasantly surprised not to have a room. The hotel staff initially took very little to no responsibility of the situation and recommended we go thru Expedia to find an alternate stay. Fortunately for us, my wife and the hotel associate were able to find an alternate place for us to stay. I will not book thru Expedia or a 3rd party again.

We were attending a game at the Navy Memorial Stadium. The hotel is easy walking distance to the stadium so we did not have to worry about parking. The hotel was so clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. Definitely recommended.

The place was virtually new! Clean, quiet, has the amenities you need. The only downfall was that the hotel was not easy to get to. Would recommend traveling around rush hour traffic. Other than that, highly recommend!

The hotel was perfect. If you are attending anything at the Navy Stadium it is a prime location. You are only 5 minutes from anything near the waterfront.

The breakfast was 3/5. I wish the breakfast meat itself was of better quality because the bacon strips were very thin. The greeting itself was very nice and the hotel itself was very clean and cozy. Parking was plentiful and the water pressure was outstanding. Upon waking up the hallway noise was noticeable but we may have just had noisy neighbors. Will definitely revisit and recommend for a small getaway or a cozy place to reside when visiting Annapolis. Almost forgot to mention, there is a police station directly across the street so no need to worry about security.

The hotel charges a $30 parking fee however, there wasn’t enough parking spots, ridiculous, the location was fair. They ran out of coffee during breakfast and not a single staff member was there. There was a dirty maids cart left in front of the door that blocked part of the hallway. The hotel completely overcharged for what it offered!

The hotel itself was nice. Spacious room, gym, hydration station, breakfast. I however, have two complaints, which brings my rating down from a five star to a three star. The hotel had a basic parking lot (no garage, no secured parking, no valet parking, and minimal spots available) and they charge you $32.40 per night to park with a huge sign every so often stating that you park at your own risk, they are not responsible for damage, theft, etc. Now, I don’t mind paying for parking, but there needs to be a benefit for it - not just because I booked a stay with you and you feel the need to make extra cash off my stay. Valet parking - sure. Secure parking garage owned by the hotel - sure. Just to use your facility - no. The hotel looks very modern, but the sound/noise blocking insulation was subpar from one room to another and between levels. The person above us was “doing laps” in their room with what sounded like stomping back and forth from one side of the room to the other at 3am, which woke the both of us and then we had a hard time going back to sleep. Not a horrible hotel, but we would consider another spot next time we visit Annapolis for these two reasons.
