BED BUGS!!!!!! Room 9 infefected with BED BUGS!! Bitten alive staying in room No9! AVOID I reported this expecting the hotel to take it seriously, deep clean the room, and protect future guests. Unfortunately, the response was shocking. Receptionist, couldnt care less, said unsure what the policy is and someone would call me back. 1x week later no phone call or communication. Called back again, receptionist this time did apologise, but said the duty manager is very busy with event this weekend so I shouldnt expect a call today, they will get back to me when they can. Still havent heard back from them. Last year I stayed in 72 different hotels for work, I on average stay in 2-3 hotels a week. This was the worst for cleanliness and lack of customer care I have ever experience. Terrible - Avoid.

Room was quite small for the price, the rest of the hotel was nice. The bar was stunning too. Dinner was over priced. Breakfast was better, it was too rushed and overcrowded though and ended up waiting for ages to be served.
