To reach the hotel, guest must first clear the security check point for transit passengers, then take the escalator to level 2 of International Departures. The hotel is next to the Duty Free area. It’s important that guests do not clear arrival immigration, as they will not be able to re-enter the restricted area again without a valid onward boarding pass. Re-entry to the restricted area is subject to the airlines’ check-in counter opening hours which varies by airline. Upon arrival in Jeddah, guests who do not have their connecting flight’s boarding pass or if their bags are tagged to Jeddah must approach the airline transit counters for assistance (do not clear immigration). Domestic travelers are not able to access this property. Aerotel Jeddah is located within the international departures area of King Abdul Aziz International Airport Terminal 1 (Airport Restricted). This property is accessible only to passengers departing on an international flight, and transit passengers connecting from an international flight to another international flight. Guests arriving on an inbound flight must not leave the transit area or clear arrival immigration. Guests departing from Jeddah city must be checked-in on an outbound international flight. Guests must be in possession of a valid boarding pass for an international flight and a valid travel document to access Aerotel Jeddah. To reach the hotel, transit passengers must first clear the security, then take the escalator to level 2; the hotel is located next to Duty Free. Guests must ensure they have sufficient time to utilize the hotel. Guests will not be able to access their checked-in baggage at the hotel, and the hotel is not responsible for guests checked-in luggage transfer during stay.
