Fun and unique and close to Texas state campus. However, it lacked some functionality and was pretty noisy when sharing with neighbors and a close, busy road. The owners are very realistic about noise expectations so I appreciate that. The bathroom bath/shower was a bit difficult to manage and my mother was afraid she would slip. It was difficult to find an area to put on makeup, etc. Overall it was a unique experience but maybe not the best fit for myself and my mom who is 70 years old.

I had a very unpleasant stay due to the following issues: 1. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. Every time it started running, it made loud noises until it stopped. After a few minutes, it would start again and repeat the same cycle. The constant loud noise woke me up repeatedly throughout the night, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. There were insects flying around the room. Some even fell into my cups, and one insect landed on my bed. This was unhygienic and made my stay very uncomfortable. Overall, I was unable to sleep because of the continuous noise from the air conditioner, and the insect problem made the room feel unclean. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope these issues are addressed to prevent other guests from having a similar stay.

We had a wonderful stay. the mosquitos on the patio in the back were horrible though. Also maybe better instructions given as a lady walked in to our room because she wasn’t sure where to go. (our fault for not having door locked) beautiful house

Great little cozy and comfy space but the mosquitoes worked their way into the room. That was a bit of a nuisance. Other than that the place was neat and clean and the shower was great.
