Rooms were large. We were on the 10th floor in an executive suite. Tons of room. Bed was super comfortable. We had an issue the 1st night with a faulty A/C but moved to the room next store for the rest of our stay. Breakfast had tons of options and was nice a beautiful restaurant. There are numerous restaurants and pubs within walking distance and the main train station was a 12 minute walk away. The only issue is the parking. The hotel has limited spots in its own lot. You have to enter and exit with a ticket. Two of the three times we tried to exit, the ticket validation from the hotel did not work and we had to call the hotel for help. A minor issue but it would seem easy to fix by the hotel. This was our first trip to Brno so i cannot compare this hotel to others in the city. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a lovely week at this property.

Great location, next to the city center, shops, restaurants, attractions. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Convenient restaurant on the lower floor, next to the casino (didn't try the other one). Modern and clean room. All the convenience of a big hotel but not croqsed or noisy at all (visited in November). Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Efficient check in with staff. Spacious room with firm comfortable beds. Fully functional towel warmer was nice. Included breakfast was extensive which only a 4+ star hotel like International can offer. Location ideal and edge of city center so quiet but very walkable. Would seek out this hotel if ever visited again in future. Despite older venue, ownership has maintained property and would highly recommend.

Posiblemente uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me haya alojado. La arquitectura se mantiene original en las zonas comunes, pero ha sabido actualizarse y mantener la esencia del modernismo y Niemeyer de una forma sencillamente excepcional. Está muy bien situado, a pocos metros del centro y sin ruido alrededor. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el baño no puede estar más limpio. Hacen las habitaciones súper rápido y quedan como el primer día. El desayuno es sencillamente espectacular y la atención se todo el personal de sala no puede ser mejor. Mi más sincera enhorabuena a todos ellos.

The room was very clean, hotel and breakfast were excellent. The only few things was the shower floor was very slippery which can be a hazard and the TV was block to connect to iPhones only available for Androids, to connect you have to rent a HDMI cable from reception but they only have adapter for C ports not for older iPhone devices which was very disappointing; specially as the hotel is used a lot for business trips.

Right from the moment you enter the lobby you can tell it’s a high end hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, lots of plugs and mirrors. We had a bonus bathroom and balcony that we were not expecting. Nice touches on nespresso coffee and large bath sheets. Breakfast was phenomenal with tons of choices and even offered an outside patio. Best of all, right across the street from the castle. Close to all sights in old part of Brno and the train station. Wished we could stay longer!

While the property looks dated from the outside, the inside looks great. The room was spacious, equipped with all we needed. The breakfast was perhaps the highlight of our stay, as it offered plenty of very tasty options. Hope to return soon!

A perfect stay in a beautiful hotel. Nice rooms with good space and great beds (not too hard) and comfortable full pillows. The morning buffet was very nice too. Many options and everything tasted great. I would absolutely stay here again, if I pass through Brno. Only thing which could be changed, is the information on the shower wall. It's completely transparent without privacy. I finally found a button, which makes the glass blurry, so one can shower without an audience. There should have been a poster on this, but otherwise I have nothing bad to say. Loved our stay ❤️

We booked a suite as my wife is pregnant so we had the option for one of us to sleep on the couch / bed if needed. They wanted to charge us for the sheet for the couch / bed. Very poor service in this respect.

Excellent stay at hotel! It was a better service in all respects than what I have had in other hotels in recent memory. The breakfast is huge with a great and tasty selection. I had room service which was also prompt and tasty. I was able to try some local cuisine at the Gusto restaurant in a pleasant, quiet environment. And finally my room was spotless and every detail attended to!

Staff has to step up with Their service, especial in reception and at breakfast. They need at breakfast to learn to give a smile and not look at you like “What do you want?”. In reception not willing to help when a problem needed to be solved. In general most in lack of speaking English.

Stayed here for 3 nights in January. The hotel has an excellent location in the Old Town; walkable to most of the key sights. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The lobby and bar area in the hotel was great and the bar staff were very friendly and welcoming. Reception staff were also very pleasant apart from one who seemed to work the evening shift - she was unwelcoming and unfriendly. The airport is about 15-20 minutes away (Brno-Tuřany). Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay. Much better than expected. Easy check in, stunning and comfy rooms with a fantastic breakfast. Amazing location right by town centre. Will definitely be back! Only downside, no clear place to dispose of dirty nappies and reception staff not really able to understand what we were looking for.

Hotel location is fantastic with access to the Square and all the local attractions, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Room was really comfortable with good air conditioning. Breakfast was one of th best i have ever had in Europe with plenty of almost everything available you can think of I would definitely stop here again

We were several times in this hotel, always when we are in Brno. Has a good location. Hotel staff, receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately this time breakfast was not very good, quality went down, before it was always the highlight of our stay. Hopefully next time will be better.

The location of the hotel is very central and easily accessible and well connected. The rooms were nicely sized, clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and we had no issues whatsoever. The breakfast buffet was great, there's an egg station where they prepare your eggs how you want them, and all other options were of a nice variety and good quality.
