Just overall convenient, all you’d need for a hostel room. Clean bed, outlets and light on each bed. Good, helpful staff. Nice building. Only concern would be that parking fills up pretty quick especially if you arrive later.

Nice, clean, modern building. Rooms are comfortable and our kids liked the bunk beds in their room. The only thing that was annoying is how slow the elevators are. Especially as we were staying on the 21st floor. They seem to stop on every floor on way down to the lobby even though nobody was at each floor on the way down.

Definitely more than a hostel. This place is much more like a hotel with private bathroom and private room. Downstairs you can get food and drink which is great after a long day. The beds are comfortable and the noose from outside is minimal. The metro station is an about 10-15 minuet walk away but once your there only takes another 15 minuets to get to the city centre. We also enjoyed a triva night on the Saturday which was good but could have been a bit longer Definitely would stay again.

Das Zimmer war hellhörig und spartanisch eingerichtet, verfügte aber über bequeme Betten. Die Sauberkeit war weitestgehend in Ordnung. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr groß und laut. Für 21 Etagen stehen lediglich drei Fahrstühle zur Verfügung, wodurch es oft zu Warte- und Fahrzeiten von mehreren Minuten kommt. Die Speisen und Getränke beim Frühstücksbuffet waren zwar durchgehend in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, jedoch wird das Buffet auf zu engem Raum dargeboten, so dass es permanent zu Gedränge kommt. Zwei Kaffeemaschinen, die ebenfalls für Teewasser benötigt werden, sind eindeutig zu wenig bei einer Gästezahl von mehreren Hundert Personen. Der Frühstücksraum ist laut und dreckig. Das Geschirr muss selber abgeräumt werden. Die Tische und der Fußboden werden zwischendurch offensichtlich nicht gereinigt.

The cleanliness could be better when it comes to the small things. There were stains on wall, a rip in sheet, the countertops in bathroom was a little dirty. Besides the nit picking it was nice. I enjoyed my stay. Easy transport, nice with check-in all day.

Didnt have AC, there were a lot of noises at night (doors slamming constantly), bugs, uncomfortable bed, sliw elevators, but at least the area around was good. Pretty far from the main touristy area, but there is a Lidl’s, Rossman, and a couple restaurants nearby, within a couple feet, which id duper convenient

This place would have been better if they have an air conditioning system and has more than 3 elevators for the guests. The rooms are pretty nice and clean but has no aircon and summer time visit in Prague while staying at this place was not the best choice for us. The room gets extremely HOT and electric fans are available first come per serve. Even then- it would not make any difference.

My stay at A&O was ok. A cheap option so I can understand that the service was very basic. Once I checked in, I had to do my own bed as bed sheets and duvet were simply placed on the mattress. It would have been nicer find it already prepared! I asked if I could swap and get a the lower bed (because of a knee injury) of the bunk bed but apparently this wasn't possible. Cheap option but nothing special and bit disappointed. Staff at the reception not very understanding.

So many thing does not working like the cold water in bathroom wash bowl you burn your hand to do simple tooth brush bath room vent does not work so after each use it is all smelly and sticky reception truly not knowing what they are doing simple check in made so difficult. Overall very unfriendly.

The hotel is good. Rooms are very clean. Front desk was very helpful. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The tram station is around 400 mts. The metro line is about 1.2 km. The hotel is a little far from the attractions but it is convenient if you are not in a hurry to travel the city. It has a supermarket around. The hotel is full of young people. So there are lots of teenagers in the lobby. The only negative thing is that the rooms don't have air conditioning so in summer is extremely hot. Front desk gave me a standing fan that helped me a lot. I recommend this hotel. Price is good.

Hi, check in was smooth, room relatively clean on 15th floor. It was quite difficult to get a lift to 15th floor so we had to take stairs. The selection of food at breakfast was good, plenty to choose from ( coffee tea, juice, bread, bread rols, cheese, ham, salami, fruit, vegetables, jam, cereals, milk/ oat milk and more. Overall pleasant stay with good connection to the city.

Ár/érték arányban elfogadható, a szobák tisztasága egészen jó, fürdőszoba teljesen felújitva. Ami negatív, a liftek száma - 2 lift egy 21 emeletes szállodának nagyon kevés, sokat kell várni rá. A reggeli választék nagyon sovány aki nem szeretne csak müzlit enni. Konkrétan 2 sonkás felvágott, 1 szalámi és 1 fajta sajt, meg főtt tojás. A kávé ihatatlan és minden nap ugyanaz. Ami rosszul esett, hogy illedelmesen a tálcánkat visszavittük a gyűjtő pontra és letettük oda, ahol egy felügyelő személy ránk szólt, hogy ki kell üríteni a tányérokat és minden csészét tálat, tányért szétválogatva egymásra tegyünk. Szetintem ez az ő dolga lett volna, miután 10€ egy ilyen gyenge reggeli.

Really nothing to complain about for the price paid for one nights stay here. Room was clean, staff helpful, bar reasonably priced and for the most part it was a quiet night (from about 6am a light sleeper might have had issues). The only negative I’d say was the breakfast (not worth 10€ In my opinion).
