Helt ok hotell! Dock är det lite "kalt" på väggarna i rummen, lite "kall" känsla.. Ett minus är "baren" som är på samma ställe som receptionen, det hade kunat göra detta mycket bättre och fått en mysigare omgivning.

Such a great setting! Fantastic decor, really clean rooms and common areas. Great breakfast which represented fantastic value and an excellent location. Staff all really friendly and the luggage store after checkout was incredibly helpful. Will stay again if/when in Prague.

Great location. 10-15 min away from town square. 2 blocks away from a train station. 5 min away from a mall. Really good Bistro across the street. Television with cable and YouTube. Staff spoke English and you can leave your luggage before and after checkin in the lobby. Walls are a bit thin, could hear the neighbors playing music and television at times and doors closing.

Hotel very smart, clean and tidy. Good location, easy walking distance from the train station and into the central tourist areas. Rooms not ready when we went to check in even though after 3pm. Only took around 10 mins though. The “bar” is a real let down. Went with a friend and we didn’t want late nights out but quite like a glass of wine or something after we get in. One day they didn’t have cold white wine, later no white wine left so we had red wine (one was in the fridge), second night no wine at all. Staff had to hand wash the glasses behind the bar before pouring us a drink. Staff also seemed quite unsure about drinks - what was available, whether wine should be chilled or not. Only seats are in the big reception area - no music, no atmosphere.

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Ausreichend Platz. Zimmerreinigung konnte man an einem Tag wählen oder auch abwählen. Jedoch wurde im Bad weder der Boden, noch das Waschbecken gesäubert. Sonst alles super.

This was a great little hotel. Very clean and comfortable and just far enough from the main tourist spots to be quiet, but still a very easy walk to wherever you want to go. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is also just a few minutes walk from the main train station, which was very handy for my early morning train when I left.

Durch die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, bequemes Bett und hervorragendes Frühstück. Einziger negativer Punkt: Ich hatte ein sehr kleines Zimmer, in dem es keinen Schreibtisch gab.

Lovely 2 night stay at the Gold bank Hotel in Prague. The only down point was our AC was not working in room 609 so our room was a toasty 25 degrees all night long which was too warm for our liking. We mentioned this issue to the reception staff and was told the problem would be looked into however when we returned to our hotel room that afternoon after exploring Prague we found our room was even warmer than it was when we left it that morning so we were unsure if the AC was looked out or not. Despite this, our hotel stay was pleasant and found the hotel to be very convenient for exploring as well as our onward travel by the main train station which was only a 10 minute walk down the street. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel near the main attractions of Prague.

Our family had two separate stays at this hotel. The first, on May 26, was pleasant: clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, and convenient luggage storage. Based on that, we looked forward to returning on June 4—but were deeply disappointed. We were assigned Room 108, which initially seemed great for a family of three. But the air conditioning wasn’t working, and despite visits from maintenance and front desk staff, the issue remained unresolved. When we returned from dinner, the room temperature had risen to 29.4°C (85°F). No other rooms were available. The only solution was one small fan and a suggestion to sleep with street-level windows open—which let in loud city noise and posed security concerns due to the lack of screens. We had no real choice but to try to sleep in a hot, stuffy, noisy room. It was a miserable night. Staff offered breakfast as a gesture, but that didn’t adequately address the discomfort. I requested a refund afterward, but was only offered a 15% discount on a future stay—which is of no use, as we are international travelers with no plans to return. In short: our second experience fell far below a four-star standard. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The service was really bad and nothing like they say. You only can choose one day for a free room service, the mattress was very uncomfortable (made my back hurt) and when we asked them to change it/the room they couldn’t do anything. We asked for an extra pillow and that took them 2 days to give one to us. Not even mentioning there was a false fire alarm and no electricity for half a day during our stat. Generally, very disappointed in the service and the hotel. The staff was really good at apologizing for the inconveniences but clearly had no intention of helping/fixing stuff for you.

Perfect hotel for a short stay. Conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Prague Main Station. You can get the AirPort Express bus to and from here. 10 minutes into Old Town. We did everything by walking i.e. old town, lesser town, Charles bridge, Prague castle, Jewish quarter, rotating head. Staff very friendly and nice. Great bathroom, shower and huge tv with YouTube.

Wir haben insgesamt 3 Nächte im Gold Bank verbracht. Das Hotel ist modern und schick gestaltet, unser Zimmer schlicht aber elegant. Einzig beim Frühstück gibt es Abzüge. Hier war die Auswahl eher bescheiden und bspw. Kaffee oder Eierspeisen eher von geringer Qualität. An diesen Stellen sollte man nachbessern.

중앙역에서 가까이 있어서 짐들고 이동하기 쉬웠으며 프라하 성 빼고 거의 모든 관광포인트를 도보로 다닐 수 있었어요. 그리고 트램역도 바로 옆에 있어서 프라하성까지 가기도 쉽고..무엇보다도 조식이 맛있었습니다.
