Como su nombre lo dice: el hotel es majestuoso, esta muy elegante, grande y bonito. El lobby tiene sillones lounge y un bar para pasar el rato. Adentro hay un cajero y tienen un spa de masaje tailandes super recomendado a muy buen precio. El restaurante tiene el desayuno buffet mas grande que he ido en un hotel europeo. Tienen una seccion de omelettes y waffles. La ubicación es privilegiada. Todo lo turístico queda a 15 minutos caminando y ademas hay varias estaciones cercanas de transporte si no quieres caminar. A una cuadra hay un mall de 5 pisos. Las habitaciones estan normales pero la cama es comoda.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable beds. Reception staff was excellent. Good noise isolation. Excellent location in the city Center with multiple things to see and do. Tried to have dinner in the hotel but there was no one to sit us so we left after 5 minutes waiting. The restaurant isn’t cozy or nice. Tried out sauna which is located in the hotel and is run by Thai massage salon - it was more like a joke: the sauna is located in the corridor with all other massage rooms and is separated from it by a folding screen. The shower is also in the corridor and we were not allowed to switch on the light because it is also connected to the massage rooms - so showered in the dark. There is no room to relax - only two chairs in the main corridor. And the sauna has no heat regulation: it gets over 100 degrees and all you can do is switch it off.

Zimmer sind wie es einem 4-Sterne Hotel entspricht. Im Hotel kann Geld gewechselt werden. Allerdings zu einem schlechteren Kurs wie an den Wechselstuben. Der Tief-Parkplatz ist als Klapplösung gebaut. Bei großen Autos vorher fragen, ob in der Tiefgarage Platz ist oder ob das Fahrzeug an anderer Stelle untergebracht wird. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und ein Mitarbeiter ist für Tiefgarage zuständig. Das Einkaufszentrum ist gleich um die Ecke. Durch die Lage des Hotels kann vieles zu Fuß erreicht werden.

The Grand Majestic is a nice 4 star hotel where we spent 2 nights. The staff was friendly and professional. The lobby is pretty and smells great:) We reached Wenceslas Square as well as Charles bridge by foot, though it’s quite a walk (which we managed even with a for year old, so not that bad). Parking is somewhat of a challenge. They have a quite narrow parking garage - our A6 just barely fit in and it’s super pricey (which is obviously a general problem these days). The breakfast room is nice and the staff there very attentive and quick to clear the tables. For us as vegans, there was only limited options at the buffet. The first day there was hummus spread, which was nice but on the second day it was not available anymore and replaced by egg spread (which we don’t eat). In general, we would recommend this hotel to Prague visitors.

Bra centralt läge, bra utbud av restauranger. Vi hade tur och fick en parkering i hotellets garage, hade vi inte fått det, hade det varit svårt att hitta plats för bilen. Parkeringen var väldigt speciell, med bil hiss typ som på en biltransporter, med en bil uppe och en under. Man fick support av hotellpersonalen när man skulle parkera. Hade inte funkat med en bil större än Arteon.

Nice hotel in a nice location, and with a great breakfast. But issues with elevators takes down the grading one notch. Slow elevators and during busy breakfast time you have to fight with the staff who is using the same elevators... not sure how they are thinking there. Leave the elevators to the guests.

The elevator Lift B was too slow and the door was finicky. It was taken down for maintenance without notification or signage, leaving hotel guests waiting for the lift for so long. We ended up walking down the stairs and saw that the elevator was out of service for maintenance. Our stay was during the period September 13 - 19, 2025.

3 stars due to the fact that the tub is raised on a platform that is legitimately at least 18 inches off the ground with no handrail or intermediate step to get in or out. Anyone with mobility issues, or even just tight hips and/or poor coordination, will have a really tough time in their bathrooms and will likely get hurt getting in or out of the shower. The room itself was decently sized and clean. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space for our suitcases. Hotel is in a good location to Municipal House and Old Town Square, and convenient to transportation. We didn’t eat at the restaurant. We enjoyed our stay but not sure we would stay again given the weird bathroom set up.

Central AC is less than ideal for some people. You had already switched to “heating mode” and simply suggested to turn off the heating via control panel and open the window. This is very outdated; many hotels allow the occupant of the room to switch between cooling/heating letting them set an actual temperature; your thermostat only allows to increase or decrease whatever mode the hotel has set…

Location is good, and the hotel looks nice. The room was on the small side. Breakfast was very good. One front desk staff member was rude and not very professional. Not a big deal, but it ruined the experience for me enough not to make me want to come back or recommend it.

Smooth and polite check in and out. Excellent location. Windows opened, which was great for fresh air (rare in many hotels). Very large bed. Tv remote didn't work, but quickly supplied a "technician" to fix it. They also got me an additional heater and duvet as soon as i requested it. Excellent customer service.

They asked me for my visa to be legally in the country despite having already provided my passport as proof of identification. They proceeded to look into my passport, didn't even see the visa, and still proceeded to check me in - which begs the question why they were asking for my visa in the first place. I still wonder if they are trained to be immigration officers, but I'm strongly tempted to believe they are not. Something to consider before booking if you're sensitive to such discriminatory policies.

The location is excellent, no need to use public transport anywhere, all can be done by walking. Property is in city centre, close to main attractions.The breakfast was excellent and the room spacious and quiet. We loved our stay at the hotel. This hotel had an excellent location for all tourist attractions. There is a wonderful “market” aka grocery store with many authentic foods to try. Just remember many places are closed on Sunday! Lots of free music and opera right outside the hotel.

Hotel is in a great location 5-minute walk to the Namesti Republick Metro Station and there is also a local bus 194 that will take you to quite a few places and then stops 2 minutes from the Hotel. The Hotel offers a good breakfast, we didn't have an evening meal but had a good choice. The staff were excellent, Ilyas was very helpful on our first night and the next morning they switched our room with no worries when the guests opposite us were very noisy.

Just on the border of Old Town, very walkable to all sites Clock Tower, Charles Bridge, the Mirror Chapel, Castle Prague, Spanish Synagoge, and etc. Breakfast had many options - waffle and omelet station available. Breakfast is busy at key time before tours start, but Prague is busy in genera!

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Prague. The lobby is grand yet welcoming. We had cocktails during happy hour in the lobby bar which were great and good value. Our room was was perfect, plenty space and all the amenities you need. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice and always fresh. Highly recommended!

A localização era perfeita, próxima de tudo é a quinze minutos da ponte King Charles. O carpete era um pouco velho e com algumas manchas. A cama era espaçosa e confortável, assim como os travesseiros. O banheiro era espaçoso e o banho estava sempre quentinho. O serviço de quarto e arrumação eram ótimos. O café da manhã era bom, não tinha suco natural (só suco concentrado diluído com água em uma máquina automática). Pouca variedade de iogurtes.
