Verkligen ett riktigt fint ställe, trevlig personal, bra läge (både nära till tran och promenadavstånd). Väldigt bra frukost för att vara denna delen av Europa, fint men något litet gym men summa summarum kanonställe som rekommenderas!

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay here at this property. Particularly liked the rooftop gym / fitness centre, overlooking the city, giving a great paranomic view.

I enjoyed my stay in the Hermitage. Very stylish, friendly yet professional staff, spacious age nice decor in the room, small but useful gym with quality equipment. It has a nice bar though they could do with adding staff on at busy weekend times. The two who were on when I was there were run off their feet!

Staff were very helpful. The neighborhood is very interesting with lots of great walks and restaurants. Gym could use an elliptical training machine. Group bus tours stay at hotel, but they're not too invasive. Garage spaces are a bit small. Bed was comfortable. Wasn't able to adjust room temperature setting effectively but at least it wasn't too hot outside at night.

The Hermitage is a very clean, comfortable, updated hotel with spacious, nicely decorated rooms, comfortable beds, a wonderful breakfast, excellent fitness center and very friendly staff. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town, and is an easy tram ride or beautiful walk along the river to get around. I hope to return for a future stay!

The restaurant was very good. Most of the staff was excellent. It was very quiet. Close to tram stop. The parking garage was small and the spaces were small, but it was nice to have although at an additional cost. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Good location - out of the way from the busy old town - but not too far, easy to head into old town, new town, lesser town. Breakfast was great - good choices and helpful staff. Gym actually has a barbell which is a rarity. (Gym also has a secret sun terrace)

Good: new and clean hotel good location, very close to Charles bridge tram station just 200 meters away...In 7 minutes you reach Charles bridge good breakfast NOT that GOOD: - underground parking with limited parking lots (you have to reserve parking lot in advance) --> in a nutshell: we can recommend the hotel even cost/performance ratio was not that satisfying!

Staff are absolutely lovely - very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are well-sized and incredibly clean with enough space to unpack a suitcase and hangers and wardrobe space too. Bathroom is spacious with a lovely big shower! Breakfast options were fab - so much variety and continually stocked throughout the morning. We also ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the burger is delicious! Absolutely would recommend a stay at the Hermitage :) Bonus points for the supermarket next door and being right between two public transport stations (4 min walk) that get you across the city to see the sights!

Generelt en skuffende oplevelse. Værelset var slidt med kæmpe pletter på gulvtæppet. Sengen var hård, og værelset var generelt bare kedeligt. Døren ud til altanen er ude på badeværelset! Morgenmaden var okay den ene dag og virkelig elendig den anden.

My wife and I stayed at the Hermitage for 4 nights in April 2024. We were very impressed with the hotel. Our room (superior) was very large with a nice sitting area with 2 soft comfortable chairs and a desk and chair well away from the bed. The bed was very comfortable although the duvet could have been slightly bigger. The bathroom was excellent with a very powerful walk-in shower, good supply of hot water and nice soft towels. The buffet breakfasts provided by the hotel were very good with a wide range of types of food and a wide selection within each range We also ate one night in the hotel and again there was a good choice on the menu (my wife and I have a restricted choice of foods we like) and the food was excellent. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the staff on rception. Our only negative was the noise from the trams and the trains during the night which made sleeping slightly difficult on the first night. This was despite thick double glazing and and an extra glass window (3 layers of glass). We were in the corner room shown on the picture and had we been in a room above the entrance, I believe it would have been OK.

Our stay at the Hermitage was lovely. The room was perfect for two people, and we had a very nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was unbelievable and is highly recommended. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was equally unbelievable and we enjoyed coffee and drinks at the bar as well. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, easily accessible by public transportation and walking. The staff at the hotel was beyond kind.

It is a really nice hotel. Very close to the Vyšehrad where you can visit the beautiful Saint Peter and Paul Basilica and have a pleasant walk through the adjacent park. On the highest floor, some rooms have terraces facing east- great for morning coffee. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had in any of the hotels I stayed.

Hotellet får gott betyg pga läget, gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter. Fina, stora, rena rum. Lite hård säng annars bra. Hårtorken får plus, det var en son där proffsig med bra blås (brukar man inte vara bortskämd med på hotell). Bra frukost, inte lyx, men det fanns många alternativ att välja på. Helt ok gym med en stor terrass med härlig utsikt. Trevlig personal. Rekommenderas! Jag kan tänka mig att bo där igen.

Pros: Location is a bit outside the city centre, but easy access by tram (and therefore silent area). Cons: Rooms are small and not especially sound proof. Beds are for my taste extremely hard unfortunately.

Well located near tram stop. Downside is trams run through the night and can be quite noisy. (I was on 1st floor.) Spacious large room with comfortable bed, nice shower, and enough storage space for a weeklong stay. Breakfast excellent (but a little expensive).

호텔이 고급스럽고 엄청 깔끔했습니다. 라운지도 깔끔했습니다.직원도 매우 친절했구요. 다만, 호텔이 철로 옆에 위치하기 때문에 열차가 지나갈 때 아주 약간의 소음과 진동이 있습니다. 평소에 예민한 편이면 조금은 신경 쓰일 수 있습니다만, 일반적으로는 전혀 문제가 아닙니다. 또한, luggage rack이 케리어를 열어둔채로 사용하기에는 작았습니다. 프라하에 있는 동안 2개의 호텔을 이용했고, 다시 온다면 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶네요.

Great hotel with lovely staff. We stayed here for my birthday and were welcomed with a drink for the occasion. We booked a double room superior which was very comfortable and immaculate for our stay, we also had breakfast the days we stayed here which was very good. Definitely recommend staying at the hermitage hotel if your looking for a nice stay in prague.

Good solid performance in all aspects. All personal was friendly, accommodating and professional in our interactions. Requests were promptly taken care of. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. Missing was the hot milk option in the automated coffee maker. The rooms could need another option for cloth storage. Excellent location for public transportation, safe walkable neighborhood and plenty of restaurants around. We would without hesitation rebook another stay.

This was our first time in Prague and we wanted a hotel not located in the city centre. We fully embraced Prague's excellent public transport options to get from the airport and the hotel is less than five minutes from the nearest tram stop. It's an ideal base for exploring the city, the rooms are large and secure, the breakfast buffet has something for everyone and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would happily stay again.

This modern feeling hotel was clean, safe and quiet. All of the staff were extra helpful in finding sights that I wanted to see. It was a $7 Uber ride to Old Town Square. The restaurant had a great choice of meals and the buffet breakfast was excellent.
