Staff is friendly and helpful. The property is very well maintained looks like an Oasis , if you have kids this is the property to go , they have activities For kids in the afternoon . Front desk staff is very helpful and pool- bar area staff is very nice and friendly! They have a lifesaver by the pool all the time ! I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families

The room was large, with many amenities, and at the reception there were people who could speak Spanish and English. We loved the customer service, they gave us many suggestions on where to eat and which beaches to go to. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious... A good place to go for a walk around. This hotel will definitely be my next visit to Busios. We loved it.

Nice little village, great for kids ( activities from 9-9!) Amazing staff and very comfortable rooms. Love the hammock and sauna.
