Nydelig hotell, flott beliggenhet, nært alt og gamlebyen. God service, gid mat på restauranten

Detta hotell var fantastiskt….allt ifrån service, frukost, middag, rum till läge….rekommenderas varmt.

Flot og alt er lækkert udført

Excellent location Lovely spacious room & large bathroom But remember what really matters is the welcome & attitude of the staff There is a disconnect from the rooms and the restaurant The restaurant staff are in too many tourist mode so not welcoming at all But the check in desk was So it is more of a restaurant with rooms than a hotel when it comes to service which is unfortunate because the rooms and location are very good indeed. Perhaps hotel level customer service for the restaurant staff would improve matters.

Mi è stato proposto un upgrade che ho accettato, purtroppo per cause non dovute al personale della struttura la mia vasca idromassaggio non ha funzionato subito perfettamente, per colmare questo disguido la responsabile mi ha raggiunto al ristorante scusandosi dell’accaduto mi offriva gratuitamente l upgrade richiesto al check in.
