The spa and hotel operate as separate businesses, which means charges cannot be added to the hotel room bill. Unfortunately, this was not explained to us at check-in. While at the spa, we ordered a few drinks and I did not have my card with me. Instead of offering a convenient solution, the staff advised me to get changed, return to my room to collect my card, and then come back to settle the bill. It was an extremely disappointing and inconvenient experience.

Great place, Nice food, freindly staff. Shame the WiFi in the room was so weak (-80db range) as to be just about unuseable.

Hotel dated in some areas but spotlessly clean and the staff are attentive and polite. Will book again next time I’m here fo business.

Yes, room was a bit cool on arrival with radiator turned off but soon warmed up when turned on and with use of the provided electric fan heater.
