This is an older hotel, that has been updated somewhat. Our handicapped room had a wonderful shower with a chair. The bathroom sink and mirror had been relplaced with a sleek design. The floors had also been replace, no carpet which I like. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice.

I was worried after reading reviews about ongoing renovation noises but I found that renovations seem to be complete. Public spaces and my room were clean and looked good. The best thing in my room was wood flooring instead of carpet. What an excellent hygiene measure. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was basic continental. I will be returning here.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Looked to be newly renovated with hard floors in room. Nice size TV, blackout curtains, and very comfortable bed. Only issue was when we first arrived our room was very hot at 85 degrees. The air conditioner is controlled by a thermostat on the wall with motion sensors. Staff told us that when no motion is detected it cuts off. After a while the room did get very cool but took some time. Other than that I would definitely recommend staying here and will be staying here next time I’m in the area.

We enjoyed our stay here. Was newly remodeled. The rooms were nice beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The floors were extremly dirty. We had to walk around the room in flip flops. White socks would be a filthy after a few minutes. The breakfast was not good. The hotel halls have a strong "perfume" coated smell. The beds were also extremly uncomfortable.

Room was dirty staff just gave us a second set of sheets to remake the bed ourselves. Housekeeping did nothing but replace the towels. Didn’t make the bed take out the trash or leave fresh shampoos or hand soap. Rude staff and overall dirty facilities

I did not like anything! This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It is dirty, filled with roaches, and desperately needs refurbishing. The air conditioning did not work. The TV did not work. Towels were yellowed and stained. None of the employees could speak English well enough to communicate. Very poor experience.

I had an event to attend in Toccoa, GA and stayed at this hotel. Room was recently renovated and was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were small & no place to hang up wet towels

The room (1 king bed) was small, but adequate. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. Staff were very nice and helpful. The whole place was very clean.

This is by far the worst hotel. Aware of the price point but come on. Broken shower door, thin walls, door slams every 10 mins. Had to call front desk at 0230 in the morning to report.

Wood floors which means it’s loud - for me it was quiet only from midnight to 4am. Fridge janky. Room and hallways doors torn up feels unsafe. Bedspread stained. Sheets clean. Mattress great. Bathroom clean.

The staff at this establishment is possibly some of the rudest I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with during a hotel stay. I assume the man I spoke to at the desk is the proprietor as it would be impossible for him to have that type of attitude working for someone else. He insisted on a cash deposit, then tried take part of it because he said the sheets weren’t clean. There are several other decent hotels in the area and I can assure you I will be there the next time instead. Avoid this place!!

HVAC vent needed cleaning. Other than that, very good. I l liked the rounded design and size of shower. Had a problem with electronic key but front desk clerk replaced it easily.

Place was ok, the walls are thin you hear everything from outside the hall, neighboring room & above. We were placed in room 112 the air didn’t work asked the sweet lady working the front I believe she works night shifts. Go figure, the unit was unplugged, so I went to go return the new room key she gave us in case it didn’t work. After showering we realized the hair dryer doesn’t work, so at this point I went back to the front desk to see if I could get the other room key to switch. No one was at the front desk this time, I saw the key on the counter from when I returned it earlier so I took it. I decided I was going to let the front desk know in the morning. By morning shift has changed so I let the front desk know what happened and that I am now staying in 118 she said perfect she’ll make changes so that way no one gets booked into 118. I left for the day, came back late, shift has changed again and the front desk from the previous day asked me “hey, are you still in 112?” I said no I told the other person this morning I moved rooms, apparently she never updated that in their system and someone was booked into 118. I am upset because the door wasn’t shut all the way from whoever got booked into our room when they found out the room was occupied & all my personal belongings were in the room. I even left the do not disturb sign on the door before leaving but it had fell on the ground inside of the room. Luckily nothing was missing but still, that made me very uncomfortable.

Front desk person is very rude. You better have cash for this terrible place. .

The staff was incredibly rude. The man running the front desk was unfriendly and extremely unprofessional. I’ve had problems with the same thing at this location in the past, but decided to give it another try. I am so sorry that I did! This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Georgia.

My 50 dollar incidental fee has not been refunded and its been 5 days

Easy check in. Free breakfast was lacking. No protein but yogurt. Lactose intolerant out of luck.

Nice clean room good value…decent breakfast with a DIY waffle station. First time in a hotel room with no carpet but I get it - easier to keep clean and I appreciate that. I was very satisfied. Staff was helpful and friendly.
