the reason i chose this hotel was for the pool and breakfast, neither were availabe. don't advertise free breakfast if you don't. they need to update their website very misleading. they had no toiletries at all. when i went to the front desk to inquire about anything the guy couldn't even be bothered to come to the desk he answered through an intercome. i have stayed in lesser priced hotels and got better quality than this place.

Was not happy with our stay. Got there at 15:30 and the rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Check-in time was at 15:00. Told me it was because there was a late check-out. It was still unacceptable. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the blinds were disgustingly dirty. They tried to cover up the smoke with a wall glade plugin. Just not happy at all.

The rooms smelt musty and bedding had holes burnt in them. Doors didn't close tightly. There was supposed to be a breakfast and there was none.
