Every aspect of this property is outstanding. Beautiful grade II listed Manor House, beautifully presented & well appointed with gorgeous decor & furnishings. Very high standard of cleanliness. Within a few minutes of Bath city centre.The 7 double bedrooms are extremely comfortable with high quality bedding for a comfortable nights sleep.

Excellent property in lovely location. Definitely recommend for friend/family gathering.

The house and its fittings were all first class. Almost everything you could think of was provided, except in the kitchen where a bigger oven would have been handy (a turkey for 10 to be cooked) and also instructions for the appliances, particularly the somewhat intransigent hob. But our whole party, ranging from 70+ to 7, loved it.

We had a great long weekend with our whole family, ranging from 1 to 62. So many amenities to keep everyone entertained and so much to do nearby. We popped down the road to the Wheatsheaf for a Sunday lunch which we highly recommend.

Had a wonderful break with family for a wedding taking place nearby. We decided to make a weekend of it as opposed to driving down for the day and had an amazing time. The house and kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed! The WiFi and signal was frustrating as it is very weak and meant that things like using phones and the well thought out music system proved troublesome. However, the attentiveness and helpfulness of Andy was reassuring. The actual cottage itself was well prepared for our arrival and basics provided for when we checked in which was appreciated. The pictures really don't do it justice! Had a fantastic stay and would definitely look to come back in the future.
