This is a really wonderful hotel that is simple. Well designed, excellent location, with extremely friendly staff at the front desk. Each room is well and practically designed. The room makes the best use of the space. The location is excellent, close to all the restaurants and Bars in the Florentine area of Tel Aviv. The only negative is that it is very hard to park in. you should be prepared that you may get a parking ticket. fortunately, a parking ticket is not that expensive in TelAviv.

We chose this hotel so we could take a quick train to the airport for an early morning flight. It was perfect for that. Check-in was GREAT. Receptionist was super friendly and accommodating and it only took a few minutes to get into our rooms. Easily accessible by bus. An easy walk to the fun Florentine area for a ton of cool restaurants and hangouts. The room was meticulously clean, with strong AC and blackout shades on the windows, and the bed was very, very comfy. Nice double shower head for a seriously yummy shower. There is a shelter in the basement which we didn't see but signs were up throughout the hotel, which was reassuring. Unfortunately, there were a few minuses as well: There are a few stairs to get to the elevator, so if you have mobility issues, that could be a problem. (Receptionist offered to carry our large suitcase.) The entire hotel smells strongly of air freshener or cleaning products. The smell faded in the room but hit me strongly every time I went into the hallway. Rooms are very small, with basically just enough space for the bed. There were intimate noises coming from another room beside or above mine. Because it's close to the airport, you're going to hear a lot of planes overhead, all night long. Finally, the neighbourhood (south Tel Aviv) has many sketchy-looking people. We weren't sure if we'd feel comfortable walking around the area after dark. Overall, this was the cheapest nice hotel we found and we'd probably stay here again. :-)

The front desk staff was terrific from the moment of my arrival. I booked a small room but it was very comfortable, because it’s efficient and very well-designed. Everything was in oerfect working order with a powerful hot shower, places to put your things, and nice features like a drop-down dining table/desk. The room was also very clean, The hotel was quite empty when I stayed so I’m not sure how sound insulation is. Note that the very smallest economy room does not have a true window, so book one level higher (not much more expensive), if that matters to you. All in all, the location was super convenient for me, and I had a terrific stay!

Le ménage ne même pas fait ont et obliger t’harceler le personnel pour avoir une chambre propre apparemment ils disent qu’ils viennent nettoyer la chambre tous les deux jours c’est du grand n’importe quoi, ils ont même pas lavé la chambre pendant quatre jours manque complètement de personnes qui gère l’hôtel, manque de personnel si j’aurais pu me rembourser je l’aurais fait mais apparemment la personne de l’accueil disait que c’était pas possible. Enfin bref je déconseille fortement

The hotel itself is nice and the staff are helpful. The room however, which wasn't even the cheapest is tiny (though practically set up). It's ok for a short stay but the real downside is that the area where the hotel is based is really dodgy.

This is a really good option for budget concious travelers. The location is a bit oof the "beaten path" for tourists, but it'll force to experience tel aviv. The location is near a market with tons of hidden jems. Great way to discover really awesome public spaces in the city. Great bed and shower. Very accommodating staff.

Return guest. Loved this space so much I had to book it again. Convenient location, easy to access multiple bus routes, short ride to the beach and shopping, many food and nightlife options within walking distance. Front desk staff extremely warm and friendly, very accommodating and helpful. Looking forward to coming back again.

Overall, this was the cheapest nice hotel we found and we'd probably stay here again. :-)

The hotel profile notes that there is someone at reception 24/7 but this is not the case This is not the case. I arrived to the hotel at 3:30am and no one was at the front desk. There was a phone number on the door of the manager but he rarely answers the phone. A hotel worker arrives at reception when they want to, so it's not a stable hotel for staying.

Beautiful new hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to all the restaurants and bars in Tel Aviv. The staff at the hotel were all very welcoming and friendly. Emily and Moti were very helpful to us and really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Family owned hotel with a very personal feel. Emilie and Tomer were so kind and made great recommendations about breakfast spots, currency exchange locations, and how to get around easily. My room was the perfect size for solo travel or couples, I believe there are larger rooms for families. I would love to stay here again.

Auch wenn die Rezeption selten besetzt war, ist die Managerin immer per Whattsapp erreichbar. Sie war auch sehr hilfreich mit Tipps. Jaffa und Strandpromenade sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, schöne Cafés in der Nähe.

A really nice hotel not too far away from the major transportation options in Tel Aviv. Upon checking in, I met with Emily at the front desk. She was very, very nice and made me feel welcome from the beginning and made me feel much better about booking this specific hotel. This hotel has an interesting feature I've never seen in another hotel. They will text you through WhatsApp and if you need anything like towels, etc. you can ask them without having to go up there. A very nice system. I wouldn't call the area around the hotel "nice" or "clean" but the hotel itself is definitely a very good place

Return guest. Loved this space so much I had to book it again. Convenient location, easy to access multiple bus routes, short ride to the beach and shopping, many food and nightlife options within walking distance. Front desk staff extremely warm and friendly, very accommodating and helpful. Looking forward to coming back again.

The hotel itself is nice and the staff are helpful. The room however, which wasn't even the cheapest is tiny (though practically set up). It's ok for a short stay but the real downside is that the area where the hotel is based is really dodgy.

This is a really wonderful hotel that is simple. Well designed, excellent location, with extremely friendly staff at the front desk. Each room is well and practically designed. The room makes the best use of the space. The location is excellent, close to all the restaurants and Bars in the Florentine area of Tel Aviv. The only negative is that it is very hard to park in. you should be prepared that you may get a parking ticket. fortunately, a parking ticket is not that expensive in TelAviv.

A beautiful hotel. Everything is new and smells perfect. We were received very nicely at the reception. The room was quiet and pleasant. The location is close to the city and Levinsky market and local pubs. I enjoyed very much . Thanks and I'll be back

This is a really good option for budget concious travelers. The location is a bit oof the "beaten path" for tourists, but it'll force to experience tel aviv. The location is near a market with tons of hidden jems. Great way to discover really awesome public spaces in the city. Great bed and shower. Very accommodating staff.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Not the nicest neighborhood but is gentrifying. Here’s the problem: the hotel does not allow you to bring a guest to your room. And they DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS ON EXPEDIA. Only after booking do they send you a confirmation with a lot of blather that most people (like myself) will never even notice or read, and it’s buried in with other standard and trivial information, toward the bottom. I was unaware of this rule and was stopped by the front desk clerk and the situation was not only embarrassing, but deeply offensive to me. I paid for this room and would have NEVER chosen this hotel if I had known they had this IDIOTIC rule. I’m furious about it still, and believe the hotel should compensate me. They sold me a room for two nights without disclosing — upfront — an onerous restriction on services that I paid a lot of money for.

The hotel is rather small, very clean with very friendly staff. Or check in was quick and easy. We used the property oarking. The room was small, minimalistic with a small fridge, TV, tea and coffee bags and an electric teapot. There are food stores, cafes nearby. The sea is about 20minutes on foot. The centre is about 20 minutes on foot,too.
