Receptionist in office was great. Very accommodating, presentable and kind. Asked for a balcony room and early check on and she provided no problem. Room was spotless and had everything you need. Disappointed hot tub didn't work but other amenities were top notch. Game room was really nice. Would stay again

Great stay, loved the hot tubs and amenities. The room had everything we needed. Would stay here again. BUT So much road construction going on! Hopefully it’ll be done soon. We had to take detours everyday. Beds and pillows are so uncomfortable. I’d bring my own pillow next time.

Basically Condos that they are selling and renting out until occupancy comes up. Hardly any condo owners to be seen. Steam room is in separate building, but each building has its own pretty nice fitness room

I’m very happy with the property. You should have a car or otherwise choose a local closer to anything else. 15 minutes from gas grocery and eating establishments. Each building has a gym and area for hanging out with friends watching a show or eating. Do request info and definitely visit the Raquet building… in the basement there is a fabulous game area pool table, ping-pong, table, air hockey, foosball, separate TV, viewing area, and arcade games and it’s all free and included. The gym is larger than each of the other buildings and there’s a separate yoga room as well. There aren’t vending machines but the bathrooms in that area are great. Each apartment in studio is well equipped with pot pans, plates, dish soap, paper towel, towels, swimming towels there is no swimming pool, but the hot tub is generous in size and it’s salt water, which was great versus chlorine only. We’ll definitely stay in recommend to Friends. We stayed during the summer months and it was beautiful. I am assuming ski season would be great as well because there is a ski lift right above you.

Nice property in vicinity of active construction. Room check in after hours was atypical but not troublesome. Room was new, modern, clean, comfortable. Double twin room was apx.300 sq ft, adequate but not spacious. WiFi was good. Overall a nice place to stay. I did not use the lounge or fitness room but they were beautiful. Parking outside was fine. We enjoyed our stay for the price we paid.

This was a perfect place for a working retreat. The kitchenette was perfect for light meals. The dining area a quiet workspace. We enjoyed the gym, hot tub and steam room. It was a perfect getaway.

Brand New buildings in the soon to be heart of the new Deer Valley. It was eerily empty when we stayed, but that's just because the new terrain is under construction. Close to the Gondola, you could walk, they have a shuttle but didn't use it. Not near any restaurants or bars. It was a bit disappointing that they built all of this new, but cheaped out on the fixtures and furniture. If the gondola is closed, you have to drive to the base area near the Hyatt.

This is a great location for a ski vacation. Walking distance to the Jordanelle Gondola- where they have lockers for your shoes and complimentary ski storage. At the end of the day the shuttle will bring you back to the Baton Building at Pioche. Great hot tub! About a $25 uber ride to Park City for dinner. The One bedroom was bigger than I expected with a pull-out sofa for our 17-year-old son. We would definitely stay here again!

The property seems to be brand new. Easy check in. We stayed in the studio which was clean and seemed new. The room was quiet, had a great view, bed was very comfortable and just about everything one needed for cooking / eating was provided, with the exception there was no microwave. The coffee maker provided was overly complex and the wrong size filters were provided (we left some correct size filters for the next guest). Poor design of the shower / bath towel bars where the only way to access towels from shower was leave them on the floor, or completely exit shower to get towels from hook. TV does not have the normal networks, so we could not watch college football on Saturday evening, nor Sunday night NFL game on NBC. No instructions provided for TV stations provided. Poor communication with regards to road construction which closed the most direct route to the location - we had to stop and use Google maps to find an alternate route - we had no communications about this prior to our stay. If they add some small improvements, it would be an excellent place to stay.

The room was very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. The grounds are very well maintained and the surroundings are beautiful! The communication with the property management was exceptional! The price for the room was unbeatable. We will definitely stay here again.

We were excited about checking in to this new property but my wife and I were sorely disappointed in our accommodations. It was clear that our room was brand new and was not yet ready to receive guests. There was a beautiful view out our window, but it was obliterated by construction debris that had not yet been cleaned off the glass. The television had never been set up for first use and neither was the internet. I was able to communicate with someone about these issues but they chose to address the problems on the next day—after we checked out (basically just blew us off). I have reached out several times since our stay but no one is interested in speaking with me. I feel like giving this stay 2 out of 5 stars is being generous.

...you would think that a brand-new condo complex within walking distance of a Deer Valley gondola for a reasonable price would be a good deal. Alas, you would be wrong. The walls in our condo were PAPER-THIN. You could literally hear the conversations (and everything else) in the adjacent units. Thankfully, the complex provided youtube so that we could put on "river sounds" at high volume to drown out all the noise. If this were a 1970s Super 8, I'd get it. Yet, for a condo built in the 2020s? Insanity.

Overall very clean well stocked. It's by a couple of trails one you can walk or road bike and the other hike or mountain bike on. Only complaint is i could here everything the people above us did. When they walk, turned on water, adult time everything.

Room was clean and had a modern decor. For the price, this room was a bargain. Will definitely stay here again and recommend the facility to friends and family. There was also a spectacular view of a lake.

The property was clean. Noise level was pretty bad from the upstairs and down. Nothing against the management it’s just the way the building was made. Check in person wasn’t the nicest. Did not go over any amenities etc. last year we had awesome service. But overall it was ok

Hotel is brand new. There is a lot of construction around the property… must be building for the ski season. The room we had did not have a coffee maker/coffee or hair dryer. They didn’t seem like they were completely up and running yet with all the amenities.

The lady named Sydney is truly wonderful—she is kind, approachable, and always willing to help. However, my experience with the gentleman at the front desk, Juan, was quite the opposite. When I asked him if there was a spa in the community, he immediately said no without even checking. Later, I discovered that there was indeed a spa just across from the office. His lack of effort to provide accurate information was frustrating and disappointing. To make matters worse, when we were checking out, it was snowing heavily. Juan was sitting in the office and didn’t even bother to stand up or open the door for me. Even when I explicitly asked him for help, he simply said, “Oh, it’s open,” without making any effort to assist. His lack of courtesy and unwillingness to help left a very negative impression. While Sydney’s professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated, Juan’s behavior was unacceptable and significantly impacted my overall experience.
The lady named Sydney is truly wonderful—she is kind, approachable, and always willing to help. However, my experience with the gentleman at the front desk, Juan, was quite the opposite. When I asked him if there was a spa in the community, he immediately said no without even checking. Later, I discovered that there was indeed a spa just across from the office. His lack of effort to provide accurate information was frustrating and disappointing. To make matters worse, when we were checking out, it was snowing heavily. The property itself is beautiful, new, and exceptionally clean. The unit was spacious, well-maintained, and fully stocked. However, the customer service is virtually nonexistent. During check-in, the front desk staff was unwelcoming and provided no instructions—just handed me the key with no guidance. Now, I’m trying to resolve a $50 charge on my account along with other billing questions, but my calls are being sent straight to voicemail. Receptionist in office was great. Very accommodating, presentable and kind. Asked for a balcony room and early check on and she provided no problem. Room was spotless and had everything you need. Disappointed hot tub didn't work but other amenities were top notch. Game room was really nice. Would stay again

The property manager, Rene, was fantastic. He answered the telephone when I called and answered all my questions about the unit. He met me at the door early in the morning so I could drop off my luggage before skiing. He personally showed me to the unit. He was also very responsive to questions I had during the stay. The Pioche is very close to the Jordanelle gondola.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. However, when trying to communicate with anyone, it was near impossible. I called several times to confirm our reservation because we hadn't recieved an email confirming it. Every single time we called we could never get a hold of someone. We called numerous times. Finally called expedia and they ran into the same problem as well. They could not get a hold of anyone via phone as well. I know things can get busy, but not so busy that you can't return a phone call or answer the phone at least once out of the dozen calls we made during business hours. Otherwise, the room was very clean, great amenities and exactly what we were looking for.

Front desk was extremely rude. Trying to get directions he hung up on me. When I showed up, he continued to be hostile. We decided not to stay. Not a safe place with current staff.

The onsite property manager, Rene, is excellent! Check-in could have been confusing but I called as I pulled into the lot and he met me. He is also very friendly and was helpful for our entire stay. The unit is brand new, clean and had all we needed. As some others have commented, the area is in early development stage and you do have to drive everywhere to eat and shop. Also, it's so new that we weren't too sure of the shuttle situation - other resorts seems to have shuttle access, and I'm guessing that will be a fully available here before too long. The walk to the lift is fairly easy down but pretty arduous back up after a day of skiing. All and all, considering the relative price and convenience of the Jordanelle lift, it was perfect for 4 days of spring break skiing when availability was really limited closer to the Snow Park Lodge. Will return!

The place was great. Only issue was getting there as there were roads on iMaps that don't yet exist, but I'm sure that will be worked out in the near future (I think the road they wanted me to take was McGinley Rd on the map).

We didn’t know what to expect in the off season but we LOVED this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean. The parking was awesome. The hotel manager was communicative and kind. It’s right off the freeway so quick 5-10 minute drive to Park City. Loved it there

We liked this place. It was clean and not very crowded. It’s further from park city than I thought. It’s across from jordanelle which was kind of annoying for late night snack runs. Still fun though :)

Brand New buildings in the soon to be heart of the new Deer Valley. It was eerily empty when we stayed, but that's just because the new terrain is under construction. Close to the Gondola, you could walk, they have a shuttle but didn't use it. Not near any restaurants or bars. It was a bit disappointing that they built all of this new, but cheaped out on the fixtures and furniture. If the gondola is closed, you have to drive to the base area near the Hyatt.

This is a great location for a ski vacation. Walking distance to the Jordanelle Gondola- where they have lockers for your shoes and complimentary ski storage. At the end of the day the shuttle will bring you back to the Baton Building at Pioche. Great hot tub! About a $25 uber ride to Park City for dinner. The One bedroom was bigger than I expected with a pull-out sofa for our 17-year-old son. We would definitely stay here again!

Great overall experience. Clean, comfortable. The only small complaint I have is that the blackout blinds let a lot of light in and the fan blows the blinds back-and-forth so the mornings you end up with sort of a strobe light/flashing light effect, making it tough to sleep in.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. It seems pretty new and I'd never heard of it, so it's always a little bit of a gamble to try out a new place. It was clean, quiet, affordable (especially for Park City prices), and convenient for where we were going.

The resort was amazing. I loved it. I want to come back and visit. Room was very spacious. Room was clean. The hot tubs and other amenities were wonderful options. Close to the historic park city area. Great location and plenty of parking. Loved it.

It was difficult to find. Went to a security gate and told the security guard where we were going, and he opened the gate and let us through. Needless to say, it was before we ever got to the gate where the hotel was located so, go figure. Fortunately, my sister had arrived the day before. So, they knew where we needed to be, and we had to follow their directions on the phone to get back to the proper location. No carpet in the entire tiny little condo area. The echo was kind of loud due to no carpet absorbing the noise. We would probably stay again. But, that is debatable as well.
