Great for the price! A really solid breakfast and the rooms were pretty good. There were definitely a lot of things that were broken down and not well taken care of overall - especially the closed pool and sadly neglected fitness room.

The employees are trying their best but the owners just do not care to fix things. Broken elevator. Dangerously chlorinated pool. Broken baggage cart. Broken tv remote. Dirty couch. Dirty hallway floors.

Place is dump, light is flickering over check in desk, screen you sign is crocked, the front desk lady said the jacuzzi was broken with a too bad look on her face, the room was dusty, blood on the wall by the shower. Wouldn’t have gotten in the jacuzzi anyways

Quite honestly the rooms were fine. But the property itself needed work. The parking lot wasn’t scrapped at all our entire stay in the freezing rain and snow. The venting machines were sold out of everything and stole your money. The room keys never worked after one day (had to get a new key card) every day. Break-fast (if you can call it that) was less than desirable. And who doesn’t accept cash? Cash is king baby! Long story short is it worth $90 a night probably. Just know what you’re getting.

We specifically picked this comfort inn for the pool and fitness center. They were both closed for the 6 days we stayed. You have to walk through the fitness center to get to the pool so if the pool was waiting to get fixed, at least open the fitness center.

This was my second stay at this property....only stayed second time due to my last minute plans. First time there the iron was dirty and ruined my shirt and pants....manager never came to front desk and never called me back. This time there was no ironing board in the room and the hair dryer was unplugged with a hand written note that said 'broken'....they have me a handheld dryer...it was the outlet that had a short.....when i presented these issues to front desk they blamed housekeeping staff for not infomring them...I'm sorry as management shouldn't you be managng your staff? The elevator was broken and they blamed a family with kids for breaking it...three days not working The coffee machine was broken, so they put out a jat of instant coffee Printer in business center printed with wide dark lines...boarding pass was unreadable.... Poor management and oversight, no one minding the ship ... Stay away from this hotel at all costs...how do they possibly have an 8.2 star rating?

So many things in the room were broken. The shower curtain rod hung down, so the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed. The toilet paper holder was broken. The pool was closed because of a broken pump. The pool was one of the reasons we stayed here. The breakfast was awful! Eggs and sausages were cold, the milk for cereal and the waffle mix ran out and weren't replaced. One morning the juice machine only produced syrup for each juice. We struggled to find something to eat that was palatable.

Room was dirty, the bedsheets were like they haven’t been washed, room smells like it was used as a smoking room. I asked and confirmed with the staff and was told this is non smoking property so it shouldn’t be. The staff was very helpful but before making any decision they were calling management and mentioned that they will get in trouble if not. Checked out in very early morning and it was not a breakfast time, kids tried to have muffin and was told not to take it or she will get in trouble. I am like, we are paying for this. But any ways clearly choice hotels have reduced their standards. I will not stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

If I could give a zero, I would. Parking lot is barely plowed and not salted, and had a couple inches of ice in several areas. The exterior front entrance appears to be missing signs or exterior materials; looks like something large was ripped off several areas. Gutters are falling down from all the snow and ice. Staff was cordial but not welcoming, and on their phones a lot of the time. Entire property smells of cleaning chemicals and marijuana. There is no inspection certification or notice in the elevator proving that an inspection was done. There is a black substance coming out of the lobby ceiling vents. Inside the room, one of the cards didn't work on the doorlock and then the next day I had to have both cards recalibrated. The solid curtains did not close all the way and left a large gap for outside people to see inside the room. I found hair all over the bedsheets and stains on the box spring bedsheet. Bedroom walls, bathroom sink faucet and bathtub are dirty. Bedroom and bathroom ceiling have stains. The bathtub handle doesn't have grout on one end and so it's easy for water to slid through the interior wall. The blow dryer's filter has dust clogged in it. The internet is incredibly slow during the day, so unable to effectively do work; not a good place to stay if you plan to do business. A set of guests staying at the hotel at the same as me said they found slippers in their bed, slippers they didn't own, indicating the sheets weren't changed before they checked in.

First thing noticed was the door propped open at 10pm but that really didn't matter bc it didn't lock anyway. We were on the 2nd floor and it had a very strong odor of cinnamon or something. I had a sore throat and headache from it for the 2 days. Everything was dated and dusty. I will say the sheets were very soft and the bed was comfortable. But it was over priced for the quality.

Room windows where dirty. Both bed sheets where dirty and black spots all over found what looked like bug shells on the sheets. Also had hair in bed and muiltiple stains some looked like blood stains.also our toilet clogged up twice. When we contacted front desk we where given new sheets and comforters but no one came up to look at the issues

Every employee we interacted with was beyond amazing. My family and I were visiting from the Albany area for the Buffalo Bills game. We didn't have a chance to check into the hotel before the game so we called the front desk to let them know we would be checking in after the game. The man who answered the phone was great and made sure to leave a note on our reservation to let the next shift know that we would be checking in very late and not to give our room away as a no-show. We didn't end up getting to the hotel until after 1:00am and the staff was ready for us. We got checked right in and we were in our room in no time. The woman at the front desk was so polite and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Our room was clean but it wasn't very comfortable. We came with two adults and two teenage siblings (a boy and a girl) so we needed three total places to sleep. The room with the two full beds and a pullout couch seemed like it would be perfect. The room wasn't equipped with extra sheets or pillows for the pullout couch. The front desk staff helped us with that promptly. The couch turned out to be a mattress that seemed to only contain springs. It was not a comfortable piece of furniture to sleep on at all. The beds were not great but not too bad. The only other complaint was that the window in the room was cracked and the "fix" was a piece of tape over the length of the crack. Customer service was superb but hotel could use some help with the comfort part.

This hotel needs updating. The toilet is too low, lighting in bathroom is horrible. The internet was useless going in and out the whole time including in the middle of the night when I woke up. We will not be back.

Room smelled like an old camp(very musty), air conditioner fan was loud, the window was cracked & taped& obstructed by an outdoor storage area, people running upstairs well past midnight, the toilet flapper wasn't sealed causing the tank to slowly drain causing the tank to refill(vary loudly) every 10 minutes the whole stay, the hot water took forever to get hit & got immediately cold if another room used any water...

Nothing wrong with the motel at the price. Not the newest, but everything is functional. No safety concerns with the neighborhood. Biggest drawback is that it is that my window is literally less than 100 feet from the NY State thruway. Traffic is loud!

Got there to check in but was informed that my reservation was canceled no notification at all. Very upsetting and created a huge problem after traveling to get there. Will never stay in a Comfort Inn again!!!!

Every employee we interacted with was beyond amazing. My family and I were visiting from the Albany area for the Buffalo Bills game. We didn't have a chance to check into the hotel before the game so we called the front desk to let them know we would be checking in after the game. The man who answered the phone was great and made sure to leave a note on our reservation to let the next shift know that we would be checking in very late and not to give our room away as a no-show. We didn't end up getting to the hotel until after 1:00am and the staff was ready for us. We got checked right in and we were in our room in no time. The woman at the front desk was so polite and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Our room was clean but it wasn't very comfortable. We came with two adults and two teenage siblings (a boy and a girl) so we needed three total places to sleep. The room with the two full beds and a pullout couch seemed like it would be perfect. The room wasn't equipped with extra sheets or pillows for the pullout couch. The front desk staff helped us with that promptly. The couch turned out to be a mattress that seemed to only contain springs. It was not a comfortable piece of furniture to sleep on at all. The beds were not great but not too bad. The only other complaint was that the window in the room was cracked and the "fix" was a piece of tape over the length of the crack. Customer service was superb but hotel could use some help with the comfort part.

Did not honor booking with Expedia Once they learned their was a major event on the date I booked they cancelled 50 reservations They told me this when I attempted to check in Of course there was no available hotels for last minute booking so we had to drive over an hour away

They canceled our reservation without telling us. We were a pay on property reservation and I believe they canceled it because there was a big football game in the area and they wanted more money for the room. It was terrible experience to show up and not have a room.

Staff was amazing and friendly. We landed at this location after a vehicle malfunction and ended up staying here last minute. It was a "comfortable" stay while we had our repairs done and they even let us stay a bit later until the car was repaired. Thank you!

This was my second stay at this property....only stayed second time due to my last minute plans. First time there the iron was dirty and ruined my shirt and pants....manager never came to front desk and never called me back. This time there was no ironing board in the room and the hair dryer was unplugged with a hand written note that said 'broken'....they have me a handheld dryer...it was the outlet that had a short.....when i presented these issues to front desk they blamed housekeeping staff for not infomring them...I'm sorry as management shouldn't you be managng your staff? The elevator was broken and they blamed a family with kids for breaking it...three days not working The coffee machine was broken, so they put out a jat of instant coffee Printer in business center printed with wide dark lines...boarding pass was unreadable.... Poor management and oversight, no one minding the ship ... Stay away from this hotel at all costs...how do they possibly have an 8.2 star rating?

Absolutely love the location being so close to the thruway is a blessing. Everything you need being within a 5 minute drive is amazing. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The only complaint I have is the chemicals they use for cleaning is a little strong and can stick around for a while but that is not a big deal at all as you can open the window and you know that it’s clean! Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

We choose this hotel due to the proximity of Highmark Stadium. The employees who checked us in were wonderful! The continental breakfast was very basic, which was fine, but our room had a little bit of a damp mildewy smell but the beds and pillows were very comfortable!

Pet-friendly, pleasant desk clerk. The room, hallway, lobby and dining area appeared clean. The beds were comfortable. Lots of nearby restaurants. We'd stay here again.

Nice location to the Erie county fair grounds. I was greeted promptly & was able to check in at 3:00 pm. The room & the hallway was very clean. Excellent water pressure in the shower. I would stay here again. The pool is currently out of use. .

Nothing wrong with the motel at the price. Not the newest, but everything is functional. No safety concerns with the neighborhood. Biggest drawback is that it is that my window is literally less than 100 feet from the NY State thruway. Traffic is loud!

In the room, the main window was broken and a piece of glass was hanging loose, the window was fractured across three panes of glass, one room light was out, the sofa has a large worn through spot, a leftover food mess was still in the microwave from pervious guests. Someone's mucus blood was on the edge of the bathroom sink. In the main breakfast area, the egg and sausage heat tray had a "it's broken" print out taped to it. No eggs or sausage. The coffee machine was broken (but still provided in a thermos so not so bad). I will not come back to a Comfort Inn.

The carpet was filthy in room 114. No one seemed to take care of this place. The tv was blaring in the empty dining area at 7am. Why? Turn the volume down! I booked this hotel for the pool but it was closed. I’m done with comfort inns. The breakfasts are inedible.

The property was reasonably priced but the breakfast was really lacking as the hot items had no heater under the serving pans and the layout jammed everyone into the corner. Also only egg and sausage available as most hotels we stay in offer a hashbrown and more in the hot area.

Front desk staff were all very pleasant and always greeted us. We stayed for 5 nights. Breakfast had plenty of options. Water in shower had good pressure and was hot. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. So many things in the room were broken. The shower curtain rod hung down, so the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed. The toilet paper holder was broken. The pool was closed because of a broken pump. The pool was one of the reasons we stayed here. The breakfast was awful! Eggs and sausages were cold, the milk for cereal and the waffle mix ran out and weren't replaced. One morning the juice machine only produced syrup for each juice. We struggled to find something to eat that was palatable.

I understand the hotel is under construction but the rooms, hallways etc should still be cleaned. It was apparent our rooms floors were dirty ie bathroom floor had dirt and hairs. Shower floor was dirty. I even used my wet ones to clean the side table and lamps as they were dirty. Stains on the couch. I was worried the sheets had not been changed but I think that may have been the only cleaning in the bathroom. Also breakfast the next day no one came out to wipe off the counter or dump the overflowing coffee trash can. When we arrived the older woman was nice and told us she thought we had a fridge in the room. We did but the leg was broken so hard to open and close. The young lady that checked us in didn’t even say hello or tell us about anything perhaps she was in training? I won’t be staying here in the future

Staff were nice ish. The rooms were not maintained, there were loose construction supplies around halls and multiple appliances were broken in the room. The pool is out of order, and upon arriving, the staff told us that the rooms “aren’t that nice.” I do not recommend this place.

Don't bother with this place. It's a dump, nothing works, and the breakfast is not great. I booked a specific room, and they sold it and had to put me in something else. They told me they were too busy.

Hotel is undergoing renovations. Our room older but was adequate. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast. Location was convenient. When I return I will probably spend the extra money and stay at Holiday Inn Express (next door) or Hampton Inn up the street.
