Ein traumhaftes Paradies mit Pool und Spa in der Nähe von Holmes Beach!

Communication with the mgt team was immediate. The property was lovely and well maintained (except for 2 broken bottom drawers in the master bedroom). It was also very quiet. The kitchen had an adequate supply of dishes and cookware. The Keurig used ground coffee and pods. The fridge was very big and there were small fridges on the deck and on the top floor in addition to a wine fridge. The pool was wonderful and was a little larger than expected--it was also deep at one end (up to my shoulders). My 11 & 13 year old grandkids especially enjoyed it. A pool guy came during the week and treated it. We had to stay out of it for 45 min. The garage had a ping pong table, 4 beach chairs, 2 beach wagons and a beach umbrella for our use. It was an easy 2 1/2 block walk to the beach. Unless you go early, there are only 3 parking spaces at this beach access. If you want to go to Bean Point, have one person drop off everyone and then come back and pick them up (not much parking). We went at sunset and it was lovely. We ate most meals at the house but did enjoy The Sandbar, The Beach House, Ugly Grouper and Harry's. We shopped along Pine Street. We never rode the free Trolley. The reason for this trip to AMI was the Florida Beach Horses where my granddaughter could swim on a horse in the bay. She said it was awesome!

Hot tub was not hot enough, pool could have been cooler, patio fan was supposed to be fixed but never was and some different style pool seating would be a good thing. Other than that place was great and I would rent again.

A beautiful home! My family loved the pool, hot tub and ping pong table. Easy access to beach and other area attractions/restaurants. A lovely stay in AMI.

This property is amazing. The pool area is absolutely stunning and we spent a lot of time enjoying time around it. The beach is super close, you can walk or take a golf cart within minutes. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom and everything was very clean. The living room/kitchen area was very spacious and excellent for entertaining our group of 6. The only things that would have been helpful were more towels and wash cloths. I only found 2 wash cloths and we didn’t have enough towels to have one for our bodies and one for our hair. For cooking purposes there wasn’t a large pot, such as one you would use for cooking pasta or soup. There was a medium size one but for our large group we really needed a large one. But all in all those are the only things that I noticed and they certainly were not deal breakers. They do supply a few beach chairs, a wagon, and a beach umbrella. We bought a small cooler and an additional umbrella and left them there for others to use. I would stay here again in a heart beat. We also fell in love with Anna Maria, we’d never been before and will go back first chance we get.

My family has been going to AMI for 12 summers. This house was the best we’ve experienced. The backyard and pool is amazing, so much fun and clean. The inside of the house is gorgeous and very spacious. The walk to the beach was short with beach access and public parking. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. It was great to be able to communicate with them via text. We would recommend this house and would definitely stay again!
