The staff at the courtyard were all extremely helpful and hard working. I cannot say enough nice things about them, from the friendly staff at front desk who went above and beyond, to the lone person working so hard at the cafe, and even our shuttle driver was extremely timely. Highly recommend these hard working folks. the property was very clean also. A couple of cons, the hotel could use a few more amenities imo. The lobby is very small, there is no outdoor courtyard or seating except one tiny bench, there is no atm machine on site, the workstation is a tiny desk alcove in the wall, breakfast is not included though they do have a restaurant on site. Coffee is not available all day unlike other properties, which for such a large intl hub, it might be worth considering that people are visiting from different time zones and may want coffee in times other than the morning. I was extremely impressed with the staff and the timely shuttle, so I would recommend, there is a 7-11 within 2 minute walk.
