El trato super amable,las habitaciones super limpias y ordenado. Cerca de tiendas y restaurants puedes ir caminando. Cuentan con servicio de lavanderia x un costo extra.

I was arriving very lat actually very early in the morning and the arranged my taxi from the airport they gave me all of the codes I needed to get into my room so that at 4 in the morning from the time I got out of the taxi it was less than 2 minutes that I was in the room. Breakfast was exceptional, the orange juice was freshly squezed and the food was great. The location was exactly where it was described and the room was net well laid out and very comfortable There is no question that If I go back Tlaquepaque I will stay there

La habitación muy linda, grande y cómoda para 5 personas entre ellos 3 niños y estuvieron felices pues la televisión cuenta con plataformas de streaming, las camas limpias y muy acogedoras, el desayuno muy rico, solo le hacen falta los jugos, el servicio muy amables! Y súper cerca del zócalo de Tlaquepaque.

I was arriving very lat actually very early in the morning and the arranged my taxi from the airport they gave me all of the codes I needed to get into my room so that at 4 in the morning from the time I got out of the taxi it was less than 2 minutes that I was in the room. Breakfast was exceptional, the orange juice was freshly squezed and the food was great. The location was exactly where it was described and the room was net well laid out and very comfortable There is no question that If I go back Tlaquepaque I will stay there

The room was clean and big plus great a/c. The breakfast and coffee were delicious. Walking distance to all shopping and the Parian. The staff was nice and friendly.

Todo excelente durante mi estancia ! La habitación muy linda, grande y cómoda para 5 personas entre ellos 3 niños y estuvieron felices pues la televisión cuenta con plataformas de streaming, las camas limpias y muy acogedoras, el desayuno muy rico, solo le hacen falta los jugos, el servicio muy amables! Y súper cerca del zócalo de Tlaquepaque.

10/10 WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. If it allows me to post pictures I will. We showed up late after a delayed flight, in the pouring rain, with directions to open the door that were pretty confusing. No staff on site so had to wait for them to call us, reset the door to enter. Cockroach as we entered the room, towels that were clean but dirty (I think?), hair in the bed, mold in the fridge, mysterious drip stains on the wall. If it weren’t 3am and we had to hit the road early, I would have eaten the cost and went somewhere else. Pictures they post are not the same.

La atención del personal muy especial y atentos con uno. La comunicación con ellos es muy fluida y de inmediato. Es maravilloso que sirvan desayuno hasta la 1 pm para osos perezosos como yo!! La habitación muy linda, aseada, lo único es que si de sugerencia podrían considerar colocar lámparas en las mesas de noche para no tener que levantarse a apagar luces. Para que tomen en cuenta, no hay ascensor así que viajen ligero porque si llegan o salen a deshoras uno solo tiene que mover el equipaje.
