This is a fabulous hotel near the airport yet in the countryside and remarkably quiet. Easy parking and check in, although no offer of assistance with baggage; there are possibly not sufficient staff numbers to provide this service. The room was large enough and the bathroom clean and functional. The bed was soft. The usual pod coffee and tea were provided but no milk and nothing in the fridge. The restaurant is very good and snacls are available from the lobby at any time. The gym is quite well equipped with cardio and weights. The one gripe: the pool remains closed in the second week of June. While the pool is held to be a "seasonal" offering, it would be much appreciated on the regular 30 degree afternoons.

Room was clean and seemed modern. Staff was not friendly or helpful when asking questions. Shower smelled like mold and had rotten grout. The mattress and pillow were very hard. Because there is no room service, I ordered to go and the food was pretty good. No screen share on tv’s for iPhones and no Eng channels.

Very convenient, new, stylish, comfortable and a great option for short stays very close to the Milan Malpensa Airport. Although it is very close to the airport, walking to the airport may not be a good idea, as this would involve crossing a very busy street that does not have side walks. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport, but is asking for 5 Euros per person (terminal 1; 10 Euros to terminal 2). Unfortunately, there was no WiFi during our stay, and we were told is had not worked for several days prior.

Uncomfortable small beds and hard pillows. Had coffee pods in room but no coffee machine. Shuttle costs 10euros round trip and the restaurant was ok but not great. Was nice to be a little away from the airport but not worth the effort. Sheraton is more convenient and comfy beds at least, you get what you pay for.

I would have given the hotel a 5 starts reviews if it wasn’t for two things, 1- no USBC in the rooms only usb connection, hotel had no European outlet converter, which I traveled for a month around Europe and had no issue in any other hotel as all had the updated usbc connection 2- the AC it doesn’t cool the room they have it very controlled and hardly not warm let’s say that so if you like to sleep in a cold room then forget about it, and everytime you leave your room that AC just stops automatically as I guess it’s motion sensor activated. So in a hot summer that would be a big issue for me . Other than that the hotel is perfectly located by terminal 1, and installation are great, clean, modern and the highlight is the Kevin Murphy hair products

1. No consideration for when our train was significantly delayed to Milano Centrale so had to make the trek at almost 1 AM to this hotel because one night would not be waived. Major train outage at Roma Termini 2. Toiletries not stocked in the bathroom. Called housekeeping from my personal cell incurring charges to get this done and STILL wasn’t fulfilled. 3. Phone never worked. Resulted in my having to go down to the front desk multiple times with NO resolution. 4. Refrigerator was not working when we checked in 5. Housekeeping never thoroughly cleaned the room. There were still crumbs on the floor when we returned at the end of the night 6. Safe was not working when we checked in. 7. The WiFi is piss poor here. Never a stable connection on any of our devices. Front desk provides a shoulder shrug as a solution

The staff were great and the evening meal was a 10/10. But be warned book the hotel shuttle From the airport as taxi’s are expensive to and from the hotel. You are not able to walk it from the airport. The bed was very hard and only had one very thin pillow each. We both did not sleep much due to not being comfortable in the bed. The room was airtight and was unable to open a window. I would not stay here again on this basis.

Front Desk (Reception) staffs were terrible, rude, unprofessional & irresponsive. They gave Room - 339. I went to Room but main door didn’t open. When I came down, they gave another key which also didn’t work. When I gave them a feedback. They said, it’s not their problem & their body language was just BAD.

Checkin at 3 p.m... VERY slow. We weretold to wait until 3 p.m for check in. Ok. We waited. After 3. p.m. 3 people at work, only 1 person handling the check in process. Why not do as in most hotels in Norway, check in online, or at self-service desks in the hotel.

Most inconvenient hotel in Milan. Do not stay here unless you have your own car. Impossible to walk from terminal and taxi from airport is 50 Euros (five minutes’ drive). Their shuttle is 10 Euros and only runs 1-2 times per hour. You have to book in advance or it might not show up. The staff are supremely unhelpful and lie to your face. My door lock was broken and they told me the hotel was full so they couldn’t give me a different room. Of course as soon as I insisted, it was no problem to find a room. I arrived early and asked if it was possible to shower. Immediately told no. When I asked if there was a gym shower, it was no problem to shower there. When I waited an hour in vain for the shuttle and tried to call 10 times, I was later told it must have been because I was in the wrong place (I was not). When I tried to take the shuttle to the airport, I was told it was full. I went outside and asked the driver, and it was not full.

We stayed here after a long travel day by train before heading back to the States. It was our first proper aperitivo experience while in Italy and it was the best way to end our trip. We sat at the bar with the incredibly engaging and hospitable bartenders who made us their favorite spritzes and kept the salty snacks coming the entire time we sat there. We also ordered the shrimp lasagna which was delicious. The shuttle to the airport is incredibly efficient. The room was very comfortable and clean with espresso in the room and water waiting for us. My flight was delayed 7 hours and they easily accommodated a late checkout for me. The lobby is very comfortable with various seating options. Would stay again!

Very clean and quiet property, great. BUT, the airport shuttle (€5 each way) was HALF AN HOUR LATE, causing me to miss my non refundable flight home. Waited and waited and waited for the shuttle to leave. Voiced my concern 3 times only to be waved away and told “soon” by the driver. Ended up costing me $1500 for a one way ticket home, so I’m very unimpressed with the extraordinarily poor service and the total lack of concern from the driver. Expensive restaurant with terrible food, which I could have lived with, were in not for the ridiculous, garbage shuttle service, which is why you stay in an airport hotel in the first place. Ended up being a very expensive stay because of incompetent uncaring service. A disaster of a stay, which is unfortunate, as the room itself was quite decent. Cannot recommend, unless you fancy a 1km walk to departures across a series of busy motorways, or if you’re OK with the shuttle service being run at the convenience of the driver. Thoroughly pissed off.

Hotel propre, bien entretenu et bien décoré. Les chambres sont belles et cosy. La réception est magnifique et le restaurant aussi. Je tiens quand meme à notifier que la réception est beaucoup trop lente. Il devrait y avoir beaucoup plus de personnel disponible pour les voyageurs à la réception. À chaque fois il fallait attendre 10 à 15min pour poser une simple question.

Great hotel 2 min shuttle paid (5€ each way) driving distance from Malpensa airport. Nice restaurant. Rooms have all the amenities. Nicely design hotel in the spirit of Milano!!! This is definitely my hotel to stay next time I have to stay by Malpensa. You can also take the regional train from terminal 1 or 2 to downtown Milano for 13€ each way (50 min).

Great hotel for our 1 night prior to flying out the next day. Very nice, clean and comfortable. Please note that it is NOT walkable from the airport. While it looks like walking distance from the airport on google maps, there are no walking paths or sidewalks. I recommend using the shuttle that the hotel provides (for a fee, 5 euro per person to Terminal 1). Taxi charged a flat rate to 20 euro.

Nice hotel and very comfortable. But please note that despite being close to Malpensa this is not at the airport and is NOT WALKABLE. You have to get them to send a shuttle (which didn’t work for me) or get a cab (16euros). Once you are there, it is comfortable and the shuttle TO the airport was easy to arrange (20euros). So if you really want something AT Malpensa, this isn’t it. Consider the Sheraton which is actually at T1.

New, nice hotel. Effective airport shuttle every 30 min, but no information about how to utilise /find this shuttle on website before arrival. Had to call the hotell to find out. This shuttle is the only way to get to airport and also Milan cbd (via train from airport)

Definitely comfortable and upscale with style so you can relax near the airport or if you're stressed from a flight change it is a comfortable place to be. Very Very clean! On the other hand, the food there is some of the worst ive ever had in Italy. Cibo porcaria! They don't even have a real espresso machine 😶😐. Logistically there is not anything in walking distance from there so its good that there was at least something to eat and it wasn't American cancer food, but the food qualiy here was worse than autogrill.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The service for dinner was the worst I have ever experienced. We had to ask for menus then waited an hour to have someone take our order. It was not busy enough for the lack of attentiveness from the staff. Fortunately once we finally ordered our food arrived quickly. Had we been close to another eating establishment we would have gone elsewhere for dinner.

Love this property. Easy access to MXP airport with organized shuttle transfer back and forth. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was great.. modern conveniences with bedside charging stations and light switches. Staff were professional and friendly. Restaurant cuisine was great, a traditional Nona’s lasagne dish was the best I had tasted in all my 28 days visiting Northern Italy.

Room described as having a 'Mountain View'. The receptionist did not greet us immediately and was prone to rudeness. The Mini fridge was not cool. When I asked, they said it was supposed to store things at room temperature. But a search for the make and model indicated it was a refrigerator (model XCS-30B) There was no way to make the refrigerator cold. My husband re-installed a seal at the edge of the shower glass that was falling off. The small pink table was visually disturbing and too small. There was no luggage rack. Neither receptionist nor porter knew what one was. Store your suitcase under the bed (where the bed bugs wait). My old knees had to get on the hard carpet (no padding) to pack and unpack my luggage. The 10” thick foam mattress looked cheap, but we slept very well. Some restaurant workers were average. One waitress was very good. The 'Toast' was almost not cooked enough. Fried potatoes were very good, but nothing to dip them in. Pool looked nice, but doors to it were locked. Courtyard was nice. Other receptionists were better. The lobby is spacious and well-equipped for sitting around chatting or use a laptop. We had breakfast at the airport. Mountain View? Only visible with binoculars.
