Me encanta ir a Club Regina, pero tengo que decir que antes de dejar la habitación queríamos ir a desayunar al restaurante del hotel y la salida era a las 11 am llamamos a recepción y contestó un hombre que le pedimos si nos daba un poco más de tiempo yo creo unos 15 minutos más para alcazar a desayunar pero dijo que no que la salida era a las 10 am y por eso ponían 11 am. Si nos molestamos porque íbamos a consumir ahí y le comentamos eso a una muchacha de recepción, no era tanto el tiempo que necesitábamos pero en fin… en la alberca ocupan más personal porque tardaron 1 hora en llevarnos una bebida pobre muchacho andaba en friega tratando de cumplir con todos los huéspedes. Lo demás estuvo bien..

Amazing views and property with gorgeous balcony. Staff was so kind and helpful. Pools were beautiful food was great at both restaurants. There Is also a security gate and only those staying on the property can can Is which was a nice safety feature. Ubers can pick up and drop off right outside of the security gate. Note: this resort is on the side of a large hill and while they have staff running golf carts throughout the day to transport guests, this resort is not for those with mobility issues. I got my elevation steps In by choosing to walk, but It Is steep. Additionally, not sure if its every room, but my room had 3 stairs from the sleeping area to the kitchen/bathroom area, just needed to be careful during middle of the night bathroom breaks in the dark. Again, not an issue for me, just something to keep in mind for some!

The property was clean and but very outdated and maintained but not well. Our shower had huge chunks missing in the tile. Dish after dish was dirty that I pulled out the cabinet not talking about some dust but old food and grease on the plates. The hotel restaurant was overpriced for the less than mediocre food. Never had ceviche take 20 minutes and had carrots in it. The “private beach” was extremely small and lead out to rocks and the staff advised us not to swim in the ocean due to strong currents and you could smash against the rocks. The view was spectacular 10/10 and because of the location you could see so many stars which was great since we had a balcony. You are very isolated in this location you have to use your own car or uber to get around. There were golf carts that staff would drive you around on to get to the different areas of the hotel. However, the staff did not always answer the phone for you to request they give you a ride somewhere. The walkways has a lot of hills so if you have mobility issues or small children it’s not ideal to walk you need a ride. In the summer with the heat and humidity I was drenched after 10 minutes of walking. Very disappointed

We had a great time staying at this resort. The staff was kind and attentive. And the food was amazing. The convenient store was very convenient and reasonably priced. The rooms were very clean and the views were phenomenal. We will definitely be back.
