Pristine Beach Access, Arcade near Kohler-Andrae

My family and I loved this house! It was clean with a great floor plan, and had everything we could ask for. The location is right by the beach and surrounded by beautiful trees and scenery. There were a lot of deer we were able to see from the windows and when we were using the fire pit. It's a great isolated location that is still close enough to explore downtown and the marina. I definitely recommend staying here!

Our family loves Sandwood cottage for so many reasons, but here are the top 5: Clean spacious house, ping pong and game room, proximity to beach, receptive/helpful hosts, surrounded by quiet nature! Great place for a quick getaway or long vacation.

great communication with the owner--top notch towels and linens and very thoughtful kitchen supplies such as food storage containers for left overs and to-go coffee cups. the view toward the lake through the woods was so calming. our crew ended up being smaller than expected but so much room to spread out and play--really neat lay out to whole house and of course the basement arcade and ping pong table are great.

Location, view of Lake Michigan and the beautiful house. This is definitely one of the top houses I have stayed at. Plenty of supplies, towels, etc. Loved the layout and the games available for kids (young and old0. I would definitely stay here again. p.s. our host was always quick with responses and helpful.

Jeremy and partners have thought of everything for this home! The beautiful decor, comfy beds, arcade/activities in the basement (for hours of entertainment), the amenities available, and proximity to the beautiful public beach on Lake Michigan. Our family had the most amazing stay. Every single detail was thought of from the beach wagon, beach towels, beach toys, cooler and ice packs to the snacks and coffee bar. Just WOW! Jeremy was readily available to chat about questions or recommendations (his list of places to eat and visit is not to be missed). During our stay we found ourselves saying, we need to visit again soon and daydreaming of future trips to The Sandwood Cottage! Don’t hesitate, just book it, you won’t regret it!
