Great new hotel - very stylish and comfortable with great rooftop bar/pool/restaurant area as well. Excellent location in Scottsdale and service was great. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is neat and well kept! My fiancé and I ate at Luna (attached restaurant) our server Kaitlyn was our favorite and knowledgeable and honest about everything on the menu! The pools and service were pretty good (do have to mention the prices for drinks at the pool are more then at Luna or when going out in Scottsdale or Tempe)

The roof top pool area was very nice. The gym is well equipped, and the staff are all very professional and helpful. The bar was convenient but way overpriced for drinks, not a reasonable place to unwind for the premium charged.

The parking garage was hard to get to ,dark and in the basement. It did not feel like a luxurious hotel parking garage. As a guest of the hotel, I should be allowed to park in the parking lot directly in front of the hotel.

Sadly,the gentleman that checked us in yawned and seemed totally disinterested. The room I booked thru hotels.com’was not available’, a Mountainview….we were given a room overlooking a parking garage roof.upon calling the front desk, going back down to the lobby to wait, amid a lot of sidestepping and odd excuses, the correct room was presented, after we had tow it while it was inspected.not sure what the inspection was all about as there were wads of hair and dust bunnies under the nightstand, toothpaste on the bathroom floor, and other debris so clearly it had not been vacuumed or mopped. Yuk!

Among the worst hotel experience in recent times. Super un-clean room with massive hair left in the shower from the previous guests, no shower gel in the shower, the bottle of shampoo not working, the bathroom sink clogged and a snobby front desk attitude. I thought coming to this brand new hotel would have a different experience, but turns out this place did not provide that experience at all for me.

Had to change rooms 2 different times minimum due to rooms being dirty. One with food and dirt crumbs all over the floor, bed and room couch also and fresh white stains unknown origin. The second room was filled with cigarette smoke. Security came to look and verified my claim. House keeping didn’t come until, day 3 of a 4 night 5 day stay. Made the bed but did not change linen either time they cleaned room. Manager did adjust room cost because I did have to move from the king suit with balcony and Mountain View that I booked to just a king room city view. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. Would not book this hotel again. Definitely not worth the cost.

While the atmosphere was pleasant, my stay was not. The WiFi and AC did not work. Upon arrival, the room reserved was unavailable and we had to wait for another. We, then, were moved a second time due to AC and electrical problems. Though the manager was pleasant, the service beyond that point was terrible. She removed the amenity fees as a courtesy, at least we were told. The AC went out in the new room, and I was over it. The room was not cleaned all three nights and four days we were there. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, they attempted to finally come clean the room and kick us out prior to checkout time. After informing the front desk that the stay was terrible at checkout, they mentioned amenity fees, which I will be monitoring my card for. Will never be staying at this resort again.

Great location for shopping and dining! Very cool, modern hotel. My only complaint is that I felt like my room had not been vacuumed in months! There was a cracker on the floor by the bed that was was there when I checked in and still there 4 days later!

Beautiful property with amazing restaurant, Luna. We wanted to stay in for a night and watch Netflix, but our internet connection on TV wouldn't work. They sent a tech and when all else failed, put us in a new room. Er very much appreciated the quick service and resolution.

Placed in room with broken air conditioner. Had engineer work on system and waited three hours. Second call to front desk without resolution. Moved late to an upgraded room with air off and temperature at 82 degrees which took three hours to cool down in a city with a high temp of 108 degrees. Room finally cooled down at 12:30 am comfortable enough to sleep. Did not get to enjoy properly. Discussed with manager who did not feel the experience was there fault and wouldn’t compensate or give another night. Very disappointed and will not return to property and will tell friends and family about the very poor customer service and attitude.

Hilton has recently taken over this property and they have some work to do to get it into top operating condition. I booked the location because it was in a convenient location. It was priced at the upper range and so my expectations are high. I did note at the time that "service" had been dinged by other travelers and unfortunately, this is the case. The biggest problem is their breakfast cafe downstairs where 4 out of 5 days they goofed my breakfast order. Housekeeping is also a bit sloppy and there was a Q-Tip sitting in the hallway for 2 days that the cleaning team just left behind. Strange: very easy to spot. So, while the location and facilities are great, Hilton has some work to do to tighten up the service on site. In the meantime, the room rates are high for the level of service provided. Knowing Hilton, they will get this fixed. It's just very disappointing to stay at a property that fails to deliver service.

I wasn't happy that check in time was 4PM and had to wait until 4:45 for a room to be ready. One bartender by the pool and it took 25 minutes to actually get 2 drinks. We have had better experiences at other properties in Scottsdale!

Overall, nice/new hotel. The service was ok - it seems like many of the people working there seem rather inexperienced (lots of training going on, so that's good). It was almost impossible to get a bottled water - in a GLASS. Maybe consider replacing all the plastic... The golf carts are key! The location is somewhat awkward so the golf carts really make a difference. I would def stay again.

Terrible experience. Check in was at 4:00 and we didn't get our room until after 5:00 pm. I reserved a premium suite with Mountain View and was given a different room as an "upgrade" which was right at the pool/bar area, where the music was super loud at night and my kids couldn't sleep. When I called the front desk to ask to turned down the music they said they couldn't do that and that the music would stop at 2:00 am when the bar closes. Also, the room was not very clean. There was dust on all surfaces and the bathrooms smelled bad. We won't be back.

I would have loved to have given this an amazing review but unfortunately when I checked out, I left a dress in a garment bag in the closet and never saw it again. This was not a small item, nor something that could easily be missed by staff. I checked out on Sunday morning and realized I forgot it on Monday. The worst check in and front desk customer service EVER!!!! A week prior, I called the property and I was told I can call the day of arrival for an early check in since we were landing early. We arrive in PHX (coming from Seattle) at 1030am, called the Property and no answer. I tried to call multiple times until 2pm and still no answer. We started to think, this is awful service!! He told us that our room is still not ready — but he still gave us our room keys anyway— which was also odd. He did not even introduce us to the property, directions, etc. I was trying to tell him that we had been calling us all morning and no answer and he cuts me off saying they were busy. Mind you, I called the property while my husband was finishing the check in and phone does not ring at all. Everyday we were there, we would call concierge and housekeeping from our room and NO ANSWER. I call the Property from my cellphone and still no answer! And absolutely absurd!! until we checked out on 5/29/25, a differently lady was at check in she was a white female very friendly (unlike the previous ones) and I realized she had picked up the propertys phone. I thought, wow thats weird, now the phone is on. So i decided to call the Property from my cellphone and what do you know… she picks up. Phone not being on for 5 days is pretty damn wild.

The hotel is very nice and at the perfect location if you plan on going shopping at the Fashion Square Mall. It's literally directly across the street from the Macy's entrance. My husband stayed at the hotel with our two younger kids and hung out at the pool while I went shopping with our oldest daughter. We were not able to try the restaurant, unfortunately, but it looks great!

During our four days we continually had to ask for towels, coffee, and cream for the coffee maker. Their breakfast restaurant was marginal offered premade breakfast only. The restaurant on the seventh floor of the service was marginal, but the food was good. Not sure I’d recommend anyone to stay at this place until they cleared up there. Customer service skills as it relates to the food and the condition of the rooms.

There was no coffee available for early risers. There was no information ahead of time about a $51 a day amenity fee. No coffee in rooms. Showers had nowhere to put products guest brought. Monday-wed which was most of our stay the cafe was closed and again you couldn’t get coffee up front. Coffee Machine broken never fixed. Our room was only “cleaned once” that consisted of making the bed!!!!! We will not ever go to another Caesars Republic location.

The hotel was gorgeous but they need to tone down the Hilton air freshener in the lobby. It was so strong, we couldn't hang out without getting congested and sneezing. The music was also blaring before 6AM, so those few adjustments would make it much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, when we mentioned it to the front desk gal, she told us she had nothing to do with it. Also, not much for food options on-site (might be better once the new Wolf opens) so good thing Old Town is walkable.

The hotel is neat and well kept! My fiancé and I ate at Luna (attached restaurant) our server Kaitlyn was our favorite and knowledgeable and honest about everything on the menu! The pools and service were pretty good (do have to mention the prices for drinks at the pool are more then at Luna or when going out in Scottsdale or Tempe)

I paid over $1200 plus resort fee and other charges for a property that is not maintained, HVAC problems which did not get resolved, nobody to answer calls made to front desk, security issues from rambunctious people in the hotel attempting to intimidate paying hotels guest with no response from management or security or lack there of. I have given this property numerous attempts but not ever again. We stayed at this beautiful resort to celebrate my daughter’s 25th birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience! 💕 The resort is absolutely beautiful, but most importantly, everything was very clean and smelled amazing—which I truly appreciated. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service throughout our stay. They helped make my daughter’s birthday getaway feel even more special. 🎉🥂 We truly enjoyed ourselves and felt comfortable during our entire stay.
