The Westin was an amazing hotel to stay at. We had an overwater bungalow which offered privacy and an amazing view. Having our own private pool was a definite added bonus. There were daily activities for us to partake in such as paddle-boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, crafts, and of course the pool. The staff at the Westin made a point to know our names and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. This was truly an amazing experience!
The Westin was an amazing hotel to stay at. We had an overwater bungalow which offered privacy and an amazing view. Having our own private pool was a definite added bonus. There were daily activities for us to partake in such as paddle-boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, crafts, and of course the pool. The staff at the Westin made a point to know our names and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. This was truly an amazing experience!

Very beautiful property! From the beginning when we first arrived, Westin staff greeted us at the airport with a flower lei and gave us 2 stainless steel water containers for us to use and keep. Very impressed! Room 328 is the best room in our personal opinion and we enjoyed it very much! Everyone we encountered inside the Westin resort was very friendly and approachable. Am I sad to be leaving this heaven on earth, ABSOLUTELY! I look forward to coming back again. Thank you Westin Bora Bora for your excellent hospitality.

Breathtaking! Newly renovated property. Clean & upkept. Villas offer amazing views with exceptional amenities. Lots of food options & activities. Staff were friendly & super accommodating, from arrival to departure. Experienced a lovely welcome arrival from the reservation team. The concierge team eased my excursion planning. All the restaurant staff were awesome, from breakfast to fine dining. Even looked forward to my wonderful housekeepers who would leave extra chocolates at turn down service. I had my Bluetooth speaker stop connecting & maintenance came a replaced it on the spot. The spa was amazing. The beach & Mountain View is unforgettable. Thank you Alan for always cracking a joke & being kind enough to take my pictures to give me an everlasting memory. Westin Bora Bora is undoubtedly a 20/10 experience!

We loved our time at the Westin Bora Bora. The overwater bungalow was awesome, so clean and well maintained. The people were very friendly and helpful. They had refillable water bottles at check in and water filling stations throughout the resort. Rachel, Te’amo, Varuna, Mirabell, and many others working at the resort were so welcoming and fun to chat with. The turtle hospital was great to visit and I loved that the turtles they were rehabilitating had a large lagoon to swim in. The bikes were a blast, part of the fun was finding one with breaks and air in the tires but it’s a beach bike and we were on vacation so we were just happy to pedal around. We’re looking forward to returning one day.

We arrived early to enjoy the amenities and were greeted with lays, tropical juice and escorted to reception with beautiful polynician musician. We so enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting and beautiful grounds. We did have lunch and our order was not placed so after an extensive wait they did rectify the mistake and we received our lunch. We reserved dinner three days prior to arrival for the Signature restaurant ! The service, food and atmosphere were a once in a lifetime experience! Arthur our “personal host”even stopped by dinner to see if our stay was everything we had expected! We wished there was more coral and fish to see when snorkeling on the property! Overall, absolutely beautiful!

Ai Orana! Estivemos no The Westin em Agosto e foi tudo perfeito. A estrutura é toda nova, a piscina é linda e integrada com a praia, mas o melhor é o atendimento. Me parece que é da cultura polinésia receber bem, mas ficamos realmente surpresos. A comida é muito boa e a paisagem de frente para o Monte Otemano é espetacular. Em relação à academia, possui equipamentos novos e de boa qualidade. No hotel também possui um hospital para tartarugas e conseguimos acompanhar os pacientes internados durante a estadia. Se tiver sorte pode ser que consiga ver alguma tartaruga recebendo alta do hospital. Sabemos que isso sempre depende de disponibilidade, mas conseguimos um early check-in e um late-checkout sem pedir e sem cobrança extra. Tive a impressão que se há disponibilidade, eles oferecem aos hóspedes. Mauruuru roa, The Westin!

Beautiful resort property & amenities! The staff was overall amazing & accommodating. They gave us an upgrade for our ten year anniversary which was much appreciated. The only issue was because of the upgrade our check in was delayed three hours which wasn’t communicated. Had they informed us our bungalow wouldn’t be ready until 6pm we would have changed right away & enjoyed the pool, however, the communication was vague. The therwuse everythung was amazing! We saw manta rays and sharks right off the dock, the resort was modern and clean, and we loved the bikes to get around! The snorkeling wasn’t as good as other areas we’ve stayed in Bora Bora but we definitely enjoyed the Westin.

This property is a slice of heaven! Don't hesitate, book it now for a dream vacation. We were only able to stay one night because we were with the cruiseship, but It exceeded all of my expectations. This is the quintessetial French Polyenisan vibe you didn't know you needed. 50 Shades of blue from every ocean angle. Pictures don't do this property justice. It's clean, safe, modern, luxurious and I would give it a million stars if I could for a rating!

First impression: we arrived to the hotel and nobody received us, we found the reception following other guests. Ooooopsss bad start. Mold everywhere on the main pool. Poor food quality (except the Argentinian chef). We traveled with our baby and our room was on the deepest part of the beach, and that is preventable in decent hotels since there were more rooms in the same category and lower beach. Our friend had $500 disappear from his room and no one went to investigate nor did he receive any attention. Having been to several hotels of this type in Bora Bora, Maldives, Seychelles, etc., The Westin is far from being a luxury and/or 5 star resort. It is not worth the price.

We loved our stay! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room gets cleaned 2x per day. The biked around the resorts made it easier and faster to roam around. The water villas are amazing! Definitely recommended.

The Westin Bora Bora was top notch. One of the best vacations we’ve ever been on. The property is beautiful. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I do need to shout out Alan who went out of his way for us every time he saw us. He remembered our names from the first day we arrived and continued to say hello to us throughout our stay. He was extremely kind and personable. Thank you, Alan! The rooms are comfortable and so beautiful. You won’t be disappointed! The most picturesque property and views. Can’t wait to go back in a few years!

Westin exceeded our expectations. Check in and transfer from the airport was flawless. They are well organized and efficient which is appreciated after a long travel day. We got early check in and late check out to accommodate for our flights. The staff is hands down the best staff of anywhere I’ve been- shout out to arthur, Sarah at the vara, ani gigi and all the waitresses at vara I can’t remember all their names they are all wonderful. Everytime they pass by you they greet you with a smile. So polite and friendly and accommodating. The food was pretty good in my opinion- slim options for a picky eater like myself so can’t imagine staying for longer than we did (5 days). There are only two restaurants with the same menu and one with a rotating menu but we didn’t get in our entire stay because it was booked. Our over water bungalow with pool was phenomenal. We never left. Room service was efficient and good. I have nothing bad to say. The only thing I will say is you need reservations for most things you do when the hotel is full. So dinner, activities, etc. it was a little frustrating it was all booked for our stay so we didn’t get to do everything we wanted but overall a wonderful stay at the Westin and we will definitely be back!! Nicolas the F&B manager made sure our restaurant Maere experience was stellar. The food was the best there, although the casual place’s pizza was delish too. The pastries and desserts were a standout. The overwater bungalows were extremely well appointed and comfy. Overall a superb experience! Our flights were delayed and reception extended our room stay.

Very beautiful property! From the beginning when we first arrived, Westin staff greeted us at the airport with a flower lei and gave us 2 stainless steel water containers for us to use and keep. Very impressed! Room 328 is the best room in our personal opinion and we enjoyed it very much! Everyone we encountered inside the Westin resort was very friendly and approachable. Am I sad to be leaving this heaven on earth, ABSOLUTELY! I look forward to coming back again. Thank you Westin Bora Bora for your excellent hospitality.

Beautiful resort property & amenities! The staff was overall amazing & accommodating. They gave us an upgrade for our ten year anniversary which was much appreciated. The only issue was because of the upgrade our check in was delayed three hours which wasn’t communicated. Had they informed us our bungalow wouldn’t be ready until 6pm we would have changed right away & enjoyed the pool, however, the communication was vague. The therwuse everythung was amazing! We saw manta rays and sharks right off the dock, the resort was modern and clean, and we loved the bikes to get around! The snorkeling wasn’t as good as other areas we’ve stayed in Bora Bora but we definitely enjoyed the Westin.

First impression: we arrived to the hotel and nobody received us, we found the reception following other guests. Ooooopsss bad start. Mold everywhere on the main pool. Poor food quality (except the Argentinian chef). We traveled with our baby and our room was on the deepest part of the beach, and that is preventable in decent hotels since there were more rooms in the same category and lower beach. Our friend had $500 disappear from his room and no one went to investigate nor did he receive any attention. Having been to several hotels of this type in Bora Bora, Maldives, Seychelles, etc., The Westin is far from being a luxury and/or 5 star resort. It is not worth the price.

The Westin Bora Bora was top notch. One of the best vacations we’ve ever been on. The property is beautiful. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I do need to shout out Alan who went out of his way for us every time he saw us. He remembered our names from the first day we arrived and continued to say hello to us throughout our stay. He was extremely kind and personable. Thank you, Alan! The rooms are comfortable and so beautiful. You won’t be disappointed! The most picturesque property and views. The Westin is a beautiful property. The staff and service is absolutely wonderful. My issue is, it is absolutely devoid of ANY Polynesian culture or charm. It is a very big, western, American hotel that happens to face the main island of Bora Bora. They have hotel arranged activities but if you want to go to the main island, and they really discourage that, it is a $35 shuttle plus a taxi to do so. If you want to visit one of the hotels on either side of the property, you need to hire a boat, my goodness you can see the lit bungalows and guests from the dock. But you need a boat. It has a very "Disneyesque" artificial feel to it. After 3 days, I felt like I was in a luxury prison. Never again, I'll stay at the Intercontinental on the main island.

Ai Orana! Estivemos no The Westin em Agosto e foi tudo perfeito. A estrutura é toda nova, a piscina é linda e integrada com a praia, mas o melhor é o atendimento. Me parece que é da cultura polinésia receber bem, mas ficamos realmente surpresos. A comida é muito boa e a paisagem de frente para o Monte Otemano é espetacular. Em relação à academia, possui equipamentos novos e de boa qualidade. No hotel também possui um hospital para tartarugas e conseguimos acompanhar os pacientes internados durante a estadia. Se tiver sorte pode ser que consiga ver alguma tartaruga recebendo alta do hospital. Sabemos que isso sempre depende de disponibilidade, mas conseguimos um early check-in e um late-checkout sem pedir e sem cobrança extra. All the restaurant staff were awesome, from breakfast to fine dining. Even looked forward to my wonderful housekeepers who would leave extra chocolates at turn down service. I had my Bluetooth speaker stop connecting & maintenance came a replaced it on the spot. The spa was amazing. The beach & Mountain View is unforgettable. Thank you Alan for always cracking a joke & being kind enough to take my pictures to give me an everlasting memory. Westin Bora Bora is undoubtedly a 20/10 experience!

Westin exceeded our expectations. Check in and transfer from the airport was flawless. They are well organized and efficient which is appreciated after a long travel day. We got early check in and late check out to accommodate for our flights. The staff is hands down the best staff of anywhere I’ve been- shout out to arthur, Sarah at the vara, ani gigi and all the waitresses at vara I can’t remember all their names they are all wonderful. Everytime they pass by you they greet you with a smile. So polite and friendly and accommodating. The food was pretty good in my opinion- slim options for a picky eater like myself so can’t imagine staying for longer than we did (5 days). There are only two restaurants with the same menu and one with a rotating menu but we didn’t get in our entire stay because it was booked. Our over water bungalow with pool was phenomenal. We never left. Room service was efficient and good. I have nothing bad to say. The only thing I will say is you need reservations for most things you do when the hotel is full. So dinner, activities, etc. it was a little frustrating it was all booked for our stay so we didn’t get to do everything we wanted but overall a wonderful stay at the Westin and we will definitely be back!! Mauruuru!

the hotel itself is very modern but not unique enough. The service is pretty good but the food there is terrible. Menu is very boring and food tastes very mediocre. I ordered fish stew and the fish is soooo dry that I did not finish the plate and they charge me 70 dollars for it.

Westin showed us a fab time upon our arrival. The F&B team went above and beyond when they heard about our communication problems prior to check in. Nicolas the F&B manager made sure our restaurant Maere experience was stellar. The food was the best there, although the casual place’s pizza was delish too. The pastries and desserts were a standout. The overwater bungalows were extremely well appointed and comfy. Overall a superb experience! Our flights were delayed and reception extended our room stay.

The resort was beautiful and exceptional in every way but one, the food at all the restaurants in the Westin resort are absolutely disgusting the food is horrible too fancy and overpriced. One of the nights me and my wife both got tuna steaks and we gotten food poisoning from them we left two days ago and we still feel bad from the tuna.

We arrived early to enjoy the amenities and were greeted with lays, tropical juice and escorted to reception with beautiful polynician musician. We so enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting and beautiful grounds. We did have lunch and our order was not placed so after an extensive wait they did rectify the mistake and we received our lunch. We reserved dinner three days prior to arrival for the Signature restaurant ! The service, food and atmosphere were a once in a lifetime experience! Arthur our “personal host”even stopped by dinner to see if our stay was everything we had expected! We wished there was more coral and fish to see when snorkeling on the property! Overall, absolutely beautiful!

This place is truly heaven on earth. The location is arguably one of the best in all of Bora Bora. The only downside is the service and food—both are good, but they don’t quite live up to five-star expectations. That said, the stunning setting more than makes up for it. Especially when compared to the other resorts in Bora Bora, this hotel offers exceptional value and is absolutely worth the money.
