I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception team were outstanding - incredibly patient, welcoming, and always happy to explain everything clearly. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed, and more - loads of amenities. Everything felt clear, comfortable, and pleasant throughout my stay. The mattress was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, the water was hot with strong pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is also excellent. This was one of the hotels I enjoyed most in China.

When we check in the reception told us not to swim because they didn’t change the water after the heavy rain, we guest they mean the swimming water is not so clean therefore we didn’t swim even though we brought our swimming clothes with us😅

It's beautifully situated and well designed hotel with tastefully decorated spacious common areas and hotel rooms. facilities are very good as well. Hotel staff are working hard to serve and meet custom's needs in great details. My family stayed there for 4 nights, we enjoyed every minute there. Also I would like to thank Ms. 庄 from the front desk of the lobby again for her effort to make my WeChat Pay possible since I am from Canada with some difficulties. Thanks all very much for your great service! Pamela

Despite being a 20 years old hotel, the rooms doesnt look its age. Staff are attentive and courteous. Most room comes woth a river or lake view
