It was such a glorious delight to stay here! Super clean, friendly and very helpful staff, excellent food (though expensive), wonderful facilities, and a terrific location! I was able to rest well (excellent bed), see local sites, and get work done.

Everthing about this hotel was exceptional. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and professional. That being said, for our 2 night stay, the shower drain was seriously blocked, one of the wall lights continously flickered on and off, and the air conditioning was unserviceable. Each of these times we called the front desk and their maintenance staff responded immediately to repair. Also, the fire alarm sounded.

L'hotel est très situé. Il est propre et très confortable. Néanmoins le service n'est pas bon: J'ai demandé une navette aérport, car cela faisant partie des critère lors de ma recherche, mais l'hotel ne me m'a pas envoyer de vehicule à l'aéroport, car le weekend ils n'ont pas accès aux messages... c'est en tout cas ce qu'ils n'ont dit. Au restaurant nous avons attendu 67 minutes pour recevoir notre plat, pas bon du tout (viande caoutchoueteuse), avec des fausses excuses ("vous n'aviez pas terminé votre salade"... la salade - entrée- est venue 48 minutes après la commande en même temps que la boisson; vu que la salade n'était pas bonne nous l'avons quasiment pas touché de toute façon), et nous sommes allés nous même cherché les couverts. Le petit déjeuné n'est pas bon, et très pauvre en choix. Le chauffeur de notre client est venu deux nous cherché car le receptionniste ne trouvait pas nos noms dans le registre (du coup le chauffeur est alllé à l autre Radisson)... au bout de sa 3eme tentative le receptionniste a réussit a trouvé nos noms et nous a appellé. ... Pour faire simple très bon hotel, très mal géré. Notre société ne connaissait pas cet hotel on voulait tester... nous n'y reviendrons pas.

The reception staff are very welcoming and always ready to help (my AirFrance flight got extremely delayed, arrived the next day. The staff sorted out my accommodation without requesting it. check-in was a breeze). The rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast spread, not a lot but good selection. Néanmoins le service n'est pas bon: J'ai demandé une navette aérport, car cela faisant partie des critère lors de ma recherche, mais l'hotel ne me m'a pas envoyer de vehicule à l'aéroport, car le weekend ils n'ont pas accès aux messages... c'est en tout cas ce qu'ils n'ont dit. Au restaurant nous avons attendu 67 minutes pour recevoir notre plat, pas bon du tout (viande caoutchoueteuse), avec des fausses excuses ("vous n'aviez pas terminé votre salade"... la salade - entrée- est venue 48 minutes après la commande en même temps que la boisson; vu que la salade n'était pas bonne nous l'avons quasiment pas touché de toute façon), et nous sommes allés nous même cherché les couverts. Le petit déjeuné n'est pas bon, et très pauvre en choix. The reception staff are very welcoming and always ready to help (my AirFrance flight got extremely delayed, arrived the next day. The staff sorted out my accommodation without requesting it. check-in was a breeze). The rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast spread, not a lot but good selection. Will definitely choose Radisson for my next trip.

It was such a glorious delight to stay here! Super clean, friendly and very helpful staff, excellent food (though expensive), wonderful facilities, and a terrific location! I was able to rest well (excellent bed), see local sites, and get work done.

There is no room service after closing and was unable to watch a football game with my friends in the lobby the shower drain was clogged and go down slowly and was not fixed even though staff came to fix it

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff especially front desk, was exceptional. A young man helped me throughout my stay with information that proved so helpful. Personally checked on me and made sure I mean there was a wonderful breakfast buffet and restaurant. Room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable was lovely. Everything was very new. Exceptional breakfast. There were so many things to select and everything was fresh and delicious. It was very luxurious. For dinner, the food was amazing and they gave me a beautiful basket of bread and homemade dips and spreads. Exceptional stay
