Lovely hotel with lovely staff. They went out of our way to make our stay great. The communal areas all had the wow factor. The room was well set out, but very dated with broken cupboard doors. There weren't many plugs either, but luckily we had brought an adapter. The food was OK and the selection was different each day. The view and surrounding area made up for any defects in the room. We loved this place! We stepped into our balcony in the morning to look down at the swimming pool and out into the desert. It was particularly exciting when we realised we could see camels too. We had a lovely time in Tozeur and really enjoyed our stay. Information for future guests: we had to pay a deposit for a safe key and for a kettle for the room (both were returned when we left).

Having a beer on the restaurant terrace after a long day was nice. Smoking in the restaurant was not not nice

Personel ok gentil et femme de chambre adorable. Piscine exterieur fermée Nourriture pas top et toujours la même chose Quand il y a beaucoup de monde machine a café éteinte. Je demande a avoir un café quand même, on me répond que je peux aller m'en acheter un au bar si je veux alors que je suis en pension complète! Les boissons sont payantes. Restaurant censé ouvrir à midi 30 mais cest au filling du directeur de l'hotel , nous devions attendre des fois 30 min .. Spa apparemment fermé. Pas de plateau de bienvenue Nous sommes parti de l'hotel 2 jours avant , car cela n'etait plus possible , honnêtement l'hotel ne merite pas ses 4 etoiles. Les seules choses de bien , c'est la situation géographique, beaucoup d'activitées sont proposées aux alentours (quad, caleche, visites 4×4 etc) et les personnes sont d'une gentillesse remarquable. Je ne reviendrais pas dans cet etablissement car très déçue.

La restauration est absolument excellente. Les places sont variées, frais et très bien préparés. Le soir, ils sont à chaque fois différents et et le choix est vraiment très vaste et à volonté. Toute l'équipe de l'hôtel extrêmement bienveillante et attentive à nos besoins sans toutefois être invasive. Un immense merci pour cette grande gentillesse : on se sent vraiment bien dans cet établissement. Il existe aussi une piscine intérieure bien agréable, en plus de la piscine extérieure qui était fermée lors de notre séjour. L'équipement des chambres est plutôt vieillissant mais la literie reste très correcte et l'eau chaude coule bien à volonté. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour.

I waited until I had stayed in 6 different hotels in Tunisia to review, so I had comparisons. I feel this was a good value. My room was large with a terrace, and a view of the desert. I wish there was a kettle in the room though! The pool was large, sparkling and very inviting. Overall a good experience and fair price.

This place may have been lovely at one point, but that was at 30-40 years ago, and I don’t think anything has been updated since. My room was dusty, the bathroom had chipped tiles in the floor, the bathtub/shower was gross, the stool at the mirror had HEAVY rust on the legs, the furniture in the room was LITERALLY falling apart, electrical sockets didn’t work, and half the lights didn’t work. The whole place smells like cigarettes. I’ve admittedly stayed in worse places than this on my travels around the globe, but this is definitely up there. You are better off booking somewhere else.

Une honte! Vols d’argents a l’arrivée on nous demande une taxe de séjour de 12 dinars alors que celle ci a déjà été payer dans notre réservation. Très décevant, ne vaut réellement pas un 4 étoiles mais seulement 1 étoile pour l'extérieur Il semble abandonné. . Le reste: pas de ménage effectué dans notre chambre, chambre et salle de bain insalubres ,frigo ne fonctionnent pas Serviettes et draps usés Dans la pièce, il y avait des câbles qui sortaient du mur sans aucune boîte le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon du tout et limité aucun fruit même pas de datte le pdj fini a 9h!! climatisation non fonctionnelle.De plus, il y avait des bruits constants venant du couloir (chariots, voix, cris) Conseils pour tous les voyageurs, évitez cet hôtel et si vous y allez .personnel dépassé et perdu, direction à la limite du correct, pas de geste commercial. Attention aux suppléments qui vont vous rajouter en arrivant .Je payerai pour mon fils 198 dinar pour un lit cassé il dort sur deux planches plus de taxe de séjour qui était inclus sur Expedia Dans la chambre, les murs sont couverts de toutes sortes de traces (de mains, de chaussures, de saleté) et ça juste à côté du lit. Poussière, couverture de lit défraîchie, literie vraiment inconfortable et décoration qui date et qui a vécue. En plus de ça, malheureusement ne comptez pas sur la gentillesse du personnel qui n’est ni agréable, ni serviable Dommage Tozeur est une belle région avec de super activités cet hôtel nous a gâché notre escapade

Very nice hotel with big rooms and amenities. Breakfast was average but dinner was good. Property is nice and big and good value for money but slightly old and shows some wear and tear. Not enough plug points in the room and would have liked to have a kettle, coffee and water provided in the rooms

Disappointed with our stay in this hotel. We had a broken fridge which the door fell off in the porter's hands when demonstrating it, a random shelf sat on the sideboard and a broken shower. It would just take a little maintenance to be a good place.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. They went out of our way to make our stay great. The communal areas all had the wow factor. The room was well set out, but very dated with broken cupboard doors. There weren't many plugs either, but luckily we had brought an adapter. The food was OK and the selection was different each day. The view and surrounding area made up for any defects in the room. We loved this place! We stepped into our balcony in the morning to look down at the swimming pool and out into the desert. It was particularly exciting when we realised we could see camels too. We had a lovely time in Tozeur and really enjoyed our stay. Information for future guests: we had to pay a deposit for a safe key and for a kettle for the room (both were returned when we left).

The balcony door could not lock The hotel is dated, however, the condition of the hotel matches the price, it met the expectations Hotel had beautiful dates palms in front of the hotel, full of ripe dates. Having a beer on the restaurant terrace after a long day was nice. Smoking in the restaurant was not not nice

I waited until I had stayed in 6 different hotels in Tunisia to review, so I had comparisons. I feel this was a good value. My room was large with a terrace, and a view of the desert. I wish there was a kettle in the room though! The pool was large, sparkling and very inviting. Overall a good experience and fair price.

Le groom a brisé la fermeture de notre valise sa seul reaction fut de partir le plus rapidement possible la personne en charge a l'acceuil n'a fait aucun geste commercial donc une valise briser et... Rien... De plus l'air climatiser ne fonctionnait pas on nous a changer de chambre... L'equipe de jour semble plus ouverte on nous a trouvé du café et des viennoiseries malgré que l'heure du petit déjeuner passé... Petit déjeuner qui se termine à 9h... Bref eviter si vous pouvez...

Une honte! Vols d’argents a l’arrivée on nous demande une taxe de séjour de 12 dinars alors que celle ci a déjà été payer dans notre réservation. Très décevant, ne vaut réellement pas un 4 étoiles mais seulement 1 étoile pour l'extérieur Il semble abandonné. . Le reste: pas de ménage effectué dans notre chambre, chambre et salle de bain insalubres ,frigo ne fonctionnent pas Serviettes et draps usés Dans la pièce, il y avait des câbles qui sortaient du mur sans aucune boîte le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon du tout et limité aucun fruit même pas de datte le pdj fini a 9h!! climatisation non fonctionnelle.De plus, il y avait des bruits constants venant du couloir (chariots, voix, cris) Conseils pour tous les voyageurs, évitez cet hôtel et si vous y allez .personnel dépassé et perdu, direction à la limite du correct, pas de geste commercial. Attention aux suppléments qui vont vous rajouter en arrivant .Je payerai pour mon fils 198 dinar pour un lit cassé il dort sur deux planches plus de taxe de séjour qui était inclus sur Expedia Dans la chambre, les murs sont couverts de toutes sortes de traces (de mains, de chaussures, de saleté) et ça juste à côté du lit. Poussière, couverture de lit défraîchie, literie vraiment inconfortable et décoration qui date et qui a vécue. En plus de ça, malheureusement ne comptez pas sur la gentillesse du personnel qui n’est ni agréable, ni serviable Dommage Tozeur est une belle région avec de super activités cet hôtel nous a gâché notre escapade

Personel ok gentil et femme de chambre adorable. Piscine exterieur fermée Nourriture pas top et toujours la même chose Quand il y a beaucoup de monde machine a café éteinte. Je demande a avoir un café quand même, on me répond que je peux aller m'en acheter un au bar si je veux alors que je suis en pension complète! Les boissons sont payantes. Restaurant censé ouvrir à midi 30 mais cest au filling du directeur de l'hotel , nous devions attendre des fois 30 min .. Spa apparemment fermé. Pas de plateau de bienvenue Nous sommes parti de l'hotel 2 jours avant , car cela n'etait plus possible , honnêtement l'hotel ne merite pas ses 4 etoiles. Les seules choses de bien , c'est la situation géographique, beaucoup d'activitées sont proposées aux alentours (quad, caleche, visites 4×4 etc) et les personnes sont d'une gentillesse remarquable. Je ne reviendrais pas dans cet etablissement car très déçue.

La restauration est absolument excellente. Les places sont variées, frais et très bien préparés. Le soir, ils sont à chaque fois différents et et le choix est vraiment très vaste et à volonté. Toute l'équipe de l'hôtel extrêmement bienveillante et attentive à nos besoins sans toutefois être invasive. Un immense merci pour cette grande gentillesse : on se sent vraiment bien dans cet établissement. Il existe aussi une piscine intérieure bien agréable, en plus de la piscine extérieure qui était fermée lors de notre séjour. L'équipement des chambres est plutôt vieillissant mais la literie reste très correcte et l'eau chaude coule bien à volonté. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour.

Un immense merci pour cette grande gentillesse : on se sent vraiment bien dans cet établissement. Il existe aussi une piscine intérieure bien agréable, en plus de la piscine extérieure qui était fermée lors de notre séjour. L'équipement des chambres est plutôt vieillissant mais la literie reste très correcte et l'eau chaude coule bien à volonté. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour.

Rooms were extremely dirty ( bathroom you cannot even use, the smell was extremely unpleasant and disturbing). Rooms were so outdated and old. Dinner & breakfast were horrible. Yogurt was expired. Worst experience. This hotel cannot be 4 stars. Complained to front desk and nothing happened. Food made me sick!!

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. They went out of our way to make our stay great. The communal areas all had the wow factor. The room was well set out, but very dated with broken cupboard doors. There weren't many plugs either, but luckily we had brought an adapter. The food was OK and the selection was different each day. The view and surrounding area made up for any defects in the room. We loved this place! We stepped into our balcony in the morning to look down at the swimming pool and out into the desert. It was particularly exciting when we realised we could see camels too. We had a lovely time in Tozeur and really enjoyed our stay. Information for future guests: we had to pay a deposit for a safe key and for a kettle for the room (both were returned when we left).
