Luxe Modern Villa w/ pool yard at premium location

The Host was supposed to meet us when we arrived or at least their agent, but nobody showed up. We had to contact them as the ground floor toilet door lock was broken, we did not know how to operate fans.The fridge did not make ice. Outside furniture was missing.

Vacation Nosara, the property managers were fantastic to deal with. Very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The property was beautiful and the location couldn’t be better. The only downside would be that the kitchen isn’t very well stocked and the appliances are a little worse for wear. Other than that 100% recommend. We loved it and the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool.

Beautiful house, very spacious with plenty of room for a family of 4. We could have brought several more kids with us! Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beach. Our only very minor issue was the need for warmer linens on the beds. The blankets were thin and we doubled them up and were fine. Vacation Nosara was very communicative and helpful with booking excursions and answering questions. Highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect Best location in town. Steps to the beach. Also located beside the best breakfast place, Destiny The AC in the bedrooms made sleeping lovely House was clean. Pool was large enough for my teens to swim and play. Lovely shady sitting area outside We shall return. Thanks for a wonderful March break. Niki

Can’t beat the location and the house is great! There is no air conditioning in the living room/kitchen but you get used to it. Also there is a lot of parking for your ATVs etc! Will be staying there again next year!
