This hoyel shpuld be called Fawlty Towers. 100 cockroaches on bathroom so you have to leave light on. The pool was not working. Food was expensive and disgusting. Never had change in till when paying. Dont book here even for one night. I stayed here on 3 different visits and its getting worse every time. The only good thing was the staff very helpful and kind. Otherwise avoid avoid avoid. I will never stay there again.

The most terrible vacation EVER. Don't believe pictures. Don't believe good reviews-they are fake. Don't believe anything this place put in the advertisement. NOTHING is there. Food is terrible and extremely limited. YOU CAN CALL IT NO FOOD PLACE. IT IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. It is absences of anything and everything. No liquors in bar. 3 bottles of terrible rums that you can't drink. No wine. 1 bottle of red and 1 bottle of white wine barman have to go and buy in local store daily. No even coffee or hot water for tea. So called coffee is brown water and warm water. No service. No refrigerators in rooms. No blankets. No bedding changes. No towels in rooms and no beach towels. THERE IS NOTHING IN THIS OWFULL PLACE. The stuff is not helpful. If you ask for anything they say: go complain to the boss. And there is no any boss. There is no even front desk that is trained to help you or even check you in in correct way. This is just fantastically terrible place. You name any bad thing and you have it there. Even for money you can't get what you need. You need to take taxi to local supermarket to buy decent food. You need refrigerator in the room you have to pay for it extra. You pay just for terrible room, terrible service that is no service, terrible food. Food is same every day: salat, chicken/beef and rise. There is no working WIFI also. It is there but signal is of not working quality. The workers just have fun of guests and monitor your suffering.

The property is conveniently located about mid point along the 7 mile beach. The staff is friendly and courteous. My room was clean and well kept. Internet service was non-existent from my room and the cable tv was grainy. Dining options are minimal if you do not take the ‘All Inclusive’ option. The pool and beach view from my room was great.

From time we arrived to the time we left we did not have hot water for showers. We alerted the front desk and they fixed it long enough for one hot shower. Both pool and hot tub were dirty and of course the hot tub was not hot. The staff were awesome and helpful. And is located right next to three of the busiest bars. But that also means you hear music all night long. I would compare this to a motel six on the side of the highway in a small town. Not much to look at but it was safe and the beds were clean. Food daily but don’t have much of a schedule.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner can be delayed for up to 2 hours. never on time. Food is terrible and very limited and same every day as in prison. Soup is as water and not every day. Very basic hotel. Not worth $100 per night more like $50. Cat was drinking from a cup near where the tea was put off for guests. Pool was dirty. Beach was lovely. Bedroom needs updating. Only a sheet on it. No blankets. Needs pillows. 3 small flats ones on a king size bed. Not very comfortable. Takes 5 mins for hot water to kick in. Was not offered all inclusive deal but the I can see the food and drinks are very limited. Dinner wasn’t ready at 8pm. They were still cooking the buffet.

Stayed at this property 10 years ago was hoping to have the same probably better experience! It was horrible! No phones in the room, AC barely worked, mosquitoes the size of bats , 1 staff member was the house keeper maintenance person everything in one! We booked it for three days and ended up leaving after night one. The place was moldy and cats EVERYWHERE ! They need to revamp this place because this is not even a 1 star at this point.

For the location and the price, it had everything I needed. It was clean, the staff really looked out for us, the room was nice, had everything I needed, including an ocean view from the lovely balcony, and a hot shower, though some other guests said they weren’t getting any. We didn’t get all inclusive, but the meals I ate were delicious. The beach was amazing, of course, and there are a ton of great places to eat, drink and be merry all around. We didn’t stay long enough to try them all. I loved my stay, and if I’m back in Negril, I know I’ll be having a Fun Holiday. Ask for room A106

This property is dilapidated, filthy and felt unsafe . The staff at front desk was nice HOWEVER we were mislead about the pricing and when we decided to cancel the reservation they refused and charged our credit card anyway . I tried speaking with the manager/owner and he refused to help and even turned his back on me while talking and trying to resolve . I had to call my bank to cancel the charges. DO NOT BOOK!

Einzigartige Lage am Strand, die Zimmer zwar sauber, haben aber eine extrem veraltete Einrichtung, kaputte Lampen, blinde Spiegel. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zeiten für die Mahlzeiten wurden nicht eingehalten, es gab zb manchmal erst 9.15 Uhr Frühstück! Verschiedene Speisen oder Getränke haben nicht für alle Gäste gereicht bzw. waren nicht vorrätig.

I like this establishment I like the fact that I felt safe. I did not like the fact that ice was not readily available. I did not like the fact that one morning I did not have water that set activities back for the day. it was clean and it was safe and I will book again, there’s always room for improvement .

No frills hotel, but room clean, good hot water, excellent AC, and great wi-fi. Beach front is breath taking. Walking distance to other restaurants and bars. Mattress, linens, and towels not so comfy. But, for price it’s fine. Stood here in a pinch would stay again if need be :)

It is barely an all-inclusive. Breakfast and dinner time were too late. The reception desk especially in the morning is unattended. I left my wallet for a second there and was stolen. The cameras did not work. We lost the money and credit cards we had for the rest of my holidays. I returned with a sad memory.

From time we arrived to the time we left we did not have hot water for showers. We alerted the front desk and they fixed it long enough for one hot shower. Both pool and hot tub were dirty and of course the hot tub was not hot. The staff were awesome and helpful. And is located right next to three of the busiest bars. But that also means you hear music all night long. I would compare this to a motel six on the side of the highway in a small town. Not much to look at but it was safe and the beds were clean. I checkin with my baby and my husband. I ask for a refrigerated at check in she said tomorrow someone will bring the refrigerator I went back to the desk three times and I still did not get the refrigerator for my baby milk. I had to buy icebox for milk and juice for my baby . Two of the lights was out in the room. I told the person that check me in it take a week for them to put bulbs in the room .The housekeeping and the guy who clean up around the pool was very nice and friendly. The people at the front desk didn’t have any personality and the ladies who work in the restaurant had no personality. I would never stay here again. My experience was not good at all.

This property is dilapidated, filthy and felt unsafe . The staff at front desk was nice HOWEVER we were mislead about the pricing and when we decided to cancel the reservation they refused and charged our credit card anyway . I tried speaking with the manager/owner and he refused to help and even turned his back on me while talking and trying to resolve . I had to call my bank to cancel the charges. DO NOT BOOK!

It was clean, the staff really looked out for us, the room was nice, had everything I needed, including an ocean view from the lovely balcony, and a hot shower, though some other guests said they weren’t getting any. We didn’t get all inclusive, but the meals I ate were delicious. The beach was amazing, of course, and there are a ton of great places to eat, drink and be merry all around. We didn’t stay long enough to try them all. I loved my stay, and if I’m back in Negril, I know I’ll be having a Fun Holiday. Ask for room A106

The property is conveniently located about mid point along the 7 mile beach. The staff is friendly and courteous. My room was clean and well kept. Internet service was non-existent from my room and the cable tv was grainy. Dining options are minimal if you do not take the ‘All Inclusive’ option. The pool and beach view from my room was great.

Very basic hotel. Not worth $100 per night more like $50. Cat was drinking from a cup near where the tea was put off for guests. Pool was dirty. Beach was lovely. Bedroom needs updating. Only a sheet on it. No blankets. Needs pillows. 3 small flats ones on a king size bed. Not very comfortable. Takes 5 mins for hot water to kick in. Was not offered all inclusive deal but the I can see the food and drinks are very limited. Dinner wasn’t ready at 8pm. They were still cooking the buffet.

The most terrible vacation EVER. Don't believe pictures. Don't believe good reviews-they are fake. Don't believe anything this place put in the advertisement. NOTHING is there. No liquors in bar. 3 bottles of terrible rums that you can't drink. No wine. 1 bottle of red and 1 bottle of white wine barman have to go and buy in local store daily. No even coffee or hot water for tea. So called coffee is brown water and warm water. No service. No refrigerators in rooms. No blankets. No bedding changes. No towels in rooms and no beach towels. THERE IS NOTHING IN THIS OWFULL PLACE. The stuff is not helpful. If you ask for anything they say: go complain to the boss. And there is no any boss. There is no even front desk that is trained to help you or even check you in in correct way. This is just fantastically terrible place. You name any bad thing and you have it there. Even for money you can't get what you need. You need to take taxi to local supermarket to buy decent food. You need refrigerator in the room you have to pay for it extra. I booked two rooms, and both had multiple issues. One room had no towels upon arrival, and the toilet was dirty and heavily stained with rust. The bed sheets had holes in them, which was unacceptable. The rooms were poorly maintained overall. The lamp in my room couldn’t be used because the only electrical outlet was on the opposite side of the bed, and the cord wasn’t long enough to reach it. There were no telephones in the rooms and no Wi-Fi, making it inconvenient to contact the front desk or stay connected. The biggest concern was the condition of the room doors. Both rooms had large gaps around the doors that were big enough for insects and small lizards to enter the room. That made it difficult to feel comfortable during the stay. The resort’s online photos also make the property appear to be in much better condition than it actually is. They do not accurately represent the current state of the rooms. I booked a stay at Fun Holiday Beach Resort knowing it was an older, budget-friendly property, so I kept my expectations realistic. I wasn’t expecting a luxury resort, but I did expect basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort. Unfortunately, my experience was much worse than I anticipated. I booked two rooms, and both had multiple issues. One room had no towels upon arrival, and the toilet was dirty and heavily stained with rust. The bed sheets had holes in them, which was unacceptable. The rooms were poorly maintained overall. The lamp in my room couldn’t be used because the only electrical outlet was on the opposite side of the bed, and the cord wasn’t long enough to reach it. There were no telephones in the rooms and no Wi-Fi, making it inconvenient to contact the front desk or stay connected. The biggest concern was the condition of the room doors. Both rooms had large gaps around the doors that were big enough for insects and small lizards to enter the room. That made it difficult to feel comfortable during the stay. The resort’s online photos also make the property appear to be in much better condition than it actually is. They do not accurately represent the current state of the rooms. I understood I was booking a budget resort and adjusted my expectations accordingly. Телевизор работал, интернет на территории и в номере работал. Огромный плюс это расположение! До пляжа идти полминуты. Шикарный пляж 7 миль, чистейшая тёплая вода. Народу почти нет. Бассейн не работал. Персонал услужливый, все просьбы выполнены. Рядом есть кафе с напитками и едой. Пляж чистят каждое утро. Удобная услуга трансфера от аэропорта до отеля. Также могут организовать экскурсии. Территория зелёная, множество птиц поют утром. Территория охраняется, посторонних людей нет. Спокойно оставляли вещи, ничего не пропадало. При отеле работает массажист. До самого Негрила ехать минут 10 от отеля. До аэропорта около часа. На пляже много водных развлечений- лодки, ватрушки, парашют, сапборд, снорклинг. Остались довольны отдыхом!
