Let’s start with what I liked, clean room and bathroom, very important to me. Plenty of parking. What I didn’t like, Description said “ there was a microwave with a fridge”. There was a fridge, NO microwave. I was right next to the street, so street noise felt loud. Other than that everything was great!!!

Enjoyed the large TV with streaming services since we had an evening to kill. Relatively clean, linens were clean, bed was comfortable. No breakfast or even coffee and no coffee maker or fridge in the room. Street noise was very loud throughout the evening, but settled down later. Would be difficult for light sleepers or putting children to bed early.

No coffee maker (not that I would use it anyways), no microwave, no face cloths or hand towels, no bath mat, no ice maker Housekeeping never changed the bedding (dirt and hair found inside the covers), bathroom was filthy including tub and sink. Bathroom door sticking didn’t close properly, no Kleenex available, had to use toilet paper to blow my nose, no microwave, no one in office at checkout, outlet in bathroom was in weird location had to straddle the toilet to use electric razor to shave!

Found blood on toilet paper roll, found a dead spider to let us know they are spraying at least. Floors seem like old tile. Everything seems out of date. Didn't even try to take a shower. Waited for our next hotel. Also, my wife wanted to sleep with the light on.

Room was dirty, covered in dust and dead insects. No one available for check in. No oven. No coffee pot. Broken shower valve. Hot water took ten minutes after opening valve to arrive. On a positive note, young woman who arrived for check-in 41 minutes late very polite and helpful.

Property looks very old and dirty from the outside almost didn’t go in but glad I did the room was extremely clean and nice. I’ve stayed at other hotels much nicer on the outside but not nearly as nice on the inside. I would say there again. Just needs alot of curb appeal.

We had a rough night at this hotel. Cars were drag racing all night on the nearby street, and the neighboring room played loud music at 3:00 am. Even with earplugs, were couldn’t sleep. The room was fairly clean but needed repairs.

Temple inn has comfortable rooms. Just don't ever lose your key or lock yourself out. You will not get back in your room until a staff member comes to work at 11 am or later. My husband spent from 6am to after 11 locked out of our room. There's a number to call but nobody ever answers.

My brother stayed at the location The first night there he had a few issues we spoke with the staff and it was fixed. I spoke with the frontdesk and hats off to the great customer service he gave me thanks you all are great I am happy with the services its chaged so much since i lived here its getting better each day a little at a time we would stay here again

Would NEVER have anything to do with this company again. We called at 9:30pm one night before reserving and asked if it would be ok to check in at about 1:30am later that night, give or take... they said yes. We reserved and paid for the room. We arrived just after 2am. The lobby had a neon OPEN sign blazing, a sign in the window with a phone # to call if no one answered the doorbell. We rang the doorbell and heard it ringing. No one answered the door no matter how much we knocked or called. We were stranded at 2am with no room even though they took our money!

I like the older style building with outside doors to balconies. It has a friendly and comfortable atmosphere in the heart of downtown Ogden. I have had some issues with my security deposit but in all honesty would still stay here again

One person named victoria very helpful and willing to go out of her way to help anyone. Shes the best. But the owner the 2 boys. First when i checked in one of the boys tried charging me $100 deposit on each cat then $100 deposit for room and $100 for the room and $35 for early check in . Then watched him charge someone 50 for a dog. Smh stay away from this place. Its has very nice rooms. . Place was raided by the police. Its same level as western colony. I think the owners need a wake up call.

On Sunday’s the reception or office is closed. We had trouble to check in. It was necessary to call a phone number and no one answered. It took multiple attempts to call. Finally, someone picked up and send someone to let us in. Otherwise, it was ok.

The floors were filthy. Bottoms of my sock and bare feet were BLACK One of the wall lamps next to the bed was VERY loosely attached. Bed was nice but the pillows were VERY HARD / TOO FIRM. Traffic noise was terrible until about 3am. MOST IMPORTANT... Room next door appeared to be unoccupied EXCEPT by a dog that barked loudLy and frequently. Earlier, when we were bringing our suitcases to our room, we saw a man reach behind the external AC vent under the window of that room next to us. He pulled out an electronic key card, opened the door, put his dog inside, shut the door, and left. Later that evening (about 9p) as we were returning from dinner, a young boy did the same thing...retrieving key from behind external AC vent different room...not the one next to ours. This time, though, the boy did not open the door of the room. He pocketed the key and began to walk away. My husband called to him, but the boy did not stop. Instead he knocked on the door of a room "down the walk," the door opened, and he went inside. VERY SUSPICIOUS!!!!!!! We will spend a little more money next time for a better hotel!!!!!!!!
